I researched several facilities before choosing White Tanks Physical Therapy, and I'm so glad I did. From day one, my experience has been exceptional. The staff is genuinely friendly, professional, and welcoming. The clinic is always clean, organized, and has a positive atmosphere where it's clear everyone enjoys what they do. I'm now four weeks into my first knee replacement recovery. I've followed every recommendation from my therapists, and thanks to their guidance and encouragement, I feel confident I'll be ready for my second knee replacement in just two months. I've primarily worked with Pablo and had one session with Emily, but I've observed all of the physical therapists in action and they are outstanding--knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and truly invested in their patients' success. He's not your typical chiropractor who pushes memberships, has you come in twice a week forever, and just starts popping bones for fun. Nope. He actually takes the time to figure out the root cause of what's going on. When he explains what my issues might be and what I could be doing to cause them, I swear it feels like he has a hidden camera in my office and my house watching my every move. He knows exactly what habits (not bad... just very me) are contributing to my pain. Once I got that text I realized I was triple booked that day, I called as soon as I got the text at 9:28 and Jocelyn answered the phone, she then "reminded me" that I must call 48 hours in advanced in order to not be charged a fee.... she's soooo worried about 28 minutes? That's ridiculous in my opinion. I could understand if I called 24 hours before hand and your policy is 48 hours but it makes me question if yall are really hurting that bad you need to worry about a less than 30 minute difference which makes me question if this is where I should really go. She also had a hard time staying within the perimeters I have for scheduling. I drive myself but I also have several other appointments during the week totally anywhere from 4-9 a week. So scheduling can be a little difficult but I gave her between 9 & 1 and for some reason I was still being offered options outside of that. And it's not like I said this several phone calls prior, I say it in every phone call where I set up appointments because I don't expect them to remember between calls but I don't think it's unreasonable to hope they would remember when it was said during this call. I know jen was out sick that day and that Jocelyn was doing her best to cover but jen is the best receptionist I've seen there so far in my roughly 2 years with yall. From what I can tell, an outside perspective she really goes above and beyond not just for the company but for the client too I really appreciate how things have turned around since she has showed up! Alyssa is amazing as well I've never had issues with her or dr. Andrew. I hope less than 30 minutes really doesn't make a difference and Jocelyn didn't charge me that visit, I just find it very odd that I'm almost being scolded over less than 30 minutes especially when I called as soon as I received the text from yall.

I was on my second week of PT for a broken knee surgery. The PT, Andy AlanisLafarga performed…read moremanual knee flexion AROM and I pulled away my LE having excruciating pain. I burst in tears and despite of my knee being sore and hurting Andy asked me to bike for another 8 minutes and he continued my knee flexion ROM in order to reach 55 degrees. He also advised me to continue the exercises at home which I did. My knee became very sore and swollen and I texted Dr.Cummings for his advice. He told me to ice it and stop the exercises and see him next day. I had an X-ray and everything was ok. I was icing my knee and very light exercises. I wasted a week and my rehabilitation pace and I switched my PT location and start all over again with a new evaluation. I definitely did not have a good experience.
