I've had nothing but good experiences here. After a while these folks treat you like family. Vinny sold me my second bike at this Dealer. He was incredibly patient with me while I went back and forth on deciding between 2 bikes. While I was getting the paper work settled he went so far as to tab ALL of the important information I'd need in the owners manual; from the break in period to the maintenance stuff in the back. He really went above and beyond, and I love my Breakout. The parts department is equally impressive. Didn't take long before I wanted to change some things to personalize my scooter. Rodney in parts is incredibly knowledgeable. When you are looking at replacing things he'll make sure you don't forget the gaskets and/snap rings that you may need to complete the job. While I primarily deal with Rodney all of the guys at the desk are awesome. I've also bought parts from Rudy, and he was great as well. These guys are either techs in a past life or they wrench on their own bikes. In my experience, they know their stuff. Finally, the service department. Fortunately, I haven't had to have much to do with service. Take care of your bike, and it'll take care of you. I did have the privilege of having the master tech, Allen work on a few things. I'm thoroughly impressed with how well he knows these machines. I can't speak on the negative reviews on here. Seems they were years in the past. I will say that if you are patient with folks they will be patient with you. Be courteous, and it'll come back on you. They are here to provide a service, and in my experience I've been met with nothing but smiles and professionalism. - Top Gun (BY) read more

I have a 1992 Softtail I did a frame off restoration. In December of 2025 I took the bike to Savannah Harley-Davidson to have the carburetor tweaked, the clutch adjusted, the new motor was leaking oil , along with three or four other minor things. The original estimate was a little over $900. I was told there would be a small wait time, but it was winter so no big deal. A. Opulent if months went by so I. O Ts Ted them for an update. I spoke with Tim. He said they had ordered anew clutch cable (the one on the bike was new) because the one on it was too long. Two more months went by I had to contact them again. This time I was told their master mechanic was coming to look at the bike because. I went to the dealership Memorial weekend to speak with Tim again and was told there would be bike would be done within two weeks. We are now in September so I had to get nasty. An entire riding season was about over. They had the bike 9 months. I was told they had test drove my bike and everything was fine. Tim did say they adjusted the carb, but since they didn't have the specs they did the best they could, but the bike drove fine. Due to the fact it took so long I was told the bill would be adjusted. When I went to pick my bike up my bill was only $132. I assumed it was because they had the bike for almost a year. I was on the highway going home when the shifter peg came flying off, the mirrors were loose, some bolts went flying off and the bike was still leaking oil. Savannah Harley-Davidson released a dangerous motorcycle with loose parts, leaking oil and a clutch that was so tight by the time I got home my hand hurt so bad I could hardly shift. After I got home I discovered NOTHING had been done to my motorcycle. After 9 months. I have every email they sent saying repairs were being done and they had take it out for a test drive to make sure the bike was good to go. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business's Bureau and I suggest that you all steer clear of Savannah Harley-Davidson. read more

Came by due to bike issues with a friend's bike while taking a road trip. They diagnosed a bad battery which they had in stock. Replaced and back on the road. Everyone was nice. The parking lot was massive . Inside there was plenty of clothing apparel for all genders. read more

I am deeply disappointed with the way the situation has been handled regarding the dismissal of an exceptional riding coach. This individual has been nothing short of outstanding in their role--always professional, highly skilled, and dedicated to providing top-tier instruction to students. Throughout their tenure, there has never been a single issue regarding their work performance, attitude, or commitment. However, despite their stellar track record, this coach was unjustly fired after reporting a serious personal safety concern: stalking. Rather than being supported in addressing the issue, their professionalism was met with disregard. The situation became even more baffling when a claim was made by the stalker's sister, alleging a "hostile work environment" because her sister could not visit her while she is on the clock "working". This is not only an insult to the coach's hard work and dedication but also a glaring failure to protect employees from real threats. The coach showed incredible resilience by continuing to do their job professionally despite facing such challenges, yet they were let go with no regard for their proven worth. It is deeply troubling that a workplace would prioritize such baseless claims over the well-being of a committed employee who had no history of conflict or misconduct. This entire situation reflects poorly on the organization's commitment to supporting its staff and maintaining a safe, respectful work environment. I was looking forward to taking a riding class from this coach, but the fact that stalking and domestic issues are not a concern for Harley will force me to look elsewhere for instruction. Here I thought Harley Davidson as a company had morals and values, but I guess not! Erin read more

