In a day and age of severe lack of customer service this was a breath of fresh air. Sharon was the caring receptionist and appointment giver. Her wonderful inviting personality started our experience on the absolute right foot. Then there was beautiful Esther who took my husband's vitals and prepared us for the doctor. She was a total joy and such a sweet conversationalist. She made us so comfortable. Then there was Ruby, the doctor's assistant, who with her smile and winning way only heightened this positive experience. Then Dr Prutzman... I cannot express how wonderful he is. He walks into a room with confidence and yet a warmth that is extremely rare. Words elude us in our confidence in him. In fact, I made an appointment to see him myself for a second opinion and will likely transfer to him. This office does things right. And the care is top notch.

I submitted a request on their website at 12:45. Got a call at 1:30, had my test same day at 2:45 and had my negative result at 3:00pm. They do the rapid and the traditional test. It's not fun cause your getting your nose swabbed twice but hey I have a 8 week old baby and I would rather not get her sick if I was positive. I also got to remain in my car at all times. A lot of places either don't have experience treating pregnant women or are super limited in what they'll actually do, which can be really frustrating, even with my OB's approval. I was going to another PT place before this and honestly felt kind of hopeless. They weren't very personable or confident, and I felt like they were too scared to touch me, like I just had to wait until after I gave birth to get real help. I knew I was capable of doing more and wasn't improving at all, it was starting to take a toll on my mental health. Deciding to switch to Impact was the best move I could've made. The care here is night and day. You actually work with physical therapists one-on-one, not just techs, and everyone is super friendly, professional, and knows what they're doing. They offer a bunch of holistic treatment options like cupping, massage, dry needling, stretching, and strength work. I've only been going a little over a week, and already I feel so much more hopeful. I'm willing to do the work, I just needed the right guidance, and they've absolutely given me that. This has to be the most unorganized medical office in Arizona…read more I checked in at 8:45am for a 9:00 appointment. They had turned the waiting room over at least once when I went to the check-in counter to ask about my appointment status, I was told by front desk that they were "waiting for a clean room". After waiting almost an hour, my name was finally called at 9:40 and I was taken to the room. I was clearly upset at having to wait so long with no information about the delay. Some lady was sent in to "handle" me and started with the "we're busy, especially at the end of the year". (?!) I wasn't having any of that, and when she saw that she was only making things worse, she left the room. Next up, a lady who identified herself as "Michelle and I'm the practice manager". She asked me to explain my frustration and explained it from my perspective (story above) and she left to investigate. She returned a few minutes later to explain what she discovered and she apologized. She admitted that the front desk screwed up. Apparently they flagged me as not having returned to the front with completed paperwork (which I didn't need to do. No tablet was ever given to me.) So what. I've still wasted the morning. Doctor came in at 9:51. Discussed treatment options and was out of the office by 9:57. Not sure how this place stays in business.

The office staff and billing dept suck…read more You can't talk to anyone you have to leave voicemails and the only time you get a call back is after you have left several messages and end up screaming in the voicemail. My leave of absence paperwork wasn't submitted correctly. I paid 75 for the original leave of absence request the 50 for the leave of absence extension that was never sent. Now they are saying I didn't pay for the leave extension. I also got a gel shot in my left knee and I just got a bill for 2800. I of course called and found out pre authorization for the gel shot in my other knee was not sent with the request for payment to the insurance company. No one at this office will take responsibility and make this right. I have asked for the Dr to call me because I can't get any help from the office staff. I will not be going back to this office after this mess is hopefully taken care of. Wish me luck

My experience was so bad I'm sure even tho he could not help me that if I was able to get into my appointment when I was scheduled that I would not have been so annoyed in the first place. He needs to address his scheduling system pronto.
