I saw Bradford Tenney for a severe Trigger Finger. After looking at the x-rays he gave me 2…read moreoptions. First one, a cortisone injection and the second option was surgery. I chose the injection, even though I was scared. Well, this morning there was some bruising and very little pain. My finger is a bit stiff, but not like it was before. I would recommend Brad to ANYONE who may need a hand doctor. Thanks Brad for your expertise and walking me through the injection and calming me down.

I've had excellent care from several doctors at the CORE Institute. I've seen Eric Feldman and…read moreCarlos Pence for pain; Michael McKernan for a shoulder replacement, and will have a hip replaced by Justin Butler soon. ALL are outstanding doctors specializing is different body limbs or spine. I find them caring and informative. Their bedside manners are wonderful. They give a full folder of instructions prior to surgery and it tells you exactly what to expect and what to prepare for. The CORE Specialty Hospital is spotlessly clean and they take excellent care of their patients. Again, I found them to be as helpful as they possibly could be. Pre-ops are a patient's responsibility to take care of with their primary, but if you wish they will do them at the hospital a couple a week or so prior to surgery. The patient's portal is available for many answers 24/7, or you can leave your question to be personally answered by staff. I'm saddened to see some dissatified comments, but I understand how pain can make life difficult. Perhaps in the future they can look back and not blame the services for what they did not understand when they were in pain. Every patient needs to advocate for their own needs, or have someone to help them do so. I will close by saying how incredibly nice it is to have on-site x-ray, CT & MRI scans. Plus, they have plenty of staff to handle your needs. Very little waiting for visits. They have a screen showing each physcians' name showing if he/she is on time or not. As a "frequent flyer", I've never had a wait time of more than 10 minutes.

I have a mixed review. As my mother was sent to the hospital for two broken hips. The first hip was…read morefixed by Dr. Sepich and his bed side manner is amazing. He was able to fix her hip and she now has no pain in that hip. Before he broken hips my mother walked with a 4 wheel Walker. She was mostly independent. With saying that Dr. Sepich was out of town when my mom was cleared to have her right hip fixed. So his co-worker Dr. Benoit was to fix her right hip. after the surgery meeting with Dr. Benoit, I was told that he just took out the ball and cleaned up the femur. He then looked me right in my face and told me there was nothing I could tell him to make him believe she was walking beforehand. I had a video and I showed it to everyone showing her walking 4 days prior with her 4 wheeled walker. Since these surgeries, my mother is now been in bed for a year she's had to go back in and Dr. Sepich fix the right hip. Due to other complications and other facilities, not doing their job and my mother is bedridden. If I had to do it over again, I would've refused to let anybody else. Other than Dr. Septic operate on my mother and she would be mobile now. Sante of surprise gave my mother an infection in her right hip after being released from it being fixed by Dr. Sepich, sending her back to Dr. Sepich and having them fix it again and remove the infection. Surprise health and rehabilitation had my mother after the surgery the second time and they did nothing with her sending her home to me with a silver dollar size wound on her butt and her stiff as a board covered with diaper rash. None of this would've happened if Dr. Benoit had just fixed the right hip the first time. My mother's quality of life is in the toilet and now we have to have full-time care for diaper changes baths dressing and physical therapy to try to undo the damage that was started by Dr. Benoit. NEVER HAVE SURGERY DONE BY DR. BENOIT . He does what he wants not what he is supposed to, or even what is best for the patient.

So I have to see the doctor 4 times total. Even though my insurance 100% pays for the shots Sepich and Banner are charging me an office visit every single time I walk in the door. This is one procedure that they have chosen to spread out and should be covered by the cost. Instead it will cost me $320 every 6 months for what should be $80. Personally it is a joke they are charging me for each time I get a shot even though insurance pays 100% for it. This is 100% their choice to treat it as an office visit each time. They don't need too.

I don't need my Dr to be my friend, I just want them to be the best. When you have procedures done to your back there is always a risk no matter who does the job and the patient (or daughter in the case of Kendahl) is the one that know the risks. I took my x-rays in and they took additional x-rays in positions that made a lot more sense to me then the ones I brought in. Expecting a Dr to make a diagnosis based on someone else's x-rays are crazy, be thankful that he is thorough and knows what x-ray images he needs to better diagnose the problem. So please don't pay attention to the bad reviews because they are way off mark. Thank you Dr Waldrip for taking away my pain.

And if you do go to him don't make the mistake of having your husband sitting next to you. He kept looking at my husband as he was speaking and not at me. I was the patient. I brought my MRI and X-rays with me. Then when I got there the nurse said the doctor would want X-rays there. When he came into the room he was looking at the X-rays and said to me....you have arthritis and herniated disks. I told him I knew that but it was mild. He said is was worse then mild. Then he couldn't read the CD that had the MRI results. His nurse came in and helped him. Then he completely flipped on my diagnosis. Now saying it was mild. So which is it? Then he said he couldn't help me. I have no faith in this Doctor at all. Do not trust him!
