I decided to use this service on Jan 10, based on two factors a good rate, and one the offices is in Vancouver WA, but also stated that they could find a carrier very quickly. Since it was urgent to transport my son's car from Boulder, CO to Portland for repairs, I was impressed by the confidence of the salesperson (Martha Castillo). She promised me they could make it happen by either Fri Jan 12 or Mon Jan 15. On Jan 11, I tried to get an update from the salesperson. Since I didn't receive any call I called to the main number and requested information. I found out that they didn't have a driver available, and also the car was listed "drive-able", even though I completed form & listed it as "non-operating". Further, salesperson knew why the car was being shipped to Portland. Later Ms. Castillo called saying we needed a little more time. The next day a driver was assigned, and Ms Castillo wanted to explain that I needed to pay more money. When I refused I was introduced to a Manager/owner, who was really difficult to talk to since he hardly even allowed me to speak and talked over me in a tone that didn't allow for any sort of dialogue. The original price was $785, now it was $1100 and I refused. He said that he was unable to go lower than that, I negotiated, and accepted to pay $1000. Before I signed it, I asked him what would happen if the driver was unable to pick up the car. He replied, "That is not going to happen, it is almost 5 PM and I want to go home to my family. He promised to call the next day and follow up. When the driver arrived, he learned that the car was "non-operating". He apologized and stated he would check with the company and call me back, however, I never heard again from him. I was to late to be connected to the manager. I sent an email and I explained the situation. The next day I called the manager and he indicated that he was not aware of the situation. I realized that I was working with a very dysfunctional company. I tried to explain, but immediately transferred me to the salesperson without letting me speak. I summarized my negative experience to the salesperson and stated that I wanted to cancel my order. She agreed, and I asked her to please send me an email or text to indicate the cancellation. I waited for some time, and when I called her back she didn't answer. However, her manager called me and literally said "I recognize we made a mistake, so you are not going to cancel your order, because we can do this". Once more he didn't allow me to speak and asked me to give him 48hrs. He also promised to call me at the end of the day with an update. At 5:11PM, I received a text saying "Hello this a courtesy reminder your transport is nearing. As the date gets closer we will be sending additional information regarding your pick up details". 12 hrs before the 48 hrs required expires, I received a call from the manager who stated that he found a driver that would pick up the car 3 days later.I told him that I was no longer interested in using their car-shipping service, I tried to explain myself, but put me on hold indefinitely. I waited for some time and nothing happened. I called again and was transferred directly to the salesperson. Called again and the lady who answered yelled at saying that if I wanted to cancel they would charge me $250 and hung up on me. I feel trapped and unable to make my case, and on top of that they were holding my credit card hostage. The same day they sent me an email indicating a new estimated load date 01/23/2018, after that I didn't receive any additional information. On 01/22, I noticed that they charged my card, so I called to check the status of the order and the same manager one more time put me on hold indefinitely, so I decided to call the driver. Surprisingly, the driver answered and told me that he received the order, but also it was canceled by 123 Auto transport, so if I wanted to be served I needed to way another week. I hold my breath and explained all my experience.He gave me some ideas about how to avoid the bank charges, but I clarified that the company already charged the broker fee, so he decided to pick up the car by next day. I took responsibility for not taking the time to research further this company, but I never imagined that a company could engage in business using a culture of hostility, rudeness, adopting an escapist techniques such as hang up on you, play music or transfer to another extension.I understand that regardless of customers good faith of trying to make business with this company, these people are surviving just because the core of their business is played a physiological game with customers, who may end canceled their orders, so that the company be able to charge a higher fee that the regular fee as a broker. I don't have any other way to describe the owner and his group of employees,but as despicable and deplorable. