I needed physical therapy for two knee replacements scheduled just three months apart, so finding…read morethe right clinic was incredibly important to me. I wanted a team that was experienced, attentive, and committed to helping me prepare for back-to-back surgeries and return to the active lifestyle I love--traveling, competitive pickleball, hiking, and more. I researched several facilities before choosing White Tanks Physical Therapy, and I'm so glad I did. From day one, my experience has been exceptional. The staff is genuinely friendly, professional, and welcoming. The clinic is always clean, organized, and has a positive atmosphere where it's clear everyone enjoys what they do. I'm now four weeks into my first knee replacement recovery. I've followed every recommendation from my therapists, and thanks to their guidance and encouragement, I feel confident I'll be ready for my second knee replacement in just two months. I've primarily worked with Pablo and had one session with Emily, but I've observed all of the physical therapists in action and they are outstanding--knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and truly invested in their patients' success. Pablo is my primary physical therapist, and I highly recommend him. That said, if he's unavailable, you can feel confident knowing the rest of the team provides the same exceptional level of care. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND WHITE TANKS PHYSICAL THERAPY! (Sorry for the all caps, but it seemed like the best way to express just how strongly I feel!)

I've gone to a different place where pts only talk to a pt for 5-10 min, and the rest of the exercises are overseen by an unqualified college or high school kid....mike assessed my movements, and he helped curate exercises that would improve the pain from my cervical spine disc bulge. 5/5!

Dr. Skabo at Copper Canyon Chiropractic and his staff offer a service that greatly exceeded my…read moreexpectations. I had envisioned getting a bunch of flying elbow drops and a Nelson Lock or two to my back, delivered by a Chiropractor as portrayed by Charlie's brother on Two-and-Half Men. Instead, I got a most professionally administered and lucidly explained adjustment. I had come in to Copper Canyons Office, a bit bent to the right with lower back, shoulder and neck pain. Less than an hour later, I walked out standing much straighter, with virtually no pain and with a big grin. If you're in pain and not getting much in relief from MDs, go get an evaluation and adjustment from Copper Canyon Chiropractic.

I went back and forth on whether to leave this review because James at Copper Canyon Chiropractic…read moreis truly a hidden gem... and part of me wanted to gatekeep him so I could always get an appointment. But I can't keep this secret anymore. James is absolutely incredible. His attention to detail honestly blows my mind. He's not your typical chiropractor who pushes memberships, has you come in twice a week forever, and just starts popping bones for fun. Nope. He actually takes the time to figure out the root cause of what's going on. When he explains what my issues might be and what I could be doing to cause them, I swear it feels like he has a hidden camera in my office and my house watching my every move. He knows exactly what habits (not bad... just very me) are contributing to my pain. I've lived with lower back pain and upper shoulder/neck pain for years, and James has literally taken a load off my shoulders. I feel lighter, more mobile, and honestly like a new person. If you're looking for someone who truly listens, cares, and treats you--not just your spine--I can't recommend James enough. Just don't all book him at the same time... I still need my spot. Stop thinking about it and just go! Thanks James Skabo

Normally this place is amazing, and the person I had an issue with isn't even normally at this…read morelocation. However on 3/31 at 928am i got a text asking me to confirm my 4/2 9am appointment. Once I got that text I realized I was triple booked that day, I called as soon as I got the text at 9:28 and Jocelyn answered the phone, she then "reminded me" that I must call 48 hours in advanced in order to not be charged a fee.... she's soooo worried about 28 minutes? That's ridiculous in my opinion. I could understand if I called 24 hours before hand and your policy is 48 hours but it makes me question if yall are really hurting that bad you need to worry about a less than 30 minute difference which makes me question if this is where I should really go. She also had a hard time staying within the perimeters I have for scheduling. I drive myself but I also have several other appointments during the week totally anywhere from 4-9 a week. So scheduling can be a little difficult but I gave her between 9 & 1 and for some reason I was still being offered options outside of that. And it's not like I said this several phone calls prior, I say it in every phone call where I set up appointments because I don't expect them to remember between calls but I don't think it's unreasonable to hope they would remember when it was said during this call. I know jen was out sick that day and that Jocelyn was doing her best to cover but jen is the best receptionist I've seen there so far in my roughly 2 years with yall. From what I can tell, an outside perspective she really goes above and beyond not just for the company but for the client too I really appreciate how things have turned around since she has showed up! Alyssa is amazing as well I've never had issues with her or dr. Andrew. I hope less than 30 minutes really doesn't make a difference and Jocelyn didn't charge me that visit, I just find it very odd that I'm almost being scolded over less than 30 minutes especially when I called as soon as I received the text from yall.
