I ordered few items for graduation of my daughter and I requested them to send to me them by certain date. Instead of sending me items in promised 2-3 days, after day-4, I had to follow up via email and in return they asked me when is the graduation. After back-n-forth then the told me they can't send items to me before graduation and if I still need them, I told them yes I still need them. I did not receive items for another 10 days. When I called, they said - oh since we could not send before graduation do you want to cancel it? I really needed items asap - so I still continued the order and asked them to ship items ASAP. However, they decided not to ship me the items by them selves without contacting me - while I am still sitting here and waiting eagerly for the emotional graduation gifts. Our family was not happy at all. When I called them after 10 days of wait, I was told - oh since we missed graduation date - do you want to cancel the order? Basically they neither made nor shipped the order even after me waiting for more than 2 weeks. I could not do anything a day before graduation party and was sad about not able to gift my daughter her graduation gifts. ):

I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. I obviously don't recommend waiting until the shop is closed to pick up your project but I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were given my situation. Thank you so much Jason and Karen!

I hadn't expected to be reaching out to a live person! What if she didn't want to connect, how would I handle that? I decided either way, I wanted to know. Debra coached me through what to do but left the final decisions up to me. I wrote a letter of introduction for myself, knowing that may be as close as I ever get. Debra kept me informed of all the steps as we took them because I've never done anything like this before. Debra reached out and I heard back immediately and then met my mom within days of that contact. It's been such a wonderful feeling to know I look like someone, something an adoptee fully understands. I now have a connection to history. I have known ancestry. It's odd to say but knowing about them has made such a difference in knowing about me. My father's identity is still a mystery but that's okay at this time. I have a mother who wants a relationship with me and we share so much in common it's like finding a new best friend. We just shared my birthday together 53 years later. I learned that she never got to see me at birth. Such a truly incredible gift! And to think I almost let fear get in the way. If you are on the fence about this, just do it! You've had a lifetime of not knowing, not connecting. Isn't it time to know? Connect yourself to history. It's like discovering a part of yourself that you never knew was missing. Like finding another half of a story you already thought you'd read. It's a very profound feeling. I highly recommend it!

They do offer shipping and free returns but maybe it's because I'm old school and want to physically see and touch before I buy. New Pros: 1. Amazon returns processed here. You get your money credit right away plus you get a staples coupon as well 2. Passport photos taken here 3. Processing of TSA pre check can be applied here which is pretty convenient. 4. Electronic recycling available. Plus you can get bonus points for credits to use later on. Cons: 1. Less product online the floor 2. Items displays don't match the price tags. So you have to be ready to take a photo and show the staff when you check out. 3. Hard to find available staff to help you on the floor. Majority of staff is busy chi asking out or with processing Amazon returns.

AVOID Logo Max if you need embroidery done correctly and on time…read more I ordered a graduation sash and provided clear instructions for the embroidery. Logo Max embroidered my sash incorrectly by swapping the placement of my name and major. When I contacted them, they admitted the mistake and told me that attempting to remove the embroidery would likely damage the sash, effectively ruining it. I live in Los Angeles and could not repeatedly travel back to Chino to correct a mistake that was not mine. Rather than taking responsibility for the inconvenience and additional costs caused by their error, they insisted I return to their shop despite knowing my scheduling limitations. Even more concerning was how they communicated once reimbursement was discussed. After I requested that any mailed check include tracking so both parties could verify delivery, I received aggressive and hostile emails from Riaz Deejay (images attached). These are not the kinds of responses customers should receive from a business owner when attempting to resolve a problem caused by the business itself. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company handles them. Instead of professionalism, accountability, or customer service, I experienced hostility, personal attacks, and an unwillingness to take full responsibility for the consequences of their own mistake. If you are ordering something important, time-sensitive, or difficult to replace, I would strongly consider taking your business elsewhere. ALSO, if you're a recent grad, go somewhere that won't belittle you for your accomplishments!