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! This is a scam. There is a top-down vile a-hole management system. Their company motto is piss on the customer, and the customer is always wrong. First off, I am a military spouse, and my husband had orders to Washington state. We were moving from Virginia, and with two small children and pets, it was best for us to fly and have my car shipped. I spoke with Rodney, and he said, oh yes, we are DOD contracted and we ship cars for the military all the time. This made me feel comfortable despite the fact that I had never shipped a car before. Rodney quoted me 1,495 to ship a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He said that they own their own trucks and could guarantee that the price would never change because they know which route they are going to take (and therefore have fixed prices). (Rodney left me on hold to contact a driver to get a price directly from the driver). I went with this company even though I had received lower quotes from other transportation companies because they said that the price was guaranteed. I told Rodney that I did not have a destination address yet because (being a military family, we did not have a new home yet) So Rodney said that he would put a general address for the naval base in Bremerton down and then when I got my new home address, I could call and he would update the order. The first rude thing that the company did was be extremely rude to my father-in-law when he called to pay the bill. The Jeep was being picked up at his house, and he wanted to know what date the Jeep would be picked up on. This company had no problem taking his money, but then hung up on him when he wanted to know a pick-up date. I originally asked for the Jeep to be picked up on 8/30/2016. The company let the Jeep sit for a week, and I called to ask them when they planned on picking it up, and they said they had a 3-day pick up window, and they were still finalizing my order with the driver. So three days goes by, and still no pick-up, so I call the company again, and they say per their contract they have 10 days to pick up the Jeep. I was not happy with this because I had not been told this, so I said this was not satisfactory and I wanted to cancel my order. The company responded by saying that they had until 9/12/2016 to pick it up, and if they had not picked it up by that date, then I could cancel the contract. The company didn't pick up until 9/15/2016. I would have cancelled, but I was already invested because they had already been paid in full. A few days later I received an email from the company stating that my estimated deliver date was 9/27/2016. While I am waiting for my Jeep to be transported, my husband and I find a house and it is an hour-and-a-half away from the navy base where we were staying. I called the dispatch to update the address, and dispatch was closed for the day so I left a message to return my call (no one ever did). By this time, I don't want anything to do with the company. September 27 comes and goes and my Jeep has still not been delivered. I called the company on 9/28/2016, and I was told that they could not change the delivery location, and that I would have to work something out with the driver to meet him somewhere....My husband had just deployed, and I have two young children, so there was no way I could meet the driver anywhere because there was no one to help me drive the car back. After much run around with the company, I requested to speak with the owner of the company, and was told that he does not speak to his customers. I then asked for the service agent's boss, (who claimed to be the boss's daughter, but I don't believe is actually was) and she told me that they did not make any money on my car. She also told me that they had a hard time finding a driver who would go to Bremerton. (Strange considering that Rodney had stated that they were DOD contracted and gave me a direct price from the driver, or so he said). Despite my father-in-law paying 1,500 to transport the car, the company claims they didn't make any money, and because they didn't make any money, they could not help me with my car. They said that they did me a favor in finding a driver who would go to Bremerton...REALLY? I paid the company and have a contract with the company to perform a service, and YOU are doing ME a favor by locating a driver???? Excuse me??? After more upset discussion, the "boss's daughter" threatened to call the military on my husband....and report him for what I don't know. I was the one who had the contract with the company, not him. This is clearly disrespectful to military families. In addition, his daughter then threatened to have my Jeep shipped back to Virginia!!!! She cannot do that because I have a contract, and there would be serious legal consequences if that were to happen. What a nightmare this company is to deal with! To set up the story I am relocating from GA to Texas for work... as one who has been relocated for my job numerous times (and having used transport companies previously) we made our reservation a full month in advance... now nearly 5 weeks later- my car was supposed to be picked up a week ago... and a week later we are still waiting on the proverbial "driver to be assigned"! The day it was originally scheduled to be picked up, the driver calls 45 mins before the scheduled pickup time and informed us that his truck was full and sorry but he's not coming. My flight for TX was the next morning. I had to leave my car with a friend and now a week later there is still no timeline to get my car moved and the management "Tom" after promising to expedite the order... hides and refuses to return any of my multiple messages that I leave for him each day. With each phone call and purposeful longer and longer on hold wait times... my frustration grows as no answers are EVER provided and now I've had to rent a car for transportation! DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They advertise that they are top ranked and world famous.... as far as I'm concerned they are on the top of the worst companies, are poorly managed and are famous