Bought a Big Horn utv and had him do another job for me which did not fix the problem. The UTV had a fuel pump and a number of other parts go bad and he refused to do the repairs and I had to take the utv to waycross to get it repaired. As other reviews stated they had the same problem. It cost me 2K to have it repaired with less than 40 hours on it. Tractor supply sells bighorn but they will not guarnatee to back the warranty. The owner has a bad attitude and has told his customers to go elsewhere. I would think twice about buying a bighorn as in my opinion they are a piece of junk. If you purchase a vehicle from Hawg, double-check your bill of sale before leaving because sometimes they mistakenly yet frequently mis-assign VID numbers, leading to some drivers of mopeds getting arrested for stealing their own mopeds, and then their mopeds being given by the police to some other individual. They will not take any action to rectify any problems including those that they themselves cause. They are incompetent and unreliable and multiple people are in the process of suing them for making mistakes in peoples' bills of sale that led to multiple false arrests. Cribbs is the much better choice for Savannah! They'll take care of you for less money and if by some chance they do make a mistake they'll man up and own up to it immediately, unlike Cody Turner who only says he'll fix his fuck-up and then does nothing. read more

Absolute best option for Tybee vacations! For the second year in a row we rented a cart from Hawg Powersports. The cart was delivered right to our vacation rental and picked up when we were done. Both the 4 person cart and 6 person cart were like new and the 6 person cart even had the ability to take on the main road since it had a low speed vehicle tag. Based on the rates we researched at the time, they substantially beat the competition on Tybee. A++ experience. read more

The owner repaired it one day at a great price and the next time I came in we chatted about his fantastic line of scooters available on site and best pricing I've ever seen, while his mechanic fixed my scooter. Bought a 4-wheeler for my son for Christmas. It ran for a couple of hours and quit running due to a factory default that led to overcharging and ruined the battery. Hawg Scooters admitted it was a defective machine but wouldn't fix the problem. They just said it was cheaply made in China and there was nothing they could do! Crooks!!! read more

Do not rent here! First when you rent they take a pic of your credit card. Inappropriate and unprofessional employees. Company had attitude from the start of ride. Returned 15 min earlier then contracted time. He full on charged up in my face yelling because he thought I was wearing my helmet too lose. Ride is over at this point Scooters returned early safe and sound So why the aggressio. I let him know not accepting that type of aggression and he literally says to me "who you eyeballing boy"!!! Feeling threatened by employees behavior we called police who were great. In the meantime before Police came employe is shouting at us we have pictures of your license ( and credit card btw). What? Called owner next day who lied about their being cameras outside. During the incident we asked the police to view employees bad behavior and they said they could not because there were outside cameras. Owner took no accountability for our poor experience . Expect the same in any reply here. In my opinion Steer Clear. They also said their landlords company Old Town Trolly was bad. Seemed like a good business to me. Lots of other fun stuff to do. If you like giving away $1423.40, then buy something from here. We bought our daughter a 4 wheeler for her birthday, because we want her to have the things we always wanted and didn't have growing up. The day we got it, we came home rode it for 20 minutes and it wouldn't crank again. We took it back to them because there was a 60 day warranty. They kept it for a week trying to repair it. Every time we got it back it would run for 10 minutes and the same thing would happen. They tried to repair it 4 or 5 times in the 60 days we had it. My daughter didn't get to ride it on her birthday, on Christmas, on New Years. We felt horrible that every time we would ask if she wanted to ride her four wheeler her face would light up, she would get her boots and helmet on, we would walk outside and it wouldn't start. Seeing her face broke our hearts. So we took the four wheeler back to them, and being told the last time by them to "Give me one more chance to get it right." It wasn't right. Never ran right. They had multiple chances and we just had a bad taste in our mouths. When we dropped it off for the last time the owner wasn't there and wouldn't be back until after the New Year. We went out and spent $3000 on another four wheeler from someone else. Once the owner finally got in touch with us after 2 weeks his offer was to give us $1175. When we said "No. How about $1400?" He said he couldn't do that. We were willing to lose $23.40. Why did he offer any refund if he felt like what he did wasn't wrong?? The owner said he would sell it on consignment and we would get all our money back. We said No. We weren't putting our name on a broken four wheeler that someone else would be screwed over with. We aren't those people. So now, we have given them $1423.40, on top our all our time going back and fourth from their shop, the lost wages of work we had to miss, the gas, and our faith in business owners do the right thing.
