The staff had their kids there which is understandable (family owned business) but their children were running all around the tables jumping from table to table spitting at each other and on the floor. Then the kid looked at us and walked over next to our table and spit on the floor and laughed. I lost my appetite. We got up and walked out, never went back. Sadly, the PORK fried rice had zero pork or anything else in it. It tasted fine but up to par for what I ordered.

I can agree with most here on the service, seemed very dull and to point more than welcoming when I ordered. I didn't notice any kids running around or toys laying about. Trust me there is another place where there is that and beds to sleep in the blocked off dining room in Main Street Middletown hah. The chow San sin was very good, way more meat than the veggies in the dish, all cooked just right and very well drowned in sauce. That was great since other places with triple meat specials get so cheap and here it's the opposite. For the roast pork noodle soup, it was okay, I mean a decent amount of sliced roasted pork, and the broth was decent and not a salty overkill. I think their choice of noodles did suck though, since it was very thick like spaghetti and would been way better with a thinner noodle like rice noodles or broken up angel hair. I hate the Chinese food near me in Matamoras, PA. Stopped in on way home and got Quart Hot and Sour Soup, Fried Wontons and Roast Pork with Chinese Vegetables. We took the food to go. We got a free egg roll because we spent more than $15.00. Everything tasted good and I had no complaints. They packed all the condiments, sauces, crispy noodles and fortune cookies in with the order which was nice. I eat here about twice a mont because it's close to where I work but, I wont do it any more: The food is good but, I always get my food delivered to my job. I work outside doing auto body repair. I always have them deliver BEHIND the car lot. Yesterday I called and ordered and the woman on the phone asked me, "Behind the lot right?" and I said yes. The guy calls and says "Im inside the Lobby" After 3min and 37sec. of asking him to go outside and come behind the building, he does. I get my food and sign. (I paid over the phone) Then he says, "You forgot the tip" and he starts telling me I have to give him a tip. I said "When you listen to direction, I'll give you a tip" You need to learn a tip is for good service not a freaking delivery charge. I work for a major healthcare facility and ordered 3 lunch specials on their ~cool looking~ and I thought "convenient" website. Not convenient at all. One of the orders was GENERAL TSO BEAN CURD (not chicken) and I received chicken. In the "add notes" section, I wrote EXTRA HOT SAUCE, and we got no hot sauce. I called to complain that my order was wrong and the front lady is ABSOLUTELY RUDE. She wouldn't even let me finish my sentence and said "he's on his way", meanwhile I was calling about my order being messed up. I waited 45mins for my correct order while the wrong order I had was sitting at the desk. Well let me start by saying that I'm glad that they have online ordering. I'm not glad that it's kinda pointless tho since you have to call to give them your card information if you choose to go that route, due to the site not giving you the option. Delivery took 20 mins longer than the 45 min wait time they told me. Now to the food portion. I got the wontons with garlic sauce which was absolutely delicious. Definitely excellent Americanized Chinese food. We recently moved to Middletown and live on a new road that even Google can't find. This delivery guy found it and delivered in 21 minutes. We live about 12 minutes from the restaurant. Pretty good. He was also clean, and well-dressed and his English was pretty good, and driving a new, clean car. The food was very good. I got General T'sao's Chicken with pork fried rice and my wife got Chicken and Broccoli with pork fried rice. It came with egg rolls and we had ordered 2 more. We ended up with 6 egg rolls and 4 fortune cookies. We also each got a pint of wonton. The wonton was fresh and not that over-cooked dark color that sometimes get. The soup was very good and wontons were very tasty and stayed together. The General T'sao's Chicken I ordered was order with white meat chicken. They asked if I like it spicy and I told them "No". It was not spicy and just right. Even the pork fried rice was fresh and tasted great. Broccoli was really good. Tender and fresh. We ate two of the egg rolls and they were lightly fried and very good. They included the fried noodles with the Wonton, and they were freshly cooked and had a napkin in each bag to absorbed the extra oil from the noodles. I honestly don't enjoy ordering from this restaurant at all and only do when co-worker's suggest we order lunch. The food is not the best, not the worst either but that doesn't say much. When ordering delivery it takes almost an hour to get to you and the delivery guy slams open the door so hard that you jump out of your skin. Then proceeds to tell you what you owe him and rounds up to the next dollar. Once went for a pick up order (ordered half an hour early) and waited almost my entire hour long lunch break for my food. Horrible service. The female employee who takes orders over the phone is so rude & extremely disrespectful. There was confusion with an online order & when i called to verify the lady literally screamed at me!!! Delivery times exceed an hour, very expensive, & whenever a request is made for extra sauce or specific sauces, they never ever listen. I.e. i say no spicy mustard please, only duck sauce. My order is then delivered, i open up the bag: there are 5 spicy mustard in the bag with only 1 of the sauces that I requested. This is one of the best bang-for-my-buck dinners -- one order with rice and I easily eat 3 meals. They serve an excellent curry, and understandably took beef curry (think about it -- beef + indian curry?) off their menu recently, but when requested they'll still make the beef curry dish to-order. The staff is pleasant as well. I've eaten in, but prefer to do take-out. They have very fast-food/pizzaria seating, and when the entire portions are right in front of you, you have a tendency to try to eat it all. It's just too much food. I used to order from here on occasion. It got to the point where I was consistently disappointed in my food and I regretted ordering once again. The final nail in the coffin was last night. This place delivered to my house at least 15 times over the last year and I always gave the driver a $5 tip or more. When I called last night to order at 8:30 (they close at 11) they demanded I order a minimum of forty dollars worth of food or they wouldn't deliver (the minimum order for delivery in their menu is $12). It's only my wife and I and my order is usually around 25-35 dollars. Apparently, last night this was simply not enough for them. Stay away from these people. They have no loyalty, their food is mediocre on their best day and they take forever to deliver. read more
