One constructive comment would be to not charge for fitting of accessories when buying them with a new bike, that way customers would be more likely to buy more accessories at the same time. Would I go back - oh yes, already gone through the 1k milestone on the bike, so next stop is the second service at 10k. Hopefully see them then.

I called Friday morning and they recommended we wait until Saturday where we would get more bang for our buck and rent them for the day. When we arrived the Jordan-owner could not have been more helpful and friendly! He gave us a map and made some fun recommendations. It was so fun riding through the neighborhoods to see all of the lavish coastal homes. We saw several historical landmarks along the way and even got to the coolest beach that had a view of downtown Charleston. Pricing was very reasonable and there are several budget friendly options. I ended up having to push the scooter to the nearest gas station and put in almost $5 worth of gas... well at least the next guy will have a full tank! the guy texted later and said he was sorry I ran out of gas and I could keep the scooter longer. nice gesture but we had plans and we're leaving. if you do rent a scooter beware that you ride in the bike lane over the IOP bridge but in traffic everywhere else.. ( that's what the cop told me when he pulled me over). I had a lot of fun on the scooter until the cop pulled me over and I ran out of gas! it was fun till it wasn't anymore!

Pick up was scheduled to be within an hour or 2. I called multiple times to check in throughout the day and they did not pick up my car. It was 6 hours before they dropped my car off at the location I submitted. They also stated that they made additional stops along the way. Due to their lack of professionalism and providing a service in a timely manner my car is not able to be serviced until tomorrow. The insurance company is aware and will be reporting this to the necessary departments.

They replaced skylight glass saying it was damaged, didn't call first with a price (how do I know it was really damaged), didn't replace the shroud like I asked. Shop folks were not very professional. I thought I was going to spend decent money and get good service, I was wrong. Total bill was $2700, overall experience was not worth that and the picture shown is what was left behind (they did even clean up their mess). Like I say, disappointed.

Never had any issues…read more Sometimes the bill was a little pricey, but if you have a lot of experience owning an rv, you have to know to expect that sometimes. RV's are not cheap and require regular maintenance. I then purchased a slightly used Winnebago View class C from them. It had a few issues. They got them fixed right away. The main cabin door had some problems. They worked hard to get Winnebago to replace the door under warranty as the RV was pretty much new. They were able to get me a brand new door. They are cosiencious about their customers and they try hard. No RV repair shop is perfect, but they put in a lot of effort to please their customers. George is great, and Maddie in customer service is always professional, nice, and helpful. I would highly recommend Protech. And Paradise RV. These are good people who try hard.

I had a breakdown near the Wondo River Bridge. Contacted Sea Island, which is relatively close and they got a truck to my location in a little under 20 mins. The driver was kind, funny, and quirky. He likes his job and he has stories to tell. He got the car loaded in 5 mins and we were off! We actually had a little fun on the ride to the drop-off point with our driver. We squared up at the mechanic garage we requested delivery to and it was a fair price especially considering it was a holiday weekend. Thanks, Woody! 10/10 would recommend.
