These guys are great! They took care of my headliner $100 cheaper and took 1/3 the time a local competitor offered. Highly recommended.

After being out in the yard for about two hours and 96° heat, I really wanted a red Powerade. So I put my card up to it and ordered the Powerade it approved. My card went through. Nothing came out the machine. As to not frazzle the already frantic old lady that runs the place I simply asked for change from my $20. Mind you this place collects three dollars per person for every entry into the yard. Not only was I told to just have the water that was free, but I was met with eyes rolling and sighs From what seems to be the new GM!(old Latin woman with a piss poor attitude!! ) So much so that I felt the need to just leave and say screw the Powerade and my money already spent in the machine as this was causing her undue stress that I didn't need to invoke on a senior citizen on what is only the second day of the work week. These people make it really hard to shop local and not go over to LKQ where they give you service with a smile and help you with the Powerade's in the machine. Let us not forget that you aren't paying us to take your old used parts, we're paying you to take your old used car parts that we take off the cars and pay an outrageous premium for so stop being so mean and hateful to your customers and maybe appreciate them Instead of making them feel so uncomfortable that they say screw their money and leave. Don't worry, I will not be coming back. God hates ugly but he sure made a hell of a lot of it.

He ended up telling me that our car would be picked up between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. the next day. There was no way to tell exactly when they would be there, we just needed to be there and available to sign over documents. My husband drove to the tow yard that had our car which was 30 minutes away and waited for a pickup. Thankfully the tow yard that had our car ended up talking to my husband and called the owner of pick your part because they thought that it was wrong to have my husband waiting there for 3 hours. Apparently the owner of pick your part said that that was incorrect information. The owner of the tow yard then offered to take our car over to pick your part but we would still have to wait for the car to be processed so that we could receive a check. My husband drove over to pick your part to wait for the car to be towed there. We then heard back from pick your part letting us know that they were planning to close early that day and that they wouldn't process our car that day after all. This was after taking off work and waiting approximately 4 hours, not to mention the drive time. We had to go back a couple days later when our check was finally ready. I can't speak for the experience using this business to get parts for your car, they may be excellent for that for all I know. However the process of selling to them was quite a headache and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a similar service.

First, who taught these people grammar? Second, why are they threatening us by text, and apologizing to us on Yelp where everyone else can see? LKQ, please explain the threats for impoundment. Unfortunately I came to Eastern to get my running boards. I came in and decided on what I wanted, the lady took my info and said she wanted to go out and look at the truck. We went back in and I paid the required 50% down. I made the appointment to have installation done on Monday, She stated the the part would be in Thursday and she would call me to confirm that they had come in. I never got a call. My appointment was for 10:00 Monday morning, I had to call to be sure the parts were there as it takes me 30 minutes to get there. I'm there for 45 minutes and then told that they were sent the wrong brackets, they could have the right ones by the next day, the next time I could come in was Thursday, so we set it up for 10:00. I did get a call that they did come in. When I get there a bit early, I'm told to pull the truck in the install bay, when I get out I asked so we got everything and are ready to go? I'm told yes, that the installer had already put the brackets together. Then I'm told that the problem was, they had ordered running boards for the Ram 1500 Classic, not my truck. After about 1 1/2 hours, the lady I originally bought from says, he'll be done in about 5 minutes, do you want to settle up on the paper work? I told her I would like to go out and look at it before I paid, and I'd like a discount, she laughed at me, I said I'm serious, for the inconvenience, she looks at me and says sir you told me it was a classic, at this I am hot. I go look at the truck, it looks good and I go back inside, at this time she's talking to the other lady and says he wants a discount. I'm a bit loud she asks me to not be, I said, you accused me of telling you something I never said, then she says, I must have gotten you confused with another guy who has a classic. No way I believe that. They go into the back room to discuss it. The installer comes in to give me some paperwork from the box, and I hold out tip money for him, he looks at me and asks are you sure, I said yes, I appreciate you. The lady comes back out and says, all we can offer you is $40, I just lay my credit card down, sign and walking out I say, I won't be getting my tonneau cover from you. The installer is the only reason it's not one star.

I'm a chick and most people are going to roll their eyes at a review on a mechanic shop by a chick. But! I used to be a jet mechanic on F16's in the Air Force, soooo I'm not completely wet behind the ears when it comes to maintenance and tools. But I digress, let's get on with this review. First impressions: excellent. Dan took my numerous phone calls, was very professional, courteous, answered all my questions and accepted my drop order of rear rotors and brakes for my Lexus. Trinity Motor Sports shop: clean, comfortable, with a tv and several car magazines to keep a customer busy, and had water and coffee to boot. Service: excellent, my car was done in less than an hour, I did however drop it off right at 1000 when they opened (Saturday hours). Vehicle performance: brakes and rotors are smooth as silk now, AND I still have my locking lug key (yes, people have forgotten to give it back) cough cough "Lexus" Anywhoo, I'm usually doing my own work on my car, but this time I needed the job done while I was out of town. I now know where I can go "if" I ever have any issues with my car while working in Savannah. Dan, thank you for working on my "baby" I LOVE my Lexus and I trust very few people with working on her.

At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.
