I was fortunate to schedule 7 visits to feel comfortable enough to make a 3 day drive back to Oregon. I've been to several therapists in the past . One for tearing my hamstring. Several others for back issues. By far, True Care has been the all around best. Raymond Popp the owner ( Ray), showed me right from the start that he wasn't the typical therapist who would just show how to do the exercise and walk away without any engagement. Ray would also do extremity manipulation on my legs when they were sore or tight. I haven't had a therapist show me that kind of care and knowledge about their craft. The staff was great too. They were friendly and would accommodate me with water and good conversation. If you're in need of any kind of therapy I highly recommend True Care Therapy and Rehabilitation.

Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

You can have the strongest brand name in the industry, but without a truly dedicated staff, excellence is impossible. Sandra, Kelly, Raul, and Bert are anything but ordinary. My mother has been very weak due to the number of medications she's been on, and your team has done a wonderful job reducing some of them. The real gold stars, however, belong to these four incredible caregivers who, when Mom tried to skip OT and PT, kindly, professionally, and skillfully encouraged her to get out of bed and participate in her rehab. Every morning, Sandra helped Mom out of bed, into her wheelchair, and guided her through brushing her teeth and preparing for her therapy sessions. The food and food service team is surprisingly delicious and outstanding! It takes a special kind of person to stay positive, patient, and motivating day after day. John was in rough shape when he got there, broken L/ankle and R/hip. He was frightened and had a hard time swallowing and the staff gathered around to make him feel welcomed and cared for. Tobe and the dining staff really went all out making sure he got food that he could swallow and just really pampering him during his entire stay. When we would have lunch together in the dining room, the wait staff and often Tobe also welcomed us and took excellent care of our meals. The Office staff was gracious about holding John's room when he had to go back for a second ankle surgery. We paid for the room but it relieved his anxiety knowing that he didn't have to pack up and start over somewhere else. The nursing and therapy staff were wonderful. Without them, John would not be walking with a walker and getting around as amazingly well as he does. I wish I knew their names so I could shout out, but I just want to tell them They Rock! Whenever I go to a public place, I check out the atmosphere and cleanliness, and I have to say the maintenance and cleaning staff do a 5-star job. The buildings and grounds are immaculate! I am happy to recommend this facility to anyone who needs a kind, entertaining, and beautifully kept Rehab Facility. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. It took some time to get John up and running again (I won't let him run yet), but all of your dedication and friendliness is why he is home tonight.
