I've had nothing but good experiences here. After a while these folks treat you like family. Vinny…read moresold me my second bike at this Dealer. He was incredibly patient with me while I went back and forth on deciding between 2 bikes. While I was getting the paper work settled he went so far as to tab ALL of the important information I'd need in the owners manual; from the break in period to the maintenance stuff in the back. He really went above and beyond, and I love my Breakout. The parts department is equally impressive. Didn't take long before I wanted to change some things to personalize my scooter. Rodney in parts is incredibly knowledgeable. When you are looking at replacing things he'll make sure you don't forget the gaskets and/snap rings that you may need to complete the job. While I primarily deal with Rodney all of the guys at the desk are awesome. I've also bought parts from Rudy, and he was great as well. These guys are either techs in a past life or they wrench on their own bikes. In my experience, they know their stuff. Finally, the service department. Fortunately, I haven't had to have much to do with service. Take care of your bike, and it'll take care of you. I did have the privilege of having the master tech, Allen work on a few things. I'm thoroughly impressed with how well he knows these machines. I can't speak on the negative reviews on here. Seems they were years in the past. I will say that if you are patient with folks they will be patient with you. Be courteous, and it'll come back on you. They are here to provide a service, and in my experience I've been met with nothing but smiles and professionalism. - Top Gun (BY)

100% hands down the best place to bring your Harley Davidson! I had my 06' Street Bob at Harley…read morefor over a month getting a routine service. After I picked my bike up there were still issues. I was in the area and stopped in to just check out Cycle Ward, best decision. Clay and his entire staff were completely professional. Clay took the time to look over my bike and gave me a few recommendations, even went out of the way and tightened up a few nuts and bolts that needed attention. I will be back for a full service.

I went there and they researched tires for my Bike and gave me a price on two tires for $646.45. Most money I have ever spent on motorcycle tires. But apparently, my bike has an odd rear tire size, so I agreed. Prior to ordering the tires they asked me to pay up front for the tires which is totally understandable. So I went by there to pay and schedule an appointment time to install the tires when they arrived. On my bill it is clearly $436.87 for the tires. So I paid for the tires with my credit card. Later, that evening I looked at my receipt and saw that I was not charged the above stated amount - I was charged $454.13. There was an additional charge of $17.26 because I used my credit card. Now, I understand that there is a service charge to the vendor when they accept a credit card payment. Hey, that is "THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS"! But what really bothers me is that I was never informed about the added charge prior to using my card. Had I been told about the charge I would have stopped by the ATM on my way to Cycle Ward and paid in cash. I WAS NEVER TOLD ANYTHING! The next day (Saturday) I called to discuss the issue but they were closed so I sent them an email. They responded to the email on Monday simply stating that that was there credit card policy and they stated that there was a sign on the desk stating the policy. Gee, my Bad. I should have perused the office and desk closely to check for their billing practices. Silly of me for thinking that they would verbally disclose their policy to me and give me the chance to pay is cash prior to the purchase. But, you know what. If they had said to me. I'm sorry we should have made the extra charge clear to you and deducted the extra charge from the final bill - then this would have been a five star review versus a three star review. The work they did was fine (even though they left a socket on my bike which could have flown off and caused problems). BOTTOM LINE: Very unprofessional secretively passing on a charge that is normally paid by the vendor to the customer and worst of all - sticking to their guns when the customer complains.

I was in need of a new serpentine belt as my car has been screeching at me whenever I crank it up. Fairly simple fix. So I headed to my local auto zone to buy the part so i could do the work myself. Upon entering I was greeted by someone at the register that I couldn't see. I looked up and down a few aisles in search of my part so I assumed it was behind the employees on their shelves. I got in line behind a few other people and at the time there was only one cashier. After about 2 minutes someone came from the back shelves and started checking out customers which sped up the process. Once I got to the register I asked for the part and provided my make & model. The older gentleman was super helpful. He helped me narrow down my search and let me explain exactly what I was trying to fix on my car. He really took his time speaking with me and I didn't feel rushed or like I was being talked down to. Very appreciative. Definitely a positive experience.