First, my Texas Hat is off to Rodney Taylor, Parts Associate @ Savannah Harley-Davidson. I was on M/C trip to North & South Carolina, as well as Georgia. It was unfortunate that I was unable to use my Harley-Davidson FLTRXS Boom Box for Navigation, frustrating and discouraging. While passing through Savannah, I decide to stop at the Savannah Harley-Davidson dealer. The service department was busy; therefore, I went to the parts department. There, I met Rodney Taylor, quite the gentleman, professional, courteous, and most of all offered to help me with my GPS. In no time at all, Rodney resolved my issue and educated me on its operation and what I was doing wrong. Rodney was absolutely wonderful to offer is valuable time to help, resolve, and teach me the proper steps. Guys, please keep in mind, I am 68 years old, I have been riding Harley-Davidsons since 1974, from knuckleheads, panheads, shovelheads, to the newest FL models in today times. So, after saying all that, this FLTRXS is my first bike with GPS. Rodney Taylor, many thanks for your kindness, professionalism, and most of all being genuine. I will stop for any/all my necessary needs when I am passing through / back in Savannah, Georgia. I highly recommend Savannah Harley-Davidson for your Harley-Davidson needs. F. I was traveling from California and injured my shoulder making it unsafe to ride any further or complete my USA ride. I arranged transport to return my new FLTR back to California and needed a safe place to store and have the bike picked up as I flew home. A call to Savannah HD and I received an immediate positive response and no charge to store the bike until it is picked up. Professional, courteous, and making me feel part of the HD family. Thank you Savannah HD for immediately rescuing a traveler in need. read more

Moved last year to Lowcountry. Decided to visit my local dealer. Not really feeling the love here. Certainly not to much southern hospitality. Not like they were busy. How about saying hello? Prices were much higher than Brian's HD in Philly. We saw a really nice riding vest that my wife liked. They had it listed for $250. Yes it was really nice, but not $250 nice. I looked at the HD parts list and either it's too new for the website or an aftermarket item. I don't think it had any Harley markings on it. During checkout, I asked about their HOG group. The attendant was supposed to get me information, but must have forgotten. He did ask if I wanted to join the rewards program. For $29.90, you can earn the right to get some of your overpaid money back in Harley Bucks. Gee--- sounds a bit like the Brian's Buck program that is free. They could probably sell more at this location with a better marketing strategy. They probably don't need to with their downtown location doing well. read more

Great customer service. Awesome selection of bikes, apparel, and other items. Must see!

Made a detour off I75 to I-95 to consider a Boss Hoss they had for sale. It wouldn't start and claimed they didn't have a jump box that would. I left my number and was given a card. I was never contacted and when I attempted to contact I was met with failure. H-D MoCo is dying one customer at a time. read more

Service has gone down hill fast at this place - I made an appointment got bumped for a traveler - no problem with that - two days later my 20,000 mile service was still was not done - they rescheduled me again to fix a fork that had a leak - two weeks out -they lost the the bike in storage - took two days to finish that appointment - picked up the bike all the sensors are lit up on the dash what is a test ride for - take it back in then they tried to charge me another 207 dollars for what they screwup - after that issue I took it home and found out they never put the tuner that they did a live tune on the bike in the saddle bag - back to get the tuner - all in all my time was wasted dealing with the service departments mistakes - my question is what are they hiring for mechanic???? read more

