The crunch is basically chicken and other ingredients wrapped up in a flour tortilla, fried with cheese on the outside, and then cut in half. The sandwiches are good too. I've been getting them at the highest spice level, Sassy AF and it is manageable. The sauces help a lot too. If you order out they typically give you a few sauces (one is orange and one is ranch-like), and if you dine in they normally give you 4 squeeze bottles all containing a different sauce.
