Eric and his team have been working with my client and her family for years, and when I came into the picture, I tagged along to shadow Eric's work. I was fascinated by the care, skill, and professionalism that was taking place. Immediately I knew my client, after her broken tib/fib (10mos) treatment, had been in great hands, and it really had shown through her results. She and I have been able to progress her recovery at lightning speed, which made both her and myself very happy! Eric and Sarah and the crew have done an amazing job, and it's very easy to see the reason for their success. They care about the patient, the community, and the process, and their access to a gym facility makes them second to none. Thank you IPT for all the work you've done in having such a great Impact on my client's lives!!!

I was in an accident that left me with several…read moreinjuries, and being in my third trimester of pregnancy has made getting treatment extra tricky. A lot of places either don't have experience treating pregnant women or are super limited in what they'll actually do, which can be really frustrating, even with my OB's approval. I was going to another PT place before this and honestly felt kind of hopeless. They weren't very personable or confident, and I felt like they were too scared to touch me, like I just had to wait until after I gave birth to get real help. I knew I was capable of doing more and wasn't improving at all, it was starting to take a toll on my mental health. Deciding to switch to Impact was the best move I could've made. The care here is night and day. You actually work with physical therapists one-on-one, not just techs, and everyone is super friendly, professional, and knows what they're doing. They offer a bunch of holistic treatment options like cupping, massage, dry needling, stretching, and strength work. I've only been going a little over a week, and already I feel so much more hopeful. I'm willing to do the work, I just needed the right guidance, and they've absolutely given me that. They don't treat me like I'm fragile or extremely limited just because I'm pregnant, and that means so much. I'm excited to keep going and finally feel like I'm on the right path to recovery.

The main focus of the building is their batting cages and pitching tunnels. It seems like a great training space for baseball and softball players. There was a constant stream of batters and teams coming in and out. Our soccer team was down the way in an enclosed turf space and it was perfect for small sided drills, juggling, and foot work. Our team had so much fun training this way and mixing it up a little. I just kept thinking in the safe haven from the heat how the building has so much potential, but a lot of it is unoccupied. There is a large, gated in soft floor space, a restaurant space and an arcade type space. It would be awesome to have somewhere to do indoor training for other sports like soccer (goal shooting and accuracy) but also tennis (with a ball machine), lacrosse or golf. Anything needing long enclosed spaces with either machines or large goal/target set ups. It's quite loud, echoey, and constant cracks of the bats but there is seating all around for parents to wait and watch. You can definitely park down and get some work down with some headphones in though.

Knee PT was fine there and I liked who I delt with…read more One person there seems very immature and says insensitive things to elderly customers walking in- during one of my appts- one elderly gentleman came inching in with his walker to do his regular Pt it seemed like. This younger guy who is apparently early 30's knew his name & had the gall to say, "I bet I'm in worse shape than you as he is tossing a football in the air and then shoots a washcloth into a hamper like he was shooting a basketball... and the elderly gentleman seemed very put-off by his comment and said- yeah I doubt it how old are you and he proceeded to say he was early 30's... And the older man scoffed and kept inching his way past him using his walker... Very distasteful. I'm glad I never had to work with that person- I would have requested someone new or this review would be way worse. I went a handful of times this summer and did a lot of Pt I was used to before moving to this area.... I was playing in a summer basketball league and needed the extra support for my knee and therapy to help me recover between my practices and games. I referred my mom there and I also took my teen son there- who has been going through a growth spurt forever it seems and while playing competitive basketball, he's gotta maintain proper form doing things and support his active body as it's growing with Pt moves to help strengthen his core to support his high impact training. We saw another person- Jeremy and he was helpful and patient with my son. Took his time and we got a printout of moves for him to continue before/after each practice and game. We also did cupping on his lower back. Which helped his muscles recover quicker. I'd recommend him for sure! Great bedside manner! Thanks Jeremy!! They also did scraping on the backside of my knee where my tendons were getting really tight. It helped a lot but man in the moment it HURT!!! Wow! My son's basketball coach and my fellow teammate also went there this summer and she has had major issues with her Achilles and they scrapped that as well so she could keep playing g with us. After wasting soo much time since about 3pm today and now it's 4:18- I finally have a $9.86 bill handled that they had left on my account... Apparently I'm supposed to get a free hat for my referrals but- keep the hat- handle the $10. Like come on... The front desk girls couldn't give the proper info needed to make the payment on the automated system and then she hung up on me and proceeded to call me back claiming the call was disconnected. Yeah... right. I don't buy it. Just let James know how they need to make their payment system more seamless and their offices should KNOW how to direct a customer to pay their bill with a reference number- not the statement number. Like what I had to deal with. They have a lot of elderly people there and I highly doubt they want to sit on the phone playing g phone tag and dealing with automated systems just to pay a bill that the actually office who treated them for-couldn't handle themselves. I bet far less patient than myself. Take note corporate. Had I not had to deal with all that- they would probably be 4 stars... because of the younger guy with dumb comments to clients that everyone on the open apt floor could hear loud and clear.

