I've always wanted to try floating so I'm happy Enso was my first introduction to it. It's extremely relaxing to be in complete silence for 90 minutes and just drift away. My friends complained that it was too long but I thought 90 minutes was perfect. The first 20 mins or so, you're adjusting to silence and darkness but then you drift away and 90 mins is ago. The facility was really nice and they have complimentary tea/water when you first walk in. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into the setup and aesthetic of the place. The front desk guy was super friendly (and real cute) and did a great job walking through the process of floating for the first time.

Sun is shining and I'm feeling good.

I really enjoyed my time at Enso float. I read a lot about floating and looked around at different float sites when my chiropractor recommended this place to me. I didn't know what to expect as a first time floater but I went there with the intentions of relieving my stress. I was open to a new venue of self care and meditation and this place definitely met my expectations. The staff was friendly, the suites were clean, and I appreciate all the amenities they provided. My husband and I booked the sun room and the earth room. I wish I had known that our rooms weren't close to each other, but it's fine since we were floating on our own. Go here with an open mind and leave with a new experience. Sensory deprivation is probably not for everyone. I am someone who is afraid of the dark. It took a couple of minutes for me to get comfortable and to be able to turn off the floor lights as well as the starlights. I also chose this place because I am claustrophobic. You're not floating in a pod like other places I looked up. I am so glad I did this. Thank you Enso float. Namaste

First time floater and Enso was the perfect spot for me! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the location was clean and modern, and they helped explain the whole process and relieve any fears or apprehension I had. I wasn't sure if i would like the experience, or not be able to find a meditative state, but I came our with a whole new perspective. The whole process was extremely relaxing and I left feeling better than i have in weeks. I will definitely be coming back to Enso.

The float pool rooms are perfection. So tranquil and well designed.

Is tipping expected when you do floats?

No. It's not like massage or other customer service jobs. You're paying for the use of a facility like using a pool basically

We only realized that afterwards, when the car in front of us stopped us to ask if we had a fob because the parking is for private residents. Luckily there was street parking available. When we walked in, there were two people chatting at the front desk. We weren't greeted until we were at the desk, which I didn't mind but it just felt a bit awkward. It almost felt like I was interrupting. Aside from that I really enjoyed my experience. We were given a tour and learned more about what float therapy is. We even got to see what a different room looks like. We did the "float together" session, which is a giant bathtub for two people. It has a shower, so you rinse before you get in and can shower after you get out. Toilets are outside the room, so they provide a bathrobe in case you need to step out during your session. The room itself was very warm, I believe it was 89°! Which was a good temperature once we were out of our warm clothing (lol). Prior to getting in they do have a few items you can use: ear plugs, some kind of ointment (for any cuts), a head rest you can use while in the water, towels, slippers (you get these at the entrance), and bathrobes. The lights and music are on for the first 10-ish minutes and then they turn off. You are then left with a tiny bathtub light that you can keep on or turn off. The temperature of the water was nice and warm for the parts of my body that were in the water. After you shower/change, they do have a room where you can go in and finish getting ready. They have combs, hair dryers, another towel, and mirrors for you to use. They have 3 sections labeled, so you can use the one labeled with your session type (our was room 3: float together). I had such a lovely time and will definitely come back!
