One constructive comment would be to not charge for fitting of accessories when buying them with a new bike, that way customers would be more likely to buy more accessories at the same time. I was told I had a full tank of gas which should last for about…read more100 miles. the second day I ran out of gas. when I called the guys response was you had a full tank and their is a gas gaugeo your steering wheel. no he didn't say I'm sorry, no he didn't say I'll help you! just accusations of being negligent in watching the gas gauge. he did say he would reimburse me for the gas ( which upon returning the scooter he did not do!!!) I ended up having to push the scooter to the nearest gas station and put in almost $5 worth of gas... well at least the next guy will have a full tank! the guy texted later and said he was sorry I ran out of gas and I could keep the scooter longer. nice gesture but we had plans and we're leaving. if you do rent a scooter beware that you ride in the bike lane over the IOP bridge but in traffic everywhere else.. ( that's what the cop told me when he pulled me over). I had a lot of fun on the scooter until the cop pulled me over and I ran out of gas! it was fun till it wasn't anymore!

I have never experienced more professional, courteous, or friendly treatment! Special Kudos go to Greg Casey, the sales professional, without whom, I would not have driven the extra 80 miles to North Charleston. (There is another BMW Dealer that is 80 miles closer to me). I gave specifications for my ideal BMW to both dealerships, color, options, what I wanted and what I didn't want, figuring no one would be able to find one like that. In less than 48 hours, Greg responded with EXACTLY what I specified, including a picture of the bike I wanted! When we spoke, he offered to go get the bike and bring it to N. Charleston. I was going through a very hectic time, going on my spring ride to Kentucky, dealing with a new promotion and position at work and time was of not there. To him this was no problem, giving me all the time I needed to get my crap together and held the bike for me (with a deposit, of course) until I had time to get there and consummate the transaction!!! I called and made an appointment for a service on my Sea Doo jet ski a week in advance. I get there…read moreon Saturday April 25 2026 and my appointment is not in the system. I have to give all my information again and was told they would not get to it today since the technician is out. No problem...I was told to leave it out front and that it would stay there for 5 minutes as they would move it to a more secure location. I left and came back two hours later. My ski is in the same location. I hooked it up to my truck and as I'm leaving I call the service advisor Bryce to let him know that I am canceling my appointment and taking my jet ski. His response is ok. I told him I'm taking this ski and no one even stopped to asked me what the hell am I doing. Bryce never comes out of the building.

They insisted we pay for entire cart up front despite the fact that the sound bar was on back order. We did. We trusted them. Big mistake. It's now been months since delivery of cart (without the soundbar). When I call the salesman (initial "J") all I get is lip service and excuses that the soundbar is still on back order. Probably not his fault but someone there should own this. Strangely the sales floor has literally dozens of golf carts with the soundbar installed. Maybe uninstall one of them and install it, as promised, on our cart? Be careful dealing with these folks. Don't make the mistake, as we did, of paying for something upfront that will not show up. So disappointed, so very disappointed.

They refuse to pay their debt. They have relocated their business and dropped the the name diva customs and renamed it Jason's Garage but still carry the Diva Customs logo. They do not stand behind their work and when I attempt to collect my money they refuse all certified letters and leave threatening phone messages on my business phone. STAY AWAY from these people.
