He was incredibly patient with me while I went back and forth on deciding between 2 bikes. While I was getting the paper work settled he went so far as to tab ALL of the important information I'd need in the owners manual; from the break in period to the maintenance stuff in the back. He really went above and beyond, and I love my Breakout. The parts department is equally impressive. Didn't take long before I wanted to change some things to personalize my scooter. Rodney in parts is incredibly knowledgeable. When you are looking at replacing things he'll make sure you don't forget the gaskets and/snap rings that you may need to complete the job. While I primarily deal with Rodney all of the guys at the desk are awesome. I've also bought parts from Rudy, and he was great as well. These guys are either techs in a past life or they wrench on their own bikes. In my experience, they know their stuff. Finally, the service department. Fortunately, I haven't had to have much to do with service. Take care of your bike, and it'll take care of you. I did have the privilege of having the master tech, Allen work on a few things. I'm thoroughly impressed with how well he knows these machines. I can't speak on the negative reviews on here. Seems they were years in the past. I will say that if you are patient with folks they will be patient with you. Be courteous, and it'll come back on you. On…read moreNovember 26th, I got an email saying that they "apologize" but they still didn't have the title to send to my lien company but they should be getting it "soon". On December 9th, another email "any day now". December 17th, "by the end of the month". December 31st "they are going to over night it by Friday" (Jan 2nd). On January 8th "should be shipping to us tomorrow". During this time frame I have had to waste time getting an extension on my temporary plate, which expires in a few days and you can only get an extension once, so after that I am not legally able to ride the motorcycle that they sold me. In addition, I am having to deal with the Credit Union who is threatening to increase my current APR because they haven't received the title yet. So here we are, 71 days in, still no title, and only a few more days I'm legally allowed to ride my bike. My next step will be a lawyer, why should I pay a penalty and for documentation fees for documents I haven't even received and for a motorcycle that I can't even use?

Wish I could give it no stars!!!! So I Made an appt for my sxs to be checked because it was running…read morehot and to get oil change. Mind you, had to wait 3 weeks before I could even bring it in. Ok whatever... Bring it in and they call a few days later and say it needs a radiator which cost about $249, So the bill would be that, plus oil change and labor, but couldn't tell me what that total cost was.... 3 weeks later they call and say it's ready and the bill is nearly $1300! And they want CASH or they are charging me 4% more.... Plus they initially told me they would give me so much for my sxs if I bought a new one, but then walked back on that saying my sxs had some mud on it... like what? It's a SXS! Also, Went to pick it up and had to wait 30+ mins because there was no one available to take my payment.... Like wth... I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment. I don't like lies and surprises.
