DJ, one of your employees, knocked on my door tonight, disregarding my "no soliciting" sign next to my doorbell. Him (and his "bodyguard" across the street...his words) gave me the hard sell to get a quote from your company. I said we're not interested and he really shouldn't be knocking on peoples doors who have posted signs, and he proceeded to try and teach me what "soliciting" is, and how he's not selling, just quoting business. What a joke. I told him to get off my property, and as he was leaving, him and his body guard used the f-word at me right in front of my 7 y/o and my 5 y/o. My 5 y/o learned that word for the first time today, from your salesman. Cool eh? I called the police immediately and they were out in the neighborhood talking with your hoodlums within 5 minutes. Your reviews are FULL of poor people having the same experience. Clearly this is how you do it. How you run your business. I have the whole interaction on camera from multiple angles and I plan to post it wherever I can for the world to see. They came to my door to offer a free estimate for my door. When they came back to do that they indicated that the gutters were more important and talked me into signing a contract. Many days later another person came to measure and said the roof was more important than the gutters. I stated I could not do both and if I went with the roof would that be an issue with the contract. The gentleman said no. After thinking about this I decided to contact my insurance to see if they would pay (this company did NOT suggest this). Today I advised them that I would not be having them do any service as I had no confidence in them. They stated I'd have to pay 33% of the contract price because I did not cancel within 3 days. I don't feel this is right! I will never do business with them and would NOT recommend them to anyone! They were also twice the price of some other reputable companies I had do estimates! read more

We watched their guy walk up to our door and read the sign you see below and the proceed to ring the door bell and bang on the door. At 6:00 PM on a Monday evening -- when it was already dark outside -- a salesman named Chris from Endeavor Exteriors knocked on our door while our family was at home for the night. We have a clearly posted "No Soliciting" sign, yet he proceeded anyway. When my mom opened the door and pointed out the sign, Chris interrupted her and claimed he "wasn't selling anything," despite launching into a sales pitch. She politely asked him to leave, which he ignored. My dad then had to step in and firmly tell him to leave because he was refusing to respect our request. Chris then said he only left because he was "respectful," even though he had already ignored both the sign and multiple direct requests to go. To make things worse, about 10 minutes later, he sent another person to our door. Before we could even respond through our Ring doorbell, the second man was yelling, "Ma'am, it's free!" -- clearly trying to provoke us after we had already told them to leave. This felt less like marketing and more like harassment. If a company is willing to ignore posted signs, refuse to leave when asked, and then send someone back after being told no, that says everything you need to know about how they operate. They tried to sell me exterior work and refused to take no for an answer. When I finally told them I said no, please leave one of them started yelling things outside my door. This review is based solely on the sales pitch. I had someone canvas the neighborhood and he said he could get me a quote for solar. We scheduled the meeting, this guy was great. Two men show up the next week to provide a quote for solar. We go through the whole pitch and at the end they ask when is a good time to meet with my husband. I said that isn't needed, I am the decision maker. They do a follow up call some time later and the first thing they ask is when is a good time to set up a meeting with my husband. I tell them I am an electrical engineer and the breadwinner of my household, I can easily explain how solar works and the quote to my husband. I am qualified to evaluate a solar quote and the fact they were told my husband wasn't needed to be involved twice is beyond frustrating. Even if I wasn't an engineer and the breadwinner, I too can make decisions for my home. Also the price didn't make sense for our small house. read more

Received a knock on my door and was met with a nice young man. I told him I did not really need any work done. He was persistence so I schedule an estimate for some doors. He asked if I was the home owner and in fact I am! The only one even though I am married! He referred to me as the queen of my castle. I then had to speak to some guy on the phone to confirm the appt. The day of the appt he asked if anyone else would be at the appt and when I told him my hubby and son would be gone he was adamant that my husband had to be present. I told him I am the home owner, I make the decisions and that my husband did not need to be present. He insisted on rescheduling and I said no. Not unless you want to come at 11pm at night or on a Sunday. Needless to say they did not show up to the appt as scheduled. Even though he still confirmed they would be coming. The massagonist attitude of this business blew my mind! Nope! Shove it and I am glad they did not show up! I give them a one for effort. read more

My husband has cancer and is sick a lot. He is not in a position to discuss things like this with anyone. We had an excellent experience with Endeavor Exteriors!   We first met Tom and because of his outstanding customer service and communication we chose to do business with them.   Throughout the entire project everyone we worked with was professional, courteous, respectful, and really went above and beyond to keep us well informed of every step in the process.  They took lots of pictures for us and made a workable 360 view of our home so we could see different colors and angles of our home.   They did a wonderful job on the replacement of our roof in 1 day- so no having to listen to multiple days of construction that the neighbors had to deal with!   They cleaned up better than any company I have ever seen and were great!  They have been honest and amazing through the whole process!   We absolutely recommend this company and Tom for sure. read more

TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY ELDERLY GRANDMOTHER! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Endeavor was canvasing door to door trying to sell windows (fine, that's their job). Zack, the sales rep approached the home of my 91 year old grandmother, and her disabled (also elderly) friend. He was turned away. He then came BACK to talk to them, my grandmother cannot stand for long (or short) periods of time, so she invited him in because she couldn't stand in the doorway to talk to him, and I'm sure he was kind to them, so they didn't want to be rude. He then convinced them that they needed 16k worth of new window in their house. (which are perfectly fine btw, not leaking or broken). Left with a contract for new windows, and my 91 year old grandmother now has a loan for 16k worth of windows that they don't need. We tried to call Endeavor to explain the situation to them, and ask them to cancel the contract. However, it had been a week from when my grandmother told anyone what she had done, and the rep from Endeavor said it was too late to stop the order. They would take $4,600 off for the installation, and just drop ship the windows in my grandmother's garage. Whoop dee do! So she can be the proud owner of 12k worth of uninstalled windows that they do not need. DISGUSTING sales tactic from this company! They should be ashamed. read more

Endeavor is handling all the damage on our house from the hail storm back in June. The roofers did a great job on the new roof, gutters got replaced, and we're just waiting on the weather to improve to get the last bits of paint. These aren't the guys driving around your neighborhood with Texas plates, trying their hardest to take work away from local businesses by giving free roof inspections after knocking on every door. This is a huge reason why we chose to use them. Bill Hohman was our project manager and worked with us to figure out what items I could handle on my own vs. what we'd have them do. They accepted the quote from our insurance company, and worked with us while we got the check deposited in the bank. They will meet with your insurance adjuster if they can make the scheduling work. Half the money was due on project start with the other half to be paid when it's all done. Not at any point did Bill suggest that we get the roof replaced. He simply explained what happens to a shingle when it's hit with such a huge piece of hail, and what its lifespan is after that. It was clear, considering the size of hail we had, that our roof needed to be replaced. Our insurance adjuster agreed. We have watched a lot of new roofs be put on over the last few weeks, and most of them take 1 day. You can always spot a disorganized roofer because they drop off inventory and leave it in the driveway on a pallet for a week, then take their sweet time while blocking your garage door with a dumpster. These guys came in on Monday, sent the shingles straight to the roof, then dropped off a trailer in the driveway for the waste. They started doing the roof the next morning, and were done by around 4pm. They picked up the trailer that night, and the rest of the materials the next morning. Less than 48 hours from material delivery to absolute completion of the roof. New gutters went on the next day. Endeavor uses the buildertrend web site to allow their team to give updates on the project. Even on the day of the roof replacement, they updated us on project progress throughout the day. Really great communication. Overall, they have done an excellent job. And while I hope I don't have to replace this roof again, if it happens I'd choose them again in an instant. read more

We had a great experience with Endeavor Exteriors when they replaced our shingles. It was a little daunting to navigate the endless sea of roofing companies and glad that we went with them. The communication and technology they use was best I've had while getting multiple quotes; Adam was quick to respond and was at our house measuring within a couple days. While we weren't in a rush to get the roof done, Adam had our quote on-time and in line with the others (and since most took weeks to respond, I can only imagine what the actual process would be like when it came time to the job), and we were scheduled out in a couple weeks! We are an older couple in need of a roof and window replacement. We have been in this old house for about thirty years. Our insurance Co. recommended Endeavor for these two rather large projects. The first of two visits with the salesperson went well. The first visit was going over the roof. Their representative seemed a little annoyed that we wanted to replace our roof with the same Owens brand tile we had last installed but assured us it wouldn't be a problem. A week later the same representative came to give an estimate on the windows. We were discussing the windows and the rep. was acting very friendly as we were discussing what to expect that would and wouldn't be done. Like drywall repair and general finishing. We then pointed out the egress for tiling in the bathroom and an issue with the storm windows having a special trim installed original to the house. That is when the representative looked at us and said, "because you guys don't trust us, we cannot do business with you". Our jaws just dropped! It was the weirdest thing someone in the home improvement has ever said to us in the middle of an estimate. We had only brought up four concerns that were worth mentioning and the representative got so frustrated she walked out. We called that night at 7:00 pm after she left, to try to find out what happened, but had to leave a message. No call back the next day. I hate to see what would have happened after we paid, and a real issue arose. Really uncomfortable visit. read more

