Mariana and team are the BEST! I had a very important upcoming event and needed tee's and aprons with our logo on them. Mariana made it happen. They added an embroidered patch that looked amazing on the aprons instead of the logo that was best for only tee's. Excellent quality, service and turn around. The cherry on top was that Mariana and her husband were so kind to come out and support my event. Threadworks has a customer for life. Thank you. read more

So, I needed to have some shirts made for my bowling team. We had a logo made, but turns out getting it put onto shirts can be an expensive endeavor. I went back and forth, looking for screen printers and embroidery companies, and all wanted outrageous set up and digitizing fees. I found myself in the pro shop at Cal Bowl, as I sometimes do, and turns out the guy that owns that place, also owns this place. I showed him my design, he got me a great price on digitizing and suggested a combo of embroidery and applique' to keep costs down. In a couple of days, I had amazing shirts done at a great price. I didn't actually have to go into the showroom in Chino Hills, but I hear it's nice. read more

Excellent work and responsiveness. I needed a quote to stitch some numbers on a jersey. I wanted it to look professional and not just "sewn" on. Butch gave me a fair quote and had it done quickly and professionally. It looked exactly like the other stitched on items on the jersey. First rate workmanship all the way around. They usually work with bigger corporate accounts but were able to take care of my one item. Much appreciated! read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Owner (Mr. Meijers) is pleasant at time of sale, BUT once a situation arises there is ZERO customer service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Owner used a verbally abusive tone as he resorted to screaming and yelling. The way he talked was unwarranted. It is sad to see someone treat a customer this way. read more

If I could give this company a "0" I would. I have used this company 3 times in the last 2 years for SIMPLE embroidery needs and they CONSISTENTLY disappoint each and EVERY time. I called this business earlier today and spoke with a very nice, informative gentleman who said it would be $7.25 per top that I embroider. As soon as I walked into the business 30 mins later, there was a tall female with glasses who was very rude, did not greet me, and said it is now $7.50 per top PLUS a $25 set up fee after I filled all the paper work out and when I said that's not the price I was quoted earlier she said well the guy earlier didn't know what he was talking about. Horrible customer service to change the price within 15 mins and after I made the long drive over. No apology from this woman nor accommodation for quadrupling the price. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or colleagues. Take your business somewhere that appreciates their customers! read more

I have used this company several times and they constantly amaze me! They were so helpful getting a last minute order to me in a weeks notice for my husband's 40th birthday party! The shirts were very comfortable and affordable! They even spent extra time making sure the woman's fit shirts I ordered matched the men's colors! Threadworks did a custom screen print design which made our event! I will be back for my softball team shirts! read more

Service was excellent here. I ordered polo shirts for my entire bowing league. i got the shirts one week before my deadline. The logos on the front were exactly as i ordered. We had 120 bowlers in the league and some of them had their names embroidered as well. Their attention to detail was excellent. I will bring all my embroidery needs to Threadworks. read more

No more than 10 mins on the fitting platform and this gentleman was able to piece together alterations I was extremely happy with when I had to wear this dress less than a month later. - April 2026: I got 2 of my new trousers hemmed here. I had pants from Banana Republic and Aritzia that fit well for my waist, but I needed to shorten the length for the pant legs. Although there's a bit of a language barrier, this man is extremely talented and a local treasure to the Diamond Bar community. I no longer live in the area, but he's worth the drive from the South Bay for PERFECT alterations. Most places have drastically increased their rates because of the pandemic, but I've never quarreled with the owner of Diamond Bar Tailoring. Fair prices for absolute phenomenal work!! He may not have the 5-star rating on Yelp he did back then in 2019, but he's always been consistent and great with managing his time/customer expectations. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. We just shared my birthday together 53 years later. I learned that she never got to see me at birth. Such a truly incredible gift! And to think I almost let fear get in the way.
