I have been working with the care providers here for several weeks now…read more I have been working on recovering from a series of back, neck, and head injuries for several years now. My spine was finally healed enough to go back to working out, and I wanted to find a therapist who could work with me to rebuild the muscles to support my back and neck now that everything moving back in place. I primarily work with Kevin, and I have been very happy so far. I am seeing progress without overdoing it (Which is important for reducing recovery time after each workout). I am a competitive dancer, and my teammates and practice partner have commented on the difference they are seeing after just a few weeks. I have confidence in his ability to form a treatment plan for me, and I am happy that he listens to any additional personal goals that I have for the sessions. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. They are easy to work with call man and they are good about communicating with me. Everyone that I've worked with on the PT floor has been super friendly and helpful as well. My experience so far has been very positive, and I look forward to finishing out my sessions.

The staff is friendly, professional, and truly caring--they make you feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire recovery process. They really know what they're doing and have been so good to me each time. If I ever need physical therapy again (hopefully not too soon!), I'll definitely come back. Highly recommend to anyone in need of quality care!

Eric and his team have been working with my client and her family for years, and when I came into the picture, I tagged along to shadow Eric's work. I was fascinated by the care, skill, and professionalism that was taking place. Immediately I knew my client, after her broken tib/fib (10mos) treatment, had been in great hands, and it really had shown through her results. She and I have been able to progress her recovery at lightning speed, which made both her and myself very happy! Eric and Sarah and the crew have done an amazing job, and it's very easy to see the reason for their success. They care about the patient, the community, and the process, and their access to a gym facility makes them second to none. Thank you IPT for all the work you've done in having such a great Impact on my client's lives!!!

Impact Physical Therapy has been amazing so far. I was in an accident that left me with several…read moreinjuries, and being in my third trimester of pregnancy has made getting treatment extra tricky. A lot of places either don't have experience treating pregnant women or are super limited in what they'll actually do, which can be really frustrating, even with my OB's approval. I was going to another PT place before this and honestly felt kind of hopeless. They weren't very personable or confident, and I felt like they were too scared to touch me, like I just had to wait until after I gave birth to get real help. I knew I was capable of doing more and wasn't improving at all, it was starting to take a toll on my mental health. Deciding to switch to Impact was the best move I could've made. The care here is night and day. You actually work with physical therapists one-on-one, not just techs, and everyone is super friendly, professional, and knows what they're doing. They offer a bunch of holistic treatment options like cupping, massage, dry needling, stretching, and strength work. I've only been going a little over a week, and already I feel so much more hopeful. I'm willing to do the work, I just needed the right guidance, and they've absolutely given me that. They don't treat me like I'm fragile or extremely limited just because I'm pregnant, and that means so much. I'm excited to keep going and finally feel like I'm on the right path to recovery.

This has to be the most unorganized medical office in Arizona…read more I checked in at 8:45am for a 9:00 appointment. They had turned the waiting room over at least once when I went to the check-in counter to ask about my appointment status, I was told by front desk that they were "waiting for a clean room". After waiting almost an hour, my name was finally called at 9:40 and I was taken to the room. I was clearly upset at having to wait so long with no information about the delay. Some lady was sent in to "handle" me and started with the "we're busy, especially at the end of the year". (?!) I wasn't having any of that, and when she saw that she was only making things worse, she left the room. Next up, a lady who identified herself as "Michelle and I'm the practice manager". She asked me to explain my frustration and explained it from my perspective (story above) and she left to investigate. She returned a few minutes later to explain what she discovered and she apologized. She admitted that the front desk screwed up. Apparently they flagged me as not having returned to the front with completed paperwork (which I didn't need to do. No tablet was ever given to me.) So what. I've still wasted the morning. Doctor came in at 9:51. Discussed treatment options and was out of the office by 9:57. Not sure how this place stays in business.

Was there yesterday and saw Dr Sabrina (not sure of last name) and she was wonderful. My pharmacy actually texted me that the received the script before I was out of the office. Unbelievable. She also gave me an x-ray order and the x-ray company texted me an hour later saying they received an order from Redirect Health wanted me to schedule an appointment with them. It doesn't get any better than this. I've also used Dr. Anthony Nelson down there and he excellent as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

After 5 days of pain I went to Urgent Care where I was given three prescriptions. I was still miserable. I finally posted a request on Nextdoor asking for a recommendation for a chiropractor. I have never been down this route but I knew I needed help and I needed help quickly. One of my neighbors recommended Redirect Health and since my primary care is at Redirect I decided to call and got scheduled immediately. I was terrified of anyone touching me or moving me but they have their ways and I honestly feel 80% better today. Dr Bob listened to my fears and was incredibly gentle with his adjustments. I wish I could remember the name of the gal that did my massage but she has the hands of an angel. I was incredibly relaxed and I feel like I'm getting back to myself again. I have had excellent care at this practice and being able to use this chiropractic care is the icing on the cake. Some medical issues need hands-on work and some need medication.... Medicine is an art and I highly recommend Redirect for all of your needs.
