She huffed and puffed and told us to go to the ER instead and kept talking to us with a rude demeanor, like she was appalled we would even come in. I used to be a server and if someone came into the restaurant even 5 minutes before closing we would still have to greet them with a smile and provide them with our service. I didn't catch her name but I just remember her having black hair. All I have to say is- don't work in health care if you really don't care about the health of people and only care about the moment you get to clock out.

The practitioner will not receive any messages via email or thru customer service no fault of theirs. they simply don't get any communication from customer service platform. You must book an appointment and pay fee for literally anything you need including a refill, insurance authorization or an error with bloodwork they wrote orders for. This is definitely a management/corporate issue that needs addressed.

A lot of reviews are bad because people don't expect to wait for healthcare & they don't want to pay normal rates for it... $70-$99 without insurance is normal. Update - I went in today 3/28, the Minute Clinic portion is beautifully remodeled, I saw two providers, was called in at my appointment time, received excellent care, will be back again if needed!

They have late hours, Saturday hours and walk-ins (so I don't have to go to urgent care). They do all their blood work on site, there is an attached wellness clinic with dietician and diabetes meetings. When the receptionist decided to deal with us (only one other person in waiting room), she said they were closed, but would go check with the doctorS. 5 minutes later comes back, ignores us, goes to phone, then when she gets to us, it's almost 5:00. She says they're closed. Doesn't even try to help and doesn't tell us that there's an ER around the corner, which turns out to be wonderful, but we found it on our own. I would give zero stars, if I could, so we'll say the one star is for the setting, which is deceptively beautiful.
