I found Enisa through my husband who has been going to her for years since she's close and convenient. I can't recommend her enough! Enisa knows hair. Period. She listened to what I wanted and delivered! My hair was fried when I first came to her from years of being blonde. She trimmed me up and my hair felt healthy for the first time in a while! Enisa also helped me get clip-in extensions for my wedding that looked natural and didn't break the bank. She tracked a few places down and offered to go with me to help pick them out. Once I brought them to her, she put them in to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. Luckily we didn't need to cut or color them to get the look I was going for! Highly recommend Enisa and Enshe Style for any of your hair needs! read more

Unmatched quality of haircuts, and Enisa is super nice. Haircuts are made for longevity so you don't have to come back and back again like other salons. I used to have to get my haircut every 3 weeks but with Enisa I only need one every 3 months. read more

Updating my review. I've been going to Enisa for over 4 years and she has given me the most incredible cuts - inverted bobs that can be worn straight or curly, longer layers, even a pixie. All her haircuts grow out beautifully cos she goes by the shape of the head, and creates something unique each time. I found her years ago because I ran into someone with excellent hair at Nordstrom and asked for her stylist recommendation. So glad I did! I recently moved to the east coast and dearly miss Enisa's cuts and color. So hard to find a stylist who can match Enisa's magical touch! PS I gave myself a haircut with zoom guidance from Enisa during the thick of the pandemic. It was a hilarious experience but the outcome was not half bad! read more

I'm extremely thankful to have discovered this Salon through a friend who treated me to two double process hairstyles. Enisa has done my hair twice now for my birthday and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I have always left extremely happy and feeling like myself again. Not to mention, she's one of the kindest people you'll ever meet and she goes out of her way to meet your hairstyling needs. She takes care of your hair the way I believe a hairstylist should and doesn't do anything that isn't needed. Giving it that extra love and care is exactly why I'll always be glad to come back! read more

Updating my review. As my visits to chicago became more infrequent, I have struggled to find a hairdresser--in San Diego, Palm Desert, Seattle--no one can cut my hair the way Enisa does. I finally had the chance to get a haircut from her after about 3 years -- once again I see why I liked her so much. It's simple, no one handles my hair the way she does. It's "stop you on the street to ask who does your hair" gorgeous. She's a master! read more

The best salon I have ever found in Chicago! Love the color and haircut. Thank you for your magic! I had a great time with fun conversation with you! read more

I have been utilizing Enis's service a little bit over 3 years. I must say Salon is always very clean, organized and filed with good energy. I had hard time finding someone who knows how to handle curly and wild hair before I met Enisa, now I can assure you that Enisa is an amazing person and stylist indeed. Big A for Enshe Style! read more

I've wanted to draft a review for Enshe for a while, but for fear I would lose time with the best hair stylist in the city, I haven't. Enough of my selfishness, here goes... A little back story...Enisa used to work with another salon back in the day, in the same area. I would go with my aunt as a youngin' and Enisa always cut my hair, since I was 13 probably. That's going on a little over 12 years. She's always been the best, and I can't seem to find anyone else that does EXACTLY what I want without me even having to explain it to her. When I heard she moved I was eager to see her new spot and get a fresh cut! The place is gorgeous inside and out, love the neighborhood and the atmosphere in the salon. My entire fleet of family and friends (men and women) has also been long time customers with her and we are always happy with the cuts and color from Enisa. I've also had color done by some of the associates that work with her at Enshe and they do a good job as well. But nobody takes a scissor to my hair unless its Enisa! Not to mention she's a great person! Her business runs well because she's smart and she takes care of her customers. She's professional and very accommodating to your needs! I truly couldn't be happier getting my hair did anywhere else!! read more

I stumbled onto Enisa by accident one evening, when I was in need of an updo early the next morning. Her salon is within walking distance from my house and it never dawned on me to give her a try, until I found myself needing an emergency updo. I walked in and asked her if she could accommodate an early morning appointment the next day, and without her knowing me or me knowing her, she agreed to come in early for me. After said successful updo, I decided to give her a try with chemically straightening my hair, since I was tired of paying $200+ at my current downtown salon, which would only last me a few months. Not only did she charge me half of what I used to pay downtown, my hair remained straight for 6 months!!! For my thick and wavy hair, that was amazing! Next, came trying her out as a stylist with cutting my hair. Never before have I had a stylist give me exactly what I wanted! She listened, gave me feedback, and voila - my hair was awesome! She's been my stylist now for almost 2 years, and I would not trust anyone else to cut or chemically straighten my hair. EVER. I've had long hair styles, really short hair styles, and now a medium length hair style in those 2 years, and each cut has been awesome. Even now, that I have a transition cut. It's hard to have your hair look cute when you're trying to grow it out after a short hair cut. Enisa is a master at making your transition cut a cute one!!! She pays attention to your facial features and gives you feedback on what styles work best for you and the conversations are always great. Never a dull conversation with Enisa. I highly recommend anyone and everyone give her a whirl - you won't regret it!!! read more

