If I could give zero stars, I would…read more I purchased a 24 oz insulated Dodgers chrome draft cup from this store on 12/11/25 for $40 as a Christmas gift for my husband. He opened it on 12/25, but we didn't actually use it until mid-January. On his very first use, the coffee spilled all over him because the lid was cracked. I tried to avoid driving an hour back to the store, so I searched everywhere online for a replacement lid but couldn't find anything even remotely close. My last option was to return to the store to see if they would replace the defective lid. Unfortunately, I was told the return/exchange window had passed by just three days (01/15), and the employee refused to help. He even called the manager, who also said there was nothing they could do. When I asked where I could buy a replacement lid, the employee didn't know and mentioned that other customers have had the same issue with this type of lid -- which makes this even more concerning. To make matters worse, the only solution offered was for me to buy another insulated cup. That felt like a slap in the face considering the one I bought was defective. Because this was a Christmas gift, it sat in a gift bag for a while, which caused the defect to be discovered too late. For a store to refuse to help over three days, especially right after Christmas, is unreasonable and poor customer service. I will not be shopping at this location again.

When my wife caught the issue they refused to make it right. She called later and got a manager who said they would send out a refund...that was nearly a month ago. Scam! Bait and switch! Do not shop here.

I told the lady at the register and she looked at me like I did it. She then proceeded to open the box and sure enough, the strings were damaged. I told her I purchased the tent a week ago and I was able to find some time to set it up when I noticed it was damaged. She then rudely told me that their equipment should be new and it's not possible for it to be damaged. I argued with her and told her that I thought it was brand new but i guess it wasn't. It was in it's original packaging.. Finally, she accepted it as an exchange and told me to grab another one. She said if it happens again, I'm going to have to take it up with the manufacturer... Really?? It's not my fault it was broken.. I then grabbed a "new" one and she asked if I'd like to check it before checking out. I said okay, I checked over the sticks and it looks fine. I told her what about the tent, what if there is a hole. She told me I can open it up in the store but there was no room to do that.. so I told her that I'll just set it up today at home and if it's not good I'll bring it back. She then proceeded to do the exchange then told me it was going to be $17.99.. wait.. I'm exchanging.. why do I need to pay. She said initially it was purchased with a coupon.. I said okay... So use the same coupon.. she then said she didn't have a coupon, so she made me look for the same coupon.. I found one on their website and luckily it worked and covered the $17.99.. I got out of there and was pretty upset. What was supposed to be an easy exchange turned into an argument and her accusing me of damaging their product... Not coming back to this store..

I found a coupon for here on retail me not for $10 off $60. That was enough for me to go and look for what they had. I did find suspender snow pants and boots for my 5 year old daughter. With the coupon the pants came to $24.99, not the best but not bad! Didn't see any boots for my 2 year old baby though unfortunately. I certainly do think they could have greeted me when I walked in, manager looked right past me. Also 2 cashiers were working and no one was paying attention as I waited in line. Had to just walk up myself. Not greeted at all he just began scanning. The coworkers were talking amongst themselves about the schedule or what they're going to do this weekend or something? Glad I found what I needed though so my girl won't freeze when we go to the snow.

Kings is one of the few last bastions of streetwear boutiques, reminiscent of a long, bygone era of…read morestreetwear dating back to around 2009 to maybe the end of 2014. Nowadays streetwear trends have shifted, blurring the line between casual fashion and high fashion. It's made its way into high fashion, collaborating with major fashion heavyweights like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Vetements, etc. to list a few. Kings to me is what pure streetwear is all about at its core. No bots, no asinine reseller mark-ups, no insane pricetags, no bullshit. Just tried and true streetwear styles from iconic streetwear brands that have withstood the test of time. I'm thankful Kings and others like it still exist (Proper, BAIT, Bowls LA and Union are both kind of). I say kind of because Bowls opens whenever they want and Union definitely has a certain audience in mind with the brands they carry. Anyway, maybe I'm looking back at the history of streetwear with rose-tinted glasses, but there's no denying that the fact that a place like Kings can still thrive despite the fact that a lot of boutiques I used to frequent have either shifted to online exclusively or just shuttered their doors permanently is respectable. The fact that you can still walk into a place like this and get some sick drip without playing bullshit games and waiting for drops or buying bots to cop shit is something I truly appreciate. The staff is cool as always and if anything, their selection has improved over the years and they've definitely stepped up (heh) their shoe game as well. Anyway, my very long drawn out point is that Kings is still king when it comes to finding streetwear locally with an excellent selection. They carry all the brands; new and old. It's like Costco. You definitely aren't walking outta there with just a $5 rotisserie chicken. You're gonna walk outta there with a whole ass wardrobe if you haven't gone shopping in a VERY long time, like me.

I had absolutely no clue as to what to expect and was pleasantly surprised to see the inside of this massive space that was maximized to the T with racks and walls stocked with merchandise. Extra wide shoes - np! Size 14, 13 & women's shoes - yes!! Nice selection. Golf shirts in brilliant colors and styles and up to a 2X - hole in one! Shorts for all in every style and color - Si! Plenty of comfortable seats and try on stations all over the floor- nice!!! No stress take your time shopping with everything spread out- indeed!! All these at fantastic prices!! ( receipt photo). My hats off to cashier Tracie who was so patient and kind. She opened a Dick's account for me and was absolutely thorough, professional and efficient. The folks in front of me had 2 carts full of shoes; I am guessing at least 36 pairs that they picked up. The great thing - there were 2 employees on the floor bringing out more shoes from the back and sticking. Loved it! It is always a beautiful thing to get 2 pairs of new kicks and a nice golf shirt for $55. Christmas cometh early for Ray Ray!!

We went to find some basketballs, unfortunately this store has no ball selection for any sports. Also was looking for some youth kings gear which I didn't find at all. Unfortunately I left and didn't buy anything.