Over the past 5 years, and because our notorious Colorado hail storms, I have had the pleasure of working with Endeavor Exteriors for 3 of my roofs, which includes one of my rental properties. They are a Colorado based business, super responsive, and awesome to work with. Most recently, I had a damaged window and a garage door replaced along with my roof. All of their subcontractors are superb, extremely professional, and courteous. I have solar panels and Endeavor coordinated everything with Tesla (on my behalf) to schedule the removal and re-installation of those solar panels and took care of all the permitting and inspections with the City of Aurora. They worked with my insurance company several times to ensure all of the costs were covered (less my deductible). Having Endeavor handle these coordination activities alone made the whole customer experience fantastic. Bonus: If you are comfortable with technology, at the start of the process, they take a bunch of pictures of the house and load them into a software application which then produces renderings of what the roofing colors would look like on your home. Pretty cool. They also use the 'Builder Trend' app to manage the entire communication process. Great little app and works really well. I always knew what was going on at any given time throughout the entire process. Great way to communicate with the project managers and office personnel. If the tech isn't your thing, they do normal old school project management too. Whatever your tech preference, I highly recommend Endeavor Exteriors. First impressions where amazing!! Dave and David showed up on time and quickly went over things had the quote and 3D rendering of my entire home back quickly. I quickly made my selection paid a cash deposit and waited. I was so impressed with them I passed on their info to several people including my mom who they came out to give a bid on her covered patio. She asked many times for a quote. She finally got a rough cost with no drawings or included what was included just a $34,000 quote. Had to keep asking for drawings. Finally got a drawing that would not work with the pitch of her house asked for it to be drawn a different way and again waited weeks with nothing. While she and my coworker (whom also they came out to do a bid for gutters and siding) waited for their bids I was waiting for any updates on when I should expect my windows or even a process. I emailed them numerous times with them all pointing figures at each other, David said it was coming in here, Brittany said here, Michael said something different I was 100% trying to manager them. I fully understand many things are delayed but they were telling me dates windows were coming in the date passed and I got no info then I would contract, and it would be "your windows never came in, we didn't tell you they were coming in, we do give dates etc" FINALLY they call me ask to schedule the install for a week I said from the very beginning I wasn't available. Michael said I will find the next availability after that week and get back to you. Guess what he never got back to me! I then call them and said Michael wanted to install me on 3/18 and 3/19 which I wasn't available, so I hope to get a new date- Their response "your windows aren't in yet" I'm sorry WHAT!? I almost moved around everything because I wanted this project complete, and my windows aren't in!?! In the meantime, my mom got a bid from another company since communication stopped with Endeavor and her flagstone patio, covered patio, and new roof are already complete, and I am still waiting for any updates. Again, it was a thread of emails from many people all pointing fingers at each other. I finally got work my windows were in and they were going to install on 4/11 cool! I never got any information about what time someone was arriving and what I needed to do to get ready. I have never in my life had to ask how to be prepared so many times. I am embarrassed I passed on their contact to many people and that the people I passed on the information to never got any customer service.! Tim the installer did show up on 4/11 and he is amazing!!! I was told from Michael B. install would be 1.5 days. Tim said he was scheduled for 3 again pass this on!!!! My mom thankfully was able to adjust her schedule to be at my house. It is also going into a 4th day but again I very much appreciate Tim's hard work and attention to detail. I work construction I am a project coordinator and have over 300 jobs I am managing, and I would never not make sure my customers are left in the dark like I am. My windows are good but do not believe any of the other positive reviews there is no way I am the only customer with this awful customer service. I have also had to ask for my invoice about 8 times, I heard yesterday from Brittany that Greg would be contacting me for final payment. I know I am not a writer, and my words are all over, but I am so fed up and hope others don't see the great reviews because this was hell. Tim the sub installer was GREAT!! We had Endeavor paint our house and install new gutters. The gutters were installed in about a day, and the paint took about a week of cleaning, prepping, and finally painting. The entire team from the first phone call to the quality inspection at the end was friendly, professional, and responsive. We felt comfortable asking questions along the way. Also important, the price was very reasonable. I thought the quality inspection at the end was great. I actually pointed out a few small areas I was unsure of, and they didn't hesitate to send a painter back the next day to scrape, prime, and fix to my liking, promptly. We will be having our roof replaced in 2017, and we've already turned down two other companies because we want that same quality from Endeavor Exteriors for our roof, too. read more

This is my second time using Endeavor Exteriors for my roofing needs. The first time was for the roof on my garage, and the second time was for the roof and gutters on my house and gutters on my garage. Both times, they did an excellent job from start to finish, and I find them to be professional and trustworthy. This time around was an insurance claim for storm damage. Christi, Brian and the rest of their team were very helpful in explaining how everything would happen and keeping me updated through their project management system and by phone. The progress photos of the project that they include in their project management system are a nice touch. I am also happy that they could handle everything through my insurance company, which would have been a frustrating and time-consuming thing for me if I handled it on my own. As an out-of-state homeowner it can be a very challenging thing to have home repairs done. Thankfully, Endeavor Exteriors made this process fairly painless. After a hailstorm damaged most of the exterior of our home this summer, people started showing up at the door with offers to repair the damage. Our tenants forwarded me contact information for a few of these folks, and I spoke with several of them. Most of them badmouthed other companies, told me they wouldn't look at the property without a signed contract, and a few were downright rude. I searched the web for the best reviews and found Endeavor Exteriors. From the very first phone call Evan was very kind, patient, and honest. My gut feeling about the company turned out to be right as they made sure to stay in contact with me as well as coordinate with my tenants to have the repairs done. They worked with my insurance company, and checked in to make sure we were happy with all the work done. There were no hidden fees or surprises along the way. My only complaint would be that it took longer than I would have liked to have all the work completed, however, I do understand that a widespread area had damage - many far more significant than our home sustained. Since we did not have holes in the roof or damage that opened to the exterior, I can completely understand not being at the top of the priority list.
