On December 9th, another email "any day now". December 17th, "by the end of the month". December 31st "they are going to over night it by Friday" (Jan 2nd). On January 8th "should be shipping to us tomorrow". During this time frame I have had to waste time getting an extension on my temporary plate, which expires in a few days and you can only get an extension once, so after that I am not legally able to ride the motorcycle that they sold me. In addition, I am having to deal with the Credit Union who is threatening to increase my current APR because they haven't received the title yet. So here we are, 71 days in, still no title, and only a few more days I'm legally allowed to ride my bike. My next step will be a lawyer, why should I pay a penalty and for documentation fees for documents I haven't even received and for a motorcycle that I can't even use?

It was explained to him that the individual who caused some of the past issues is no longer employed by this company. The new management were sincere in their apology for past incidents and extended their hand in a show of goodwill. It does appear that Coastal Empire Moto has corrected its course and is reinventing itself into a friendlier and more enlightened space that prides itself on the joy and celebration of collecting and riding vintage bikes. I felt this update to be proper. Coastal Empire Moto made an effort to make amends and sincerely seem to be engaged in uniting the southeast region's community of moto riders. We harbour no ill will towards Moto and hope that this updated review shall provide others with insight into the new direction of this company and their commitment to change and quality customer service. We look forward to hearing great things from the new Coastal Empire Moto and it's team.

They are the definition of what a true Moto shop should be all about. Mike & Arron have not only given me a perfectly running 1971 Honda CL 350 but a friendship for life with the Costal Moto family. After getting things situated with insurance I called to see what I needed to do to get the car out OR scrap it. Not only is he a MASSIVE price gouger but also cheap with the scrap. Is trying to charge a single mother with an above $1000 bill just because the car is sitting and only offered me $250 off the bill for the scrap of my 2015 Rogue. It runs but needs major work that I most likely would have given him if the situation was better. THIS MAN IS THE EPITOMY OF AN Arseholp. And I dont know about you Bluffton neighbors but I would rather give my business to ppl like those at AutoTech who are honest and good people In general. I tried explaining the situation and even asked him how he could ethically do this to someone and he did not care. There has to be a cap on this kind of thing but he is willing and able to screw ppl at his leisure. No working with me at all. He even admitted I could go anywhere else and get way more for the scrap but this is all he is offering. Awful awful human being and apparently incapable of doing the right thing.

The last time I went there was because my AC was only blowing cold on the passenger side. My husband and I were told in order to fix the issue we would have to pay over $800 because the mechanic would have to open up the dash in order to fix the part. (Blend door) After peacock Hyundai said that they recharged the system, added free-on and did other diagnostic tests we had to pay $200 even though the problem was not fixed, that's when we were quoted $800 for the rest. We decided to go to Two Nuts and a Bolt to see if we could get another opinion on the matter. TWO NUTS AND A BOLT FIXED THE PROBLEM IN MINUTES! Not only was it JUST the free-on and recharge that needed to be done, they didn't even charge me because they felt bad that the dealership was trying to get me to pay for a diagnostic test when the problem wasn't even diagnosed! As stated earlier, I will be going to this shop from now on! Thank you guys so much!!

The final straw was when I received an estimate of $3600 plus $200 for diagnostic to fix secondary air injectors on my 2008 Toyota Tundra (named Semper Fi after my late father-in-law). After checking Mitchell's excellent reviews, I took a chance with their $135 diagnostic exam. Two days later, it was only a minor repair from a squirrel or rodent chewing through the wires! My total bill came to $475, to include an oil change and tire rotation!! We are picking him up today and our prayers of finding a trustworthy business to service our vehicles is finally over. They informed me that I needed new rear air shock and quoted me a replacement cost of $1,141.06 (shocks and labor). I asked if I could supply the shocks so I could save some money but they said "no" - that they don't allow customers to supply their own parts (remember - repair shops mark up the prices on part big time). So, rather than paying $917.58 from Integrity for the shocks, I went on EBAY and bought after market replacement shocks for $120.00. I went to Atkins and Bob Motors and told them what I was doing. They were happy to install the new shocks for me and quoted me about $150.00 for the install. I made an appointment for the next day at 10 am. Within a few minutes they had compared my after market shock to the OEM shocks on the vehicle and said that they would work. Within an hour my car was ready and the new rear air shocks were working beautifully - and - They charged me below the quoted price.
