Great gym to work out in! You can tell from the instructors that they enjoy the classes they teach. It's great seeing the people attend the classes and support you if you feel like you're struggling. They offer a variety of classes from yoga to HIIT classes. I've been going here for little over a year and I'm lucky to have met my trainer here as she is very encouraging. This is the oldest Endorphin locations and honestly, one of my favorites. This location houses a gym with treadmills, elliptical machines, bicycle and other weight machines, a Smith machine, free weights, as well as Kinesis machines. I work out here sometimes on my own, but typically come here for the Kinesis (circuit workout) classes. But I also love the variety of yoga, yoga sculpt, yoga HIIT classes and barre classes. There are showers at this location as well. This location is staffed with an employee who can check you in and answers the phone. Be careful during Kinesis times if you're here to workout on your own. read more

I have gym shopped for what feels like years and nothing is like endorphin. There's so much variety in classes, but more importantly everyone is SO positive and SO welcoming. I'm recovering from a back surgery and usually am uncomfortable taking things slow because im used to always going 100mph, but there is no judgement or pressure at Endorphin. Julia is also the best she's such a good trainer and overall person. She has made me actually look forward to working out, which I never thought would be possible after my injury. read more

I've taken the barre class on Wednesdays with Parinaz a number of times and it's the best barre class with the best instructor I've ever ever been to!! I've been following Parinaz and her classes for the last 10 months, not only have I lost weight but I've gained lean muscle and loads of confidence. I cannot believe how amazing my legs and booty and shoulders (pretty much my whole body) look and feel when I'm able to go to this class consistently. She's pushes us pretty hard (I've seen big muscle men tap out!) but she's always accepting of all levels and willing to give modifications when I need them. I'm obsessed with her barre! read more

GUHHH I MISS ENDORPHIN! I have moved across the country 4 times or so and have gotten involved with many gyms and I can EASILY say that Endorhphin was/is/probablywillalwaysbe THE BEST! The community here is fun, nice challenging and caring. The staff and other people working out are actually curious about your progress which in and of itself is incredible. I usually frequented general kinesis, yoga and a few classes over at ryders. All were fun, all taught by great people and all were some of the best workouts, I have ever had. Big should out to Raquel and Andrew as you were some of my favorite instructors. Endorphin does it again! This is the fourth location I've given a try and I dig the fact that they all have a slightly different vibe. Endorphin City Park is right across the street from their Ryders location, but man is it different. City Park consists of a big, open room for lifting/HIIT classes, although I've only been here for barre and yoga. That stuff takes place in a nice, airy room off to the side that looks out to Colfax (who knew I could get so zen while staring at the 'fax?). I'll break this thang down into the two classes I've attended: Barre360 // Let's start out by giving Jesse a two hands in the air emoji for teaching an hour-long class post-ACL surgery. This gal still did many of the moves while in a giant knee brace, and definitely better than I was doing them sans brace. The class was slightly easier than something you'd take a boutique, barre-only studio, so I would suggest getting some heavier weights. Other than that, I definitely broke a sweat and enjoyed the music. I'll be back! Vinyasa Yoga (all levels) // Made it in for Samy's 7 am class this morning and really enjoyed it. The practice was gentle enough for a sunrise class, but also challenging enough to wake me up. There are mirrors on the wall so you can really make sure you're doing the moves properly, and Samy was great in assisting with adjustments. The instructors here have been consistently friendly and down to earth, which I'm all about. The facility isn't the most up-to-date studio I've been to, but the variety of classes and radness of teachers totally makes up for it. Glad to have this Endorphin location in my neighborhood! read more

I'm updating b/c so many changes have been made to this gym. Qi FTC has become two separate entities, and I feel like a child in a bad divorce. WHY DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE? One friend told me to join both; I replied that I would definitely lose weight that way, as a result of not being able to afford to eat. Here's why anyone east of University/York/Josephine should consider joining Endorphin. 1) more locations and tons of variety for types of classes. Spin classes on Ryders bikes, kinesis classes, different types of yoga, HIIT, boxing... the list goes on and on. 2) great instructors. I'm not even a "real" member and the instructors remember my name AND my... sticking places. Like Sara, who makes sure I don't crunch my lower back and is quick to offer a modification if I need it. 3) EVERY SINGLE CLASS IS HARD. Maybe? maybe that one "beginner's yoga class" is like a 7/10, but every other class will have you crying for your mom/uncle/Jesus. You WILL get your $$'s worth. If you only have time to exercise 2-3x per week? Make it COUNT. Basically, I live closer to the other gym and love it there too. But I needed visitation rights at Endorphin since they have some unique classes (like Kinesis) and snapped up a class pack offered on LivingSocial. I will cry when it runs out. read more

