My complaint is that the golf cart was damaged during transport and the actual transporter lied about the condition of the cart when it was picked up. It arrived without a windshield and with front body damage, not major but work I cannot do myself. He refused so I called Ultimate Transport 123 to file a claim with them and was told (after numerous calls) that I had to file a claim against the transporter's insurance and that they would send me the information so submit against his insurance. I still have not received anything from them and they have said that since I have spam filter, they can't contact me??? All you have to do is speak your name... then the call goes through. They also have my email address. Ultimate called and left a message and I called them back just to wait on hold and then disconnected. The company I hired was Ultimate and they should be the one I contact to take care of this... they keep acting like they are attempting to help resolve this but they really are not. I didn't even ask for a full refund, just the cost of the repair!!! Do not use this company if you expect to receive your vehicle in the same condition as you sent it...

Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. Adam was referred to me by a recruiter through a mutual acquaintance. To reserve transportation for two vehicles, he required a $600 deposit, which I paid approximately six weeks in advance. Throughout that time, he repeatedly assured me that everything was on track. However, he ultimately failed to secure transportation for either vehicle. As a result, we were left scrambling to make last-minute arrangements. During the process, I felt I was repeatedly misled with assurances that the transport would be handled, when in reality no carrier had been secured. More than a week after the scheduled pickup date, only $200 of my $600 deposit was refunded, along with promises that the remaining balance would be returned. Those promises were not fulfilled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Adam Yoslowitz or Travelers Auto Transport. If you are relying on a broker to coordinate a time-sensitive vehicle shipment, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
