In a day and age of severe lack of customer service this was a breath of fresh air. Sharon was the caring receptionist and appointment giver. Her wonderful inviting personality started our experience on the absolute right foot. Then there was beautiful Esther who took my husband's vitals and prepared us for the doctor. She was a total joy and such a sweet conversationalist. She made us so comfortable. Then there was Ruby, the doctor's assistant, who with her smile and winning way only heightened this positive experience. Then Dr Prutzman... I cannot express how wonderful he is. He walks into a room with confidence and yet a warmth that is extremely rare. Words elude us in our confidence in him. In fact, I made an appointment to see him myself for a second opinion and will likely transfer to him. This office does things right. And the care is top notch.

I was really nervous at first, but Natasha did a great job of explaining what she was doing and what was going on with my pelvic floor and bones/muscles. I've learned SO MUCH and the therapy has helped immensely! I'm no longer having leakage issues and my back pain is much less frequent and abdominal pain is gone. I'm also a runner and I love that Natasha caters my exercises to build strength in areas I use for running. Beyond just Natasha the entire office is so welcoming and friendly. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and everyone has been so great to work with! I also love that this office includes a Pilates studio and classes! I can't say I've ever lived the idea of going to physical therapy. But when your in enough pain you are willing to try just about anything and everything. I've noticed a significant difference in my core strength which is key to improving my pain level and using proper body mechanics. The entire staff here has always been upbeat and friendly. They have always made me feel welcome, even when I had something come up last minute and had to bring in my 5 year old twins to one of my appointments. They were even kind enough to help my kiddos get connected to WiFi on their iPads so they wouldn't be totally bored. That appointment could have ended in a complete disaster but it went just fine,... thank goodness! It's the little things like that that make me appreciate everyone there. I especially appreciate the Physical Therapists that I've seen here since they have provided some serious relief to my back pain. I highly recommend physical therapy here for anybody that may need it. They also have a fitness training available. But I have not tried that.... Baby steps for me... LOL

I have been working with the care providers here for several weeks now…read more I have been working on recovering from a series of back, neck, and head injuries for several years now. My spine was finally healed enough to go back to working out, and I wanted to find a therapist who could work with me to rebuild the muscles to support my back and neck now that everything moving back in place. I primarily work with Kevin, and I have been very happy so far. I am seeing progress without overdoing it (Which is important for reducing recovery time after each workout). I am a competitive dancer, and my teammates and practice partner have commented on the difference they are seeing after just a few weeks. I have confidence in his ability to form a treatment plan for me, and I am happy that he listens to any additional personal goals that I have for the sessions. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. They are easy to work with call man and they are good about communicating with me. Everyone that I've worked with on the PT floor has been super friendly and helpful as well. My experience so far has been very positive, and I look forward to finishing out my sessions.