Ensisa is the only stylist I know who is brilliant at both silhouette and color. She has also performed a number of unique updos that repeatedly made my look the talk of the special event I was attending. I've been seeing her for 15 years 8 of which I was traveling from Michigan. She is phenomenal! read more

Enisa is competent, professional, and has such a great memory! I've been seeing Enisa for hair cuts, styles, and dyes for over 10 years and she always remembers exactly how I like my hair, is encouraging with new style changes, and extremely creative. Even when I was living half way across the country, I would schedule trips to Chicago to get my haircut by her. Enisa is the ONLY stylist I've ever had that was capable of giving me a phenomenal pixie cut with my heavy and curly hair - AND cuts it so that it grows our naturally and without any awkward phases. To be able to still look like you received a fresh haircut 4-6 weeks after a shape up is unheard of, but Enisa is one to do it. I highly recommend her whether you want a professional cut and/or something fun and creative (she's great with wild colors too!). You won't regret this spa-like one on one experience. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Enisa and Enshe Style...she has been the best hairdresser I've ever had and I consider her a friend. I would not trust my cut and color to anyone else in the city!!! read more

I went to Enisa last weekend for the first time. Three of my friends recommended her to me and I was thrilled with my experience! Enisa spent time looking at the pictures I brought of hairstyles I was interested in, assessed my hair/face shape to see if the cut would work on me, made sure she understood what I wanted in a hair cut (e.g. still being able to put it in a ponytail or bun, easy to style, able to make curly or straight, etc.) The cut was absolutly perfect and exactly what I wanted. Could not be happier! read more

Enisa is the only person I've trusted to cut my hair for 10+ years.

I've been going to Enisa for awhile (10 years?), before she started her own Salon and I've never had a bad experience. She's talented. She'll listen to what you're looking for, will suggest something else if she feels strongly. But above all, she's just a good person who genuinely cares about her customers and is a true professional. I highly recommend Enshe Style. read more

I started going to Enisa about 5 years ago and have since moved to the suburbs. After 2 years of trying to find someone even half as good as she is, I'm going to make the trip in from Naperville to get my haircut by her again. The cut has always been exactly what I needed for my curly hair and I've never had better color. People I don't even know have come up to me to say how great the color is! I definitely recommend Enisa - plus, she's just fun to talk to. read more

I've been going to Anisa for years and years. Moved to Spain 6-months ago and am waiting to get my haircut when I'm home in another month - Anisa is the best and I don't want to risk getting it cut by just anyone. Ok, so I have not been going here for years but rather for the first time today. A friend told me about her and I loved the cut this friend had. I expressed my previous hair regrets, explained what I eventually want my hair to be like and what I hope for as a transition cut. Never before have I had anyone understand exactly what I want. This is by FAR the BEST cut I've EVER had. ...and the conversation was marvelous as well. Try her out and tell your friends about her too! read more

Ursula, the other stylist at Enshe, shouldn't be overlooked. She's been cutting my hair for several years now (I'm male, by the way) and she's the best ever. Not only is she great at what she does but she's delightful. Whenever I book an appointment I look forward not only to a great haircut but also to the opportunity to spending some time talking to Ursula. She's great! read more

I have been seeing Urszula for about 3 years now and must say that she is hands down the best hairstylist. She's a fantastic listener and has done a great job both coloring and cutting my hair. I have gone from a brunette to a blonde and vice versa multiple times and must say that I have never been disappointed. Urszula always nails what I am looking for. And best of all, my hair is the most healthy it's ever been in my life. At first I was very skeptical about buying shampoos and styling products in salons. I always thought that they were no better than the ones found in drugstore and just had a high markup. I was wrong. The products that they offer at Enshe style are amazing and I am never going back to the ones I used in the past. Overall, every time I have an appointment to get my hair done I leave very happy. read more
