I then ask Jose if he would do an off-cycle cleaning where they take down all of the vines all at once. He quotes me $700 or something stupid like that. I decline. His guys come back. I ask them to keep going with a methodical removal. They say no, because Jose told them to stop. I call Jose and ask if they can continue with the slow but steady removal. He says no. It's unbelievable that I'm paying them to maintain my garden, but by saying no their up charge, he now REFUSES TO MAINTAIN A PLANT THAT'S PART OF THE GARDEN!? Unbelievably unprofessional.
