I called Friday morning and they recommended we wait until Saturday where we would get more bang for our buck and rent them for the day. When we arrived the Jordan-owner could not have been more helpful and friendly! He gave us a map and made some fun recommendations. It was so fun riding through the neighborhoods to see all of the lavish coastal homes. We saw several historical landmarks along the way and even got to the coolest beach that had a view of downtown Charleston. Pricing was very reasonable and there are several budget friendly options. I am recommending this to all locals and tourists!!

I ended up having to push the scooter to the nearest gas station and put in almost $5 worth of gas... well at least the next guy will have a full tank! the guy texted later and said he was sorry I ran out of gas and I could keep the scooter longer. nice gesture but we had plans and we're leaving. if you do rent a scooter beware that you ride in the bike lane over the IOP bridge but in traffic everywhere else.. ( that's what the cop told me when he pulled me over). I had a lot of fun on the scooter until the cop pulled me over and I ran out of gas! it was fun till it wasn't anymore!

After a few days the tracking information shows that it is stalled and not moving between destinations. When I contacted FedEX to find out what's going on, they freely admitted that the shipment is lost and at some point between transfers was not scanned in, even though the trucks that were moving it reached their destinations. They informed me that they could do nothing unless Cyclegear submitted a claim or a ticket on behalf of the delivery.  I contacted Cyclegear to get them to resolve this issue and of course, they pulled the same old Corporate nonsense. "we can't do anything about this. I don't know what FedEx is talking about. We can't submit any tickets. I don't have access to those systems." yadda yadda yadda. just stonewalling me while holding over 700 of my hard earned dollars.  I then explained to them that the North Charleston Store here appears to actually have the helmet in question in stock, and that I would just go and pick my helmet up from that store's inventory. just refund me for the Helmet i ordered and I will repurchase there since it's available. i PAID for this helmet in full. you HAVE what I paid for. just let me pick it up since your shipping failed.but no. of course not. Cyclegear sees fit to take my money and give me NOTHING AT ALL in return. No recourse. Cyclegear is taking no action to resolve this, just leaving the lost helmet eternally in limbo with FedEx and offering me no compensation. Something that would be so simple to solve becomes impossible because some stooge in an office hiding behind a phone is too lazy to fix it.  This is a lifelong boycott. I am an avid motorcyclist who lives covered in motorcycle gear, and I will never spend money with Cyclegear, Revzilla, J&P cycles or any of their puppet shell companies ever again. And if that helmet ever does arrive (which I seriously doubt it eve will, FedEx was clear on this) I'm immediately returning it. You will never get my money again, because you lack the basic skills to deal with simple situations in a fair and courteous way, and that is unforgivable for a retail business.

Had them replace a flat rear tire and gave me a list of problems with my bike their "18 point inspections" SCAM. Since I ride 99% on my bike for work and errands, I felt the bike had to be reliable and made it clear to repair only critical problems that were necessary to function and went through the list several times. They held my bike ransom over a month and exceeded the estimate over $700. I paid it and left with the bike, 20 miles later I lost the function of my speedometer only to find out, the cable disconnected from the sensor at the wheel. I returned to American Biker, and showed Russ at the service desk that the speedometer cable had been damaged. He tells the part guy to order a sensor and charged me $116 even though Russ did not determine the sensor was defective and the cable was not ordered. Multiple trips to American Biker to order the cable and have it installed. They charged me an additional $230. Drove another 39 miles and speedometer failed again. Returned to American Biker where their Service dude Kirk claimed that the Speedometer gauge was worn. I told him bull sh*!. I have been riding this bike for 6 years and never had a problem until they serviced it. They were responsible for the failure and I wanted my money back. Kirk wanted to sell me a GPS speedometer. I rode the bike home, ordered a speedometer cable for $19 and drove the bike over 1000 miles without a problem. If American Biker had their way I would have spent over $600 for damage they created. They would not admit they caused the problem and Kirk told me they would not work on my bike again. Feelings mutual. All I wanted was to replace a flat rear tire.

Lowcountry Harley Davidson inspired us with their dignified treatment, imparting comprehensive product knowledge and presenting financial options. Every question we posed to Tom was met with meticulous explanations, devoid of hesitation. Tom, Patrick, and Mike delivered exceptional customer service, offering a distinctive, one-of-a-kind product, and proved themselves to be a trustworthy and reputable dealership. This marks our second motorcycle purchase in 7 years. Every individual, from the front desk to the service department, exemplifies approachability, diligence, extensive product knowledge, and kindness! As we waited, an extraordinary older gentleman, asked if he could sit at my table across from me. We shared a profoundly uplifting conversation about life, family, and our military service. His kindness was truly awe-inspiring. I was then called to go sign our documents and Patrick asked me if I knew who I was speaking to. I said yes, your most exceptional longest working salesman. He said no, that's Phil the owner. I've never encountered a more compassionate person in my life. My overall experience was life-changing and left an indelible mark on my heart. 100 Stars! I will update the pictures to add the new motorcycle when it is delivered. I highly recommend Lowcountry Harley Davidson.