He was able to fix her hip and she now has no pain in that hip. Before he broken hips my mother walked with a 4 wheel Walker. She was mostly independent. With saying that Dr. Sepich was out of town when my mom was cleared to have her right hip fixed. So his co-worker Dr. Benoit was to fix her right hip. after the surgery meeting with Dr. Benoit, I was told that he just took out the ball and cleaned up the femur. He then looked me right in my face and told me there was nothing I could tell him to make him believe she was walking beforehand. I had a video and I showed it to everyone showing her walking 4 days prior with her 4 wheeled walker. Since these surgeries, my mother is now been in bed for a year she's had to go back in and Dr. Sepich fix the right hip. Due to other complications and other facilities, not doing their job and my mother is bedridden. If I had to do it over again, I would've refused to let anybody else. Other than Dr. Septic operate on my mother and she would be mobile now. Sante of surprise gave my mother an infection in her right hip after being released from it being fixed by Dr. Sepich, sending her back to Dr. Sepich and having them fix it again and remove the infection. Surprise health and rehabilitation had my mother after the surgery the second time and they did nothing with her sending her home to me with a silver dollar size wound on her butt and her stiff as a board covered with diaper rash. None of this would've happened if Dr. Benoit had just fixed the right hip the first time. My mother's quality of life is in the toilet and now we have to have full-time care for diaper changes baths dressing and physical therapy to try to undo the damage that was started by Dr. Benoit. NEVER HAVE SURGERY DONE BY DR. BENOIT . He does what he wants not what he is supposed to, or even what is best for the patient.

So I have to see the doctor 4 times total. Even though my insurance 100% pays for the shots Sepich and Banner are charging me an office visit every single time I walk in the door. This is one procedure that they have chosen to spread out and should be covered by the cost. Instead it will cost me $320 every 6 months for what should be $80. Personally it is a joke they are charging me for each time I get a shot even though insurance pays 100% for it. This is 100% their choice to treat it as an office visit each time. They don't need too.

Minimally Invasive? More Like Maximally Evasive…read more I thought I was going for a consultation on minimally invasive options for sciatica and stenosis. That's how they advertise on social media. Instead, after a 10-minute visit, the doctor told me surgery would most likely be beneficial, because for my situation, their recommendation was epidurals. I explained I had already had three epidurals with no results, and the physician agreed -- "yeah, you probably do need surgery." We already knew that. That's not what I paid $350 to hear. The problem is transparency. If the telephone intake staff had told me on the front end, "We don't do surgical procedures here, we only offer treatments like epidurals and PRP," I never would have scheduled. I explained this to the manager, who even admitted there should have been more clarity on the phone -- but still refused to take financial responsibility for the mix-up. When I spoke to the doctor, his defense was basically, "Well, I gave him a good diagnosis." That's all I got for my ten minutes. I also spoke to the clinic manager, who admitted the intake staff might need more training because they were evasive on the phone and basically just pushed me to "talk to the doctor" without explaining what they actually do. But when it came to making things right financially -- even meeting me halfway with a discount -- she wouldn't budge. No refund, no accountability. That says everything you need to know: if a business misleads you and then hides behind policy instead of taking responsibility, you shouldn't trust them with your care. Don't do business with people like that.