I've been coming to Endorphin for 10 months or so and have recently been coming on a daily basis, so I love this place and it's sort of my home away from home. I SO wanted to give it a 5 star rating but I have just a few small critiques that kind of add up. POSITIVES: - The staff here are so nice. Seriously. Even the personal trainers who don't technically even work there. Always saying hi, remember my name, one guy even came over and gave me some free advice on my workout. - I haven't tried any of the classes yet because I'm on a strict program, but from the outside, they seem great. Lots of options for yogis too. NEGATIVES: - I feel like for the price, this place is so small. When I went to Forza, I paid less, had more classes and the place took up two levels in the Ritz. I mean they had a basketball court. Not so much here. - When there are classes going on, the gym is pretty much unusable, which can be a bit of a bummer. I just kind of try to workout around the classes and always check the schedule, but there have been days when trainers leave some open space and then use all of the good equipment. I think this could be resolved by finding another location nearby to move the open gym to and just do classes here with a small gym. Tall order, I know. It would be super dreamy if they opened a location closer to downtown or 5-points too. *wink wink* All-in-all, I love Endo. I have recommended it to many friends and I hope that someday they are able to solve the space issues! read more

The thing about doing yoga at a gym is that it's reeeally hit or miss, and that's been my same experience here. I've had four teachers, two were kind of meh, one was pretty good, and one rocks my socks off. (Autumn's class on Sunday afternoon. The best!) What I really, really like about this location is how their yoga area is completely separate from the gym area. It makes the atmosphere so much nicer than, say, the CAC in the Tabor Center where your view in class is dudes lifting weights or the Qi downtown location where you walk into a busy gym in order to get to your yoga class. This has a separate entrance and a separate area to stash your belongigs that's then locked up during class. So nice! The actual room for class is a little small and a little awkwardly shaped. Like it's not quite deep enough for three rows, but it wants to be. I like that you sign up ahead of time for classes, too. Makes me less likely to skip. read more

Love this gym! It really is your local, neighborhood gym! i have been going to this gym on and off for about 5 years. They really care about being apart of the community. Love all the different types of classes, but hands down my fav is the Kinesis class taught by Andrew. They have studios all over Denver and you are able to drop in for class at any of them. The city park location is the only gym gym, where there is equipment (treadmills, weights, cable machine) where as all the other locations are more like studio settings, for either spin or yoga. The classes are tough and the instructors really help push you to work hard. read more

I'm reviewing this as a general gym user rather than someone that does classes. First note is that this gym is definitely favored towards classes - a major bug bare is that the classes take over the gym space so sometimes you can't even get to the equipment - not cool. Also the gym is quote dirty with lots of dust everywhere and the floor mats are pretty gross. Other than that it's a good standard gym for your workout. If a better one was closer to home I wouldn't hesitate in changing. (ps can you play something other than Rihanna sometimes?!) read more

I just started going here, 2 classes so far. One at Ryders and one kinesis class. Both have been awesome. Love the unique spin (no pun intended) on cycling classes with those crazy tilting bikes. Definitely will take some getting used to but it's a workout that will surprise you. Don't think you're just working out your legs! Kinesis class is a great, total body workout as well. The equipment isn't super impressive to me but the way the workout was structured really gave me a good workout. Circuit style and mainly focused on strength (with some plyo and cardio mixed in) makes for an ass-kicking class. Above all, the instructors I've had so far were really great because of their energy and positive encouragement. I ultimately go to the classes I like to go to because I like the instructor, so with that said I've found a couple of classes I'd attend over and over again. The only major downfall is that the gym could be a little bit better kept- I'm thinking more about the ryders location more when I say this. It's kind of dingy and certainly gets a little smelly due to the sweat everyone works up, but hey, I guess that's a good thing. read more

