In a day and age of severe lack of customer service this was a breath of fresh air. Sharon was the caring receptionist and appointment giver. Her wonderful inviting personality started our experience on the absolute right foot. Then there was beautiful Esther who took my husband's vitals and prepared us for the doctor. She was a total joy and such a sweet conversationalist. She made us so comfortable. Then there was Ruby, the doctor's assistant, who with her smile and winning way only heightened this positive experience. Then Dr Prutzman... I cannot express how wonderful he is.
