Originally we just wanted to pull out our front yard plants and redo just the front but there is a $5000 project minimum. After deciding to redo our turf and also include our backyard, Mike came out the next week for a free in person consultation and got me a detailed quote within 2 days. The turnaround time for everything was just amazing, I've never seen anything like it. Our lot is about 3615 sq ft to give a reference point. Our project included: all the labor to demolish/uproot all of our plants including a very large 20 year old tree in the backyard + all the roots (completed in 2-3 days), redid our front and backyard turf (completed in 2 days by Backyard Golf Company), added a veneer stone and cap on our retaining wall (1 week) and replanted all our plants/installed a drip sprinkler system/installed lighting front and backyard (1 week). We have an HOA and Mike had a complete detailed plan and diagram ready for us within 3-5 days. Once HOA got back to us, the project was started within a week and finished in the estimated time frame. Workers came promptly at 8 AM and they were actively working all day not just sitting around. Very respectful, even blowing all the dust at the end of the day to keep the area clean, no garbage left anywhere. The entire project was $30,000 and there weren't any surprise or unexpected costs. Invoices are sent every week on a reasonable schedule and I just loved our experience. I'd recommend Seabreeze to anyone wanting to do their hardscape landscaping in a heartbeat!

Both Heather and Valentina have genuine hearts, and as a team were very willing and extremely kind to accommodate our needs throughout the entire experience. As a pregnant stay at home mom with a young son, I felt more than comfortable and taken care of, and happy to be working with other women in this field as other quotes I had gotten were from male dominant companies that showed different in their correspondence. They were also able to make quick adjustments when our neighbor had some concerns with the hedges we wanted to plant. The scope of the work included adding a concrete pad, extending our concrete patio, planting privacy hedges with drainage and auto watering system, installing artificial grass with paver walkways, and adding pebbles along the exterior wall of our house. Since we have a soft watering system, we also had them install a separate line from the main. Overall, Caliscapes OC was professional, friendly, and accommodating. First, I noticed the inside showroom was well organized to display the variety of turf samples. I touched 1 by 1 foot samples front and back, I even stepped on the turf. I could feel the cushion, texture, color, and quality. Finally we chose the closest natural grass look and color called Pacifico 80 for $3.09 Sq ft. When we asked the sales person to deliver asap, she said tomorrow morning right away. We paid the delivery fee $60. Today we got the beautiful turf and put in the middle of our front yard with the river pebbles on each side. Looks great! All the neighbors said, beautiful and looks real grass. We got lots of compliments.... I think this business owner keeps the premium quality and service for years. The turf has 10 year warranty and final sale. I strongly recommend this store for the water saving landscape in CA.

You generally could have confidence that if you were paying for pool service, that you would get everything you pay for on a weekly basis: skimming, chemical balancing, scrubbing, vacuuming, dumping the skimmer baskets. Furthermore, the company generally had the same staff doing the work so as a client you had some familiarity and confidence that you knew who was doing the work. Unfortunately, since the company came under new ownership many aspects of this experience have changed and gotten much worse. The staff who come by it seems has changed from week to week. They regularly do not do all of the services that you pay for. One week we observed the tech indiscriminately dumping chlorine and tossing a chlorine tablet into the pool without doing any measurements. This is on top of not skimming the surface, brushing the sides, or vacuuming the bottom -- all of which are services that (depending on your service plan) you are potentially paying for. Finally, it would seem there is no easy way to get on the phone with someone at this company. The phone number listed on the website now leads to a voicemail message directing clients and others to text or email. Are they such a big company that they can't field calls from customers about current issues? I don't know, but I would guess not. So in my opinion the service went from reliable and predictable to borderline negligent and seeming to do as little work as possible to justify the monthly fee. As I write this, I've already terminated my ongoing agreement with this company and have another technician hired. Strongly consider avoiding this company, at least in its current state.

The project was completed in five days. They also helped with special tasks which were out of project scope, but there was never any hesitation in getting the job done to customer satisfaction. She is very knowledgeable and has a great vision for design. Our home entry way came out very nice. Special thanks to Jose. He managed the construction from start to finish in one week. Last, in the original formation of the pool, my mom wanted dolphins made from mini pool tile on the floor of the pool. Not one vendor who came out could save this or gave outrageous quotes to resurface the pool and keep the pool in tact. We had at least 6 bids, and ultimately chose OnePro. The choice was based on reliability, honesty, quality, Ptofessional business sense, Value and responsiveness. The head person was Edgar XUM and his son Victor. They walked us through the entire process on looking at samples, etc. Ultimately we had to do a contract with a pool note, similar to a house note. We had to stay within our means, as some things could have been upgraded like the concrete around the pool, but since it was stable we left it as We were very happy with the outcome. We have had to contact OnePro later for follow up issues and they have for the most part been responsive, either coming himself or send an alternative expert in his place.

These guys seem to do wonderful work. They had a beautiful presentation upon the initial…read morewalkthrough and visit. Quote for the work I wanted done was initially over $50k. Then they pressured into signing day of, for an $8k discount or so. Pressure under time - never buy into it. Then they started calling. "Can get you this deal if you agree to do the worth between x months." It literally went down to $28k by the time I had to tell them I went with someone else. They only do pavers. Any additional work would need a different contractor to complete the work. Something as simple as capping an exterior gas line, demo of existing structure etc. they just weren't a fit for our project and what we needed.
