Starting at the physical with Al, Ive never had more in depth care of the overall issues of my body and how to get properly aligned. These guys are fantastic. I had 6 weeks of targeted, and customized PT to get me back on the roller derby track. My recovery was about more than just mobility, but also about getting back to competition level. In comes my man Steve! Steve specifically took my training from the normal exercises and made them skating/derby specific. Taking into account the sport and my goals made me feel like they really cared about the outcome and the level I was going back at. I can't thank him enough for the efforts that he gave. Rigo and Harry are the amazing men behind the massage. Ahhhhh massage! The most painful part, but oh so necessary. It hurts so good and again these guys nailed everything that was knotting and tying up my progress. I would recommend Aris to anyone that is in recovery and actually already have. A lot of places either don't have experience treating pregnant women or are super limited in what they'll actually do, which can be really frustrating, even with my OB's approval. I was going to another PT place before this and honestly felt kind of hopeless. They weren't very personable or confident, and I felt like they were too scared to touch me, like I just had to wait until after I gave birth to get real help. I knew I was capable of doing more and wasn't improving at all, it was starting to take a toll on my mental health. Deciding to switch to Impact was the best move I could've made. The care here is night and day. You actually work with physical therapists one-on-one, not just techs, and everyone is super friendly, professional, and knows what they're doing. They offer a bunch of holistic treatment options like cupping, massage, dry needling, stretching, and strength work. Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

The first time around I was trying to do the exercises, but was having too much difficulty. I had to go to a podiatrist and wear a boot for 8 weeks.
