When I got there, they immediately began giving me estimates and were able to order parts and fix my car that same day! The front desk man could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I was sitting in the waiting area (which is huge and very comfortable) for over three hours waiting for my car. It happened to be down pouring the entire time I was there, and when it came time for the lunch break, I was invited to take a ride to get lunch. Beyond thoughtful and respectful, rather than leaving me to sit outside in the rain for an hour. Before today, I'd never been to a mechanic in Savannah, as I'm very new to the area and here for college. I've always been wary of going to any sort of mechanic alone, as I'm a young, uneducated (in cars) woman, with fears of being up charged and taken advantage of. All the staff sat down and explained the issues with my car and explained the prices (in very basic terms which I was thankful for). I know I was very well taken care of here, and wouldn't even consider going to a different mechanic.

Original estimate was $450. Final estimate turned into $3400. It turned out I had a broken rear leaf spring. It took 2 months to get my car back. If you want a garage that rarely answers the phone or does not return phone calls, even before I ever brought my car in, than this would be the place to take your car. Grant it that it took 3 weeks for my part to get in, but they had no reason to work on my car for 5 weeks. I was berated by the owner for calling all the time and told, "it's not going to get the car fixed any quicker by constantly calling us. It turns out they only use cell phones to track your phone calls coming in and just ignore customers that have their cars in the shop. When I took my corvette into the show, they located a transmission oil leak in one of the lines close to the transmission intercooler. But the leak is so slow that it doesn't even drip from the car at all. So I will not worry about it until it actually starts to show some leakage on the garage floor. So I will not waste money on fixing this $800 repair. They also sent me an email to replace the front spring after they already took it apart and never fixed it. And they did not raise the front end enough and neither did they make it level like I asked for it. So they want me to fix things that don't need to be fixed, and they took 2 months to do a half ass job on what I already asked to be fixed. Never again will I take my car to those idiots I did not even respond to their email, they are not worth my time to even do that

Their level of professionalism, knowledge, and execution is unbelievable. I took my secondary vehicle in for service as part of a factory recall and was immediately bombarded with a list of discrepancies I would have to get serviced before my vehicle was even pulled into the garage bay to be inspected by a servicemember. This was odd to me and I looked at this as an attempt to capitalize on my visit and gain additional funds since the recall would be covered by the dealership. They proceeded to start the recall (ECM Reprogram) but did not have an engine sub-harness needed to complete the work. At this point I was informed they would order the sub-harness and that they would call me when it arrived. Tom and Brandon (Service Managers) advised that I could drive the vehicle in the interim while I awaited the parts. (Of note I expressed to them I would be moving out of state in two weeks due to a military PCS and needed the work to be completed prior to my move.) This was extremely poor advice considering the recall was a safety recall which could cause the vehicle to randomly stall out while traveling causing potentially fatal accidents. With no other options I left the dealership with my check engine light on (was not on prior to my visit) As time passed I began to feel as if the work was not prioritized due the nature of it being a recall and would be free of charge. After playing phone tag for two weeks I met my deadline to move and had no choice but to put my Infiniti on a trailer and haul it 550 miles away to North Carolina at my own expense. Once I finally was able to contact a representative I was told the sub-harness arrived a week prior and they neglected to reach out to inform me. This would have been nice to know when I called, around the time of delivery and prior to my move. After arriving to NC I experienced sporadic stall outs and random loss of power. To make a long story short... the took no ownership and never completed the work... my vehicle left their custody in a condition worse that it was prior to me bringing it in for service and their only remedy to date has been a continuous "I apologize this happened to you" "Im Sorry Mr. Goodman" Prior to this experience I've had nothing but praises for Infiniti and always informed people of my love of Infiniti vehicles. After such a horrible experience I will NEVER patronize another Infiniti dealership due to their lack of professionalism and accountability for such poor performance.
