In a day and age of severe lack of customer service this was a breath of fresh air. Sharon was the caring receptionist and appointment giver. Her wonderful inviting personality started our experience on the absolute right foot. Then there was beautiful Esther who took my husband's vitals and prepared us for the doctor. She was a total joy and such a sweet conversationalist. She made us so comfortable. Then there was Ruby, the doctor's assistant, who with her smile and winning way only heightened this positive experience. Then Dr Prutzman... I cannot express how wonderful he is. He walks into a room with confidence and yet a warmth that is extremely rare. Words elude us in our confidence in him. In fact, I made an appointment to see him myself for a second opinion and will likely transfer to him. This office does things right. And the care is top notch.

A lot of places either don't have experience treating pregnant women or are super limited in what they'll actually do, which can be really frustrating, even with my OB's approval. I was going to another PT place before this and honestly felt kind of hopeless. They weren't very personable or confident, and I felt like they were too scared to touch me, like I just had to wait until after I gave birth to get real help. I knew I was capable of doing more and wasn't improving at all, it was starting to take a toll on my mental health. Deciding to switch to Impact was the best move I could've made. The care here is night and day. You actually work with physical therapists one-on-one, not just techs, and everyone is super friendly, professional, and knows what they're doing. They offer a bunch of holistic treatment options like cupping, massage, dry needling, stretching, and strength work. I've only been going a little over a week, and already I feel so much more hopeful. I'm willing to do the work, I just needed the right guidance, and they've absolutely given me that. Despite doing their pre-checkin routines, the information never matches and must be re-verified. Half of the time the texts and emails for the pre-checkin contain broken links anyway. Finally called back for my knee appointment but there was a cluster of girls in scrubs blocking the hallway. One stepped right in front of me without looking, knocking me off balance. My "treatment room" was clearly a storage room with multiple doors into the room. The staff seemed annoyed when I questioned their use of that area as a hallway. Multiple people passed through that area while I was waiting for the doctor, despite the fact that both doors were closed. No knocking, no "oops, sorry", just people in scrubs nonchalantly wandering through. The doctors seemed somewhat competent, but it's hard to get past the crazy. They always have an excuse (too many doctors with full appointment schedules and too few exam rooms). One would think that somebody somewhere would address that issue, but apparently not. I will definitely be looking for a new orthopedic doctor prior to my need for another appointment.

Was there yesterday and saw Dr Sabrina (not sure of last name) and she was wonderful. My pharmacy actually texted me that the received the script before I was out of the office. Unbelievable. She also gave me an x-ray order and the x-ray company texted me an hour later saying they received an order from Redirect Health wanted me to schedule an appointment with them. It doesn't get any better than this. I've also used Dr. Anthony Nelson down there and he excellent as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

After 5 days of pain I went to Urgent Care where I was given three prescriptions. I was still miserable. I finally posted a request on Nextdoor asking for a recommendation for a chiropractor. I have never been down this route but I knew I needed help and I needed help quickly. One of my neighbors recommended Redirect Health and since my primary care is at Redirect I decided to call and got scheduled immediately. I was terrified of anyone touching me or moving me but they have their ways and I honestly feel 80% better today. Dr Bob listened to my fears and was incredibly gentle with his adjustments. I wish I could remember the name of the gal that did my massage but she has the hands of an angel. I was incredibly relaxed and I feel like I'm getting back to myself again. I have had excellent care at this practice and being able to use this chiropractic care is the icing on the cake. Some medical issues need hands-on work and some need medication.... Medicine is an art and I highly recommend Redirect for all of your needs.
