He never touched my knee, looked at my knee or ordered a MRI. He also had no solution for my alleged tendonitis, other than not using my knee. The whole visit was a waste of time and money! I sought a second opinion, and I'm really glad I did! I got my MRI and it turns out I have chondromalacia of the patella...which Dr Shafer might have been able to conclude if he looked at the X-ray or did an exam. His negligence is tantamount to malpractice. Don't go to this facility!!!