Stopped in on a visit to Savannah... so incredibly disappointed in this HD shop. Looked at a used bike, scratches handle bars, running boards and mirror, and a dented tank and they still wanted $18k for it??? Outrageous! Clothing prices are significantly higher than any other shop I've visited across the country! Left with nothing and won't bother returning! read more

We have been to this store a couple times now. Not teally friendly, and over priced on EVERYTHING.. We went to get my husbands 2016 Low Rider S 5000 service, they claimed it was only going to take 2 hours at most till the next day in the morning. 2 hours pass, no call, 4 hours pass, no call. So we go ahead and call them, no answer we decided to head over, it was 5 mins till closing and there was not a person in sight. Cool. So we call the next day and they lost our paperwork... So management got on the line and said she would find it. Long story short we are on our way to get my husbands bike after taking almost 5 days to do a check up.. These people are unorganized not polite and just flat out rude. Not impressed. read more

Awesome service from the sales team (shout out to "Stevel Knievel") as well as the team behind the scene that gets all the logistics done. Have always been on a Harley and always will, this location goes above and beyond the calling for their customers. Called them on multiple occasions and they went out of their way to fix a problem thats wasn't theirs. They are willing to help and point you in the right direction for the tasks needed. GREAT TEAM! Thanks again and always will stop in from time to time. read more

The men in my family have been riding Harley's for five generations and I intended to have my son follow suit, but the inept mechanical service provided here combined with the indifferent customer-relations have broken my will to further that tradition. My bikes have been serviced here for over a decade but the last three services provided, covering the span of three years, have accumulated to well over 8 months of time just sitting in the shop. None of my bikes have been any older than the mid 90's. If my bike wasn't my primary form of transportation, I'd be more understanding but I've stressed that before scheduling each service and even bought the needed parts weeks in advance. Still I'm stuck using loaner vehicles and having to even rent just to get back and forth to my job. To make matters worse, I've had to beleaguer them just for updates to the point that I am made to feel a nuisance! This shop's incompetent level of service combined with the companies continued movement away from its original design have made it clear than I need to look elsewhere for my motorcycle need. I guess I'm gonna have to start surveying other manufacturers to replace my current bike and teach my son to ride! I would most assuredly never recommend this dealership for any services needed, though I've never bought a new bike so I can't attest to the Sales Department (they are friendly, but.... Duh!) I made a Yelp account just to write this! P.S. Oh, and you can DEFINITELY forget about that complimentary cleaning Harley has always done with their more in-depth mechanical services, if you bring your bike to this location. read more

Savannah Harley Davidson is a first class dealership. At no time from the time I entered the dealership to completing my purchase of a Triglide was I ever uncomfortable. Shout out to dealer. Had a breakdown on my recent trip to Daytona. The service department took me right in. Diagnosed the issue fixed it and had me back on the road in only a few hours. Service team was great. They turned what could have ruined my trip into one of the highlights. First time I have had a dealer keep me involved in the process and inviting me to learn along with the process. read more

VERY VERY nice store!!! Good selection of bikes, and a huge clothing sections for men and women. Friendly staff who offered us help several times. Was glad to see a lot of Savannah related items, because as a biker, that's what we come to different stores for. Hope to visit again next time we are in the area! read more

i recently had a minor service done (oil change) they had my bike for over 3 weeks... while there, they noticed a broken muffler clamp and they rebolted my front fender and muffler slip ons ( which took me 5 mins in total previously ), when i arrived to pick up my bike for a simple oil change and replacing a broken muffler clamp, knowing harley is more than most repair shops, even i was shocked at the almost five hundred dollar bill - ouch !!!! it was explained at that time the so called "book" pricing is what it is and the other harley davidson dealership (which i wont say ) down the road is even more of a rip off than they are (wow)! i was shocked at the lack of customer service and tact. as an owner of a business myself, i was horrified. this was my first experience with this dealership, and although i typically upgrade my bike every couple of years, i certainly won't be coming here. read more
