I've ordered several times from EnjoyACorn and being in Milwaukee, WI, I usually have a large order to have it shipped here. Last time I ordered, I ordered 2 Turtle and 1 Chocolate drizzle, Creamy Dill Pickle and a 1 gallon of Cheese. When my order arrived, I had several concerns besides the delay in receiving my popcorn. It took about 10 days to get it, shipping from Chicago to Milwaukee. First, instead of 2 turtle, & 1 Choc. Drizzle, there were 3 Turtle. Second, the bags of the chocolate popcorns had Chocolate fingerprints on the outside of the bag and 1 bag had a slit on the back of the bag. Third, the 'gallon' of Cheese was only 3/4 full. I called to inform them of the error in the order, getting a gallon container only 3/4 full and that the packaging had Chocolate fingerprints all over the bags. Made me wonder if anyone even wore gloves...you could see lines of the ridges of a fingerprint! The response was cold, defensive and rude from the guy who answered the phone. I was told they would have to call me back and hung up before I could confirm which number to call back. I did receive a call back and was told by the woman that she packed the bags herself, she just 'mislabeled' one of the bags but if I would send her a picture of them, she would be able to identify which one was the Chocolate Drizzle. I sent a pic (as shown below), her response was "I will send you a new bag of Chocolate Drizzle". I also mentioned the bags having chocolate fingerprints on the back of the bag & 1 bag slit, she basically ignored that and didn't respond to that information. Her response to the 1 gallon container being only 3/4 full was that "things tend to settle in shipping". Overall, I was unimpressed with the owners response to my multiple concerns. This was very disappointing as I really love their popcorn, will miss it but I will find another place to purchase from. They definitely don't deserve my money or business. read more

The fat boy & his beautiful wife took the trip out south to checkout "enjoyacorn" they have lots of temping flavors. I'm not so big on popcorn BUT my wife loves it. She ordered the Jalapeño Cheese. She wasn't to impressed with the costumer service. And the gentleman was pretty short and not very helpful. That alone lost him repeated business. If I'm going to eat gourmet popcorn I opt for Garrett's . Most popcorn places outside of Garrett's offer subpar, mediocre popcorn. And this place was no exception. The cheese was caked on the popcorn from whatever they use to bind it to the popcorn. Oily and salty. It didn't taste like cheese just salt. Also it was lacking Jalapeño flavor & heat. After being a dedicated customer coming to establishment at least 1-2 times weekly if not every other week also had orders through door dash..... Im not sure if I will ever patronize this establishment again not only is the little guy attitudal when you ask for your butter popcorn to have light butter but the big guy that's always sitting I assume he's the owner had the audacity to try charging me .20 because I asked for an extra plastic bag after spending $30 this time when normally I spend $50 or more.... It's the principle of the fact. Everyone else in Chicago charge 7 cents for a plastic bag so the audacity is what got me and for this reason is why I'm hesitant of supporting our own. This is like Deja vu! Today was was my last visit. My mom and I came in on a Sunday and purchased 6 bags between the both of us. When we got home I noticed one of the bags was the wrong flavor. No biggie. Called the store and explained, he (the owner) told me to bring the popcorn back (weird but ok) and they would switch it. Repeated my order back and everything. I told him I wasn't in the area and would bring it back wednesday (they're closed M and T). Sent my mom and OMG. I will NEVER patronize this place again. He basically told her that I didn't order that type of popcorn and MADE HER PAY THE $2 DIFFERENCE. He told her that he doesn't need to apologize because he's done nothing wrong and offered nothing for the inconvenience. Reader if you'll recall, I spoke with him on Sunday and this wasn't the case. Customer Service by the heavy set man behind the counter was poor, and he was very short in his responses, he was rude. I'm coming to spend money at your place of business receive your customers with love so that will move them to spend more than $10 at your establishment. Chillin on Sunday, September 15, 2024. Wanted some really good Spicy Hot Cheese and Carmel popcorn; thought about EnjoyaCorn. The shop looks clean and the cashiers are nice and friendly. EnjoyaCorn is sometimes a HIT which means the popcorn can be really fresh, seasoned just right, and hard to stop eating. Other the times Enjoyacorn can be a total MISS which means the popcorn can be stale, caked on seasoning (especially the cheese) and not so tasty. This visit was a total MISS...We ordered 6 bags (over $50) of popcorn (2 Cheesy Carmel, 2 Garlic Parmesan, and 2 Hot Cheese and Carmel). The Cheesy Carmel was stale and extremely Cheesy. This was the same situation with the Hot Cheese and Carmel it was stale and extremely Cheesy. I think the cooks put extra Cheesy Seasoning and extra Hot Cheesy Seasoning on stale popcorn; however, the extra seasoning doesn't take away the staleness and the popcorn did not taste good. My co-workers and colleagues are popcorn fanatics. One day someone brought some in the office to share, and I was instantly hooked! The popcorn has excellent flavor and texture. Some feedback though that could have made my overall experience outstanding: Website-Lacks photos, descriptions of flavors and sizes. This made it difficult for me to make my selection. Service-Processing time and shipping should be addressed. It took about 5-6 days total, I was hoping to have sooner, because I wanted to share with visiting family. Also, better communication would have been great. After my order was placed, I wasn't made aware when, or if it had been shipped. ( I want to support this black owned business). A BLACK OWNED BUSINESS that sells popcorn on the south side of Chicago?!!! I'm sold!! The cheese and cheesy caramel are SO delicious and nearly addicting. My parents swear by the hot dill pickle cheesy popcorn (I love pickles but not pickled flavored things) and I would definitely suggest trying a sample at the store. For my next visit I can't wait to try the hot cheese and caramel mix, as well as the Buffalo ranch. Make sure you check the opening hours before you stop by though-- they aren't open on Mondays and Tuesdays and they open and close kind of early on some days. read more

Art's popcorn is POPPIN'. We stopped by after a long day and his snacks were delicious and original. I meant to post this review some time ago (sorry Art), but forgot. It's a local treasure and it's black owned. Also, the popcorn is comparable or dare I say better, than a certain well known popcorn chain that rhymes with Smaretts.