I was looking for a gym close to Park Hill with lots of options for classes & found Endorphin. They had a deal for a free week so I checked out the ballet barre class, kinesis, warriors and HIIT. The instructors are nice and all the locations are pretty close to Park Hill. I was a bit too out of shape for Warriors (half biking and half HIIT). Really liked kinesis and HIIT.. they were pretty similar except the kinesis class works in 4 kinesis machines. Just bought a 10 pack so excited to check out the other classes too. The gym itself is on the small side but I mostly go for the classes so it's not a bid deal to me. Only slight downside is that it's sometimes hard to find street parking at the City Park location. read more

I absolutely LOVE Endorphin. I just finished up a 3 month membership there, and hope to get back soon. I mainly attended classes at City Park, Ryders, and the Park Hill locations. I love the variety of classes Endorphin offers - there is always a class for whatever you're feeling (yoga, strength, cardio). My fav's are Kinesis, Warriors, and all the yoga classes. There were certain classes I went to more regularly, and the instructors really made the experience for me! (Shoutouts to Jody W, Andrew G, Brandon H, Nick S, Amanda P, Briana C, and others). Moral of the story is, go to Endorphin. It's an awesome, supportive, motivating community and you will get your ass kicked in the best way possible. read more

Had a great experience with Autumn in yoga. She was able to offer a lot of accommodations and modifications to poses. She took a lot of time getting to know me and my needs and offered very individualized support. She was very knowledgeable and offered to get in touch with her if I ever had any questions. I have also had several other yoga teachers that have been equally knowledgeable and personable (Erin, Tina, Julietta, Val). Highly recommend! read more

This company has really gone downhill in the last year. The equipment is old and most of the locations are consistently dirty. I get that it might be difficult to keep a place clean because of classes (class size has decreased and not as many classes offered), but still...it's the responsibility of the staff to make sure everything is sanitized, swept, and mopped, especially with a pandemic going on. Also, not all the teachers require masks even when inside (there are at least 3 that allow it to be optional even for people without medical issues). Several locations have been closed, and Endorphin has lost some of its best instructors. Everyone constantly seems to be scrambling, and the work outs are pretty much everything you could figure how to do just by Googling and buying some equipment for your house. It's not worth the membership dues charged. read more

I've been a member at Endorphin for a month now and am pumped to be a part of this gym. I always feel like I get a better workout when someone is telling me what to do, and even after just a month of going (even with a pretty prolonged break around the holidays) I feel more toned and stronger. I've been to Barre 360, Kinesis, Warriors (at Ryders) and HIIT (at Ryders) and have had great experiences. I also really like that some of the Warriors classes use heart rate monitors Orange-Theory-Style which is fun. Instructors are experienced and friendly and happy to answer any questions. The ONLY thing I would change about some of the Kinesis classes is that usually there are so many exercises (16+) and fast transition times (30-45 seconds per exercise) that I feel like I never stay at one place long enough to get a feel for the maneuver or get much out of the exercise. They also often spend 5-10 minutes of the 45 min class explaining the exercise. Raquel led an awesome Kinesis class with more reps of fewer exercises (only 10 exercises total divided between five different stations), with fewer transitions, which I would love to see more of in Kinesis classes. Overall, super excited to be at this gym - workouts are fun, variable duration (45min-2hr) which is nice, and the selection of workouts is very diverse. read more

Endorphin, as a company, is a very well-run organization. The studios and gyms that they have created are perfectly sufficient and even fun....but what really makes Endorphin so special are THE PEOPLE that work for the company. All are very dedicated to their work, and all are high-quality individuals with different skill sets. In particular, I have enjoyed doing yoga with people like Megan and Erin (both have different styles and each is GREAT!) and taking the incredibly inspiring kinesis classes with Jody. As I tell all my friends, just sign up for a month and check it out! You won't find a better collection of studios and gyms in Denver, and you certainly won't find a better or more fun group of people working at them. read more

I really enjoyed my warriors class that I took here. It was brutal and there was a lot going on, but I loved that the instructor greeted us when we first got there and helped us get the bikes set up and then he checked in on us halfway through to see how we were holding up. It's a little overwhelming with all the people moving around, so now that I have an idea of how it works, I think my next workout will be even better. Come to Nik's Warrior class if you want an asskicking. The only downside, and I saw this at the LoHi location, too, is no one ever seems to know how to checkin at the beginning. read more
