I absolutely LOVE coming here. Every single person I've talked with and room I've tried has been absolutely wonderful. Everything is clean, well kept, quiet and very enjoyable from start to finish. The floats are always relaxing, and help all my aches and pains feel relieved and less painful (if not fully gone) once I get out. I haven't done a late night float, they're a great price and usually longer, I'm just afraid I'll fall asleep! One tip, if you have any cuts (or eczema) put cream over them or float with your hands out of the water. My first time I didn't know this and my hands stung for quite away until I got used to it!

Absolutely, yes, you want to come here. Maybe you want to process some trauma...or maybe you just want to lose yourself completely, relax into a blissful emptiness, let your body escape the shackles of your too busy mind. There is an assortment of tubs to fit your needs ranging from embryonic capsule tubs to a fully accessible room with oversized tub to open tubs more like small pools for those who need to move and worry about getting claustrophobic. The entire place is clean and inviting. The saline solutions is kept sterile for all (check out their website for the full story https://floathq.com ) and the lobby is so nice you kind of want to hang out there and sip some of the great teas they provide. I am impressed with their commitment to community, too. If you volunteer four hours at one of the non-profits they've listed on their webpage, you get a free float. Not only is that great for the many worthy organizations they highlight but it's also a way to float for those whose pockets may be feeling tight. Give the float experience a try. It's unlike anything else you've done.

I had my first float session the other day and I can't stop thinking about it! For the first time in my life, I experienced an opportunity to self-reflect, meditate, relax, brainstorm and problem solve while feeling entirely weightless. This was also pretty gratifying to do as someone who experiences full-body hyperhidrosis (a genetically inherited condition that causes excessive sweat). Joe was awesome during my time there and welcomed me when I first arrived. They gave me the tour and 101 on how to use the earplugs and prep supplies in my reserved room and assured me to let them know if I needed anything else. Thanks to the entire team at Float On for this chance to float with ease and pure comfort. Needless to say, I'm hooked and already looking forward to my next session! :)

Can I share a tank with a friend? Are there larger tanks?

It's a deprivation tank it's not meant to be shared.

We only realized that afterwards, when the car in front of us stopped us to ask if we had a fob because the parking is for private residents. Luckily there was street parking available. When we walked in, there were two people chatting at the front desk. We weren't greeted until we were at the desk, which I didn't mind but it just felt a bit awkward. It almost felt like I was interrupting. Aside from that I really enjoyed my experience. We were given a tour and learned more about what float therapy is. We even got to see what a different room looks like. We did the "float together" session, which is a giant bathtub for two people. It has a shower, so you rinse before you get in and can shower after you get out. Toilets are outside the room, so they provide a bathrobe in case you need to step out during your session. The room itself was very warm, I believe it was 89°! Which was a good temperature once we were out of our warm clothing (lol). Prior to getting in they do have a few items you can use: ear plugs, some kind of ointment (for any cuts), a head rest you can use while in the water, towels, slippers (you get these at the entrance), and bathrobes. The lights and music are on for the first 10-ish minutes and then they turn off. You are then left with a tiny bathtub light that you can keep on or turn off. The temperature of the water was nice and warm for the parts of my body that were in the water. After you shower/change, they do have a room where you can go in and finish getting ready. They have combs, hair dryers, another towel, and mirrors for you to use. They have 3 sections labeled, so you can use the one labeled with your session type (our was room 3: float together). I had such a lovely time and will definitely come back!

After going through the sensory deprivation experience at three Waters Oasis my mind has been made up to include this type of treatment once a month. Jill the owner informed me that the treatment was received by Navy Seals and helped with traumatic experiences. After going through the hour long sensory deprivation, I fully understand how this type of treatment would do so. As being a thirty-two-year-old active-duty chef, and putting my body through harsh extreme sports at an early age, I felt all that was aching go away and has stayed away for three days now. I've never felt better and mentally I've never felt more calm. I really hope this treatment goes mainstream to alleviate unnecessary medicating.