for their incredibly unfriendly and non-customer service! Update..... I have not canceled my order nor have I violated my contract in any way as they will stick to the strict enforcement of said agreement! I now have found out that they have charged the deposit which is a violation of the contract as that charge is not to be processed until a drive arrives to pick up the vehicle. I have refrained from calling these people crooks... but they sure act like crooks.... supposedly the owner reached out to me on this thread but I have not received a response from her since that time! So the owner doesn't respond, managers don't respond and customer dis-service does nothing but reads a standing script to you.... this is truly a perfect example of buyer beware! Last Update (from another family member) ... after holding our illegally billed credit card payment and contract for the full term AND NEVER finding a driver... we finally got our payment refunded only after being threatened with legal action for our negative review and within 2 business days found another transport company who not only found a driver for us but did not charge us a deposit until the car was loaded on the transport! Car arrived within 2 days.... as promised! This company is to be avoided at all costs! So their failures were numerous.... failed to pick up the car as promised, failed to find any driver, illegally billed credit card for payment, tried to hold payment as hostage to blackmail my significant other into removing our negative review and would not release the car from contract for the full term (if you do you must pay their fee); failure to communicate through out the entire process.... and lastly a total and complete failure at taking responsibility for anything.... it appears that the only really positive reviews here are posted by the company itself... HORRIBLE!!! Jason....worst part of the company..... FIRE EM all! Update: 8/24/20 I was to be notified 24 hrs before the driver was confirmed...i get an email this morning 8am 'ish saying your car will be picked up today, sure its not a 24 hr time window but im ok with it. then i call them to get a time window...they say they dont know and call the dispatch...wait...am i the customer or you? i have to call the dispatch/trucker to get an eta? okay....sure i do that 2x in the past 4 hrs again not knowing when the driver will just show up. no answer from dispatch...i call back ultimate transport i am on hold for 8 mins...phone just randomly disconnects (2nd this time has happened) i call back...i get an answer finally being on hold. This CSR rep doesnt know much expect whats on the notes, he is great and offers to call the dispatch an get an update...which i was thankful for, because earlier the rep asked me to call and do his job...anways he calls and let me know the car might be picked up today or tomorrow morning...WAIT TOMORROW MORNING! i got a notification it will be picked up today...i booked my airline ticket for the next day so i can fly and meet the driver at the final destination....I ask to speak to the manager because this person in the Asian Call center does not have much info and i am getting frustrated....and keeps giving me the basic CSR rundown...i am sorry u feel this way and XYZ.....i been asking to speaking to a manager/owner / Son (JASON) for 5 business days.....every time i call he is busy...REALLY!? 5 DAYS of business and your not available to return a customer call? specially since he is the person i spoke to and explained the situation...he acted like he cared but now clearly doesnt....anyways i will continue to document this. I searched the Internet for vehicle transportation and choose for use Auto Transport 123 out of the 10 I contacted. I had an excellent experience with the process of coordinating the pickup of my vehicle. I requested the pickup to be October 31st, and I was advised that my vehicle could be picked up between the 31st and November 2nd. I planned for the 2nd. On the 31st, I received a call from the driver at 11:32 stating that he would be picking up my vehicle in an hour. Long story short, I had to change my rental reservation 2 days earlier than I intended. The vehicle was picked up and delivered on November 1st. The cost of the transportation was 675.00. 225.00 on my credit card and 450.00 cash or cashier's Check. I left my wife 450.00 cash to give to the driver. I received and email from Auto Transport 123 but did not check it. On November 2nd, I noticed the charge on my credit card was 350.00 I called Auto Transport to find out why on that day but accounting was not open. I called back the next day again too late and left a message. I was preparing for deployment and it was hard to contact the company early during the day due to it being in NY. finally, was able to make contact and spoke with Janine and asked about the change. She explained that the email sent to me on the 31st was changed for the credit card to 325.00 and 350.00 to the driver. Due to my inability to check my email in a timely manner, I did not advise my wife to only give 350.00. Upon delivery, my wife asked the driver "it's 450.00 right "? He said "sure" She then told me that he scratched out the $350 that was on the receipt originally then wrote COD. When my wife asked him if it cost $450, why didn't he just say no it's 350? I was out of 100.00 due to the corrupt driver taking advantage of my wife by not being honest with her. Janine and the auto transport family were extremely helpful with contacting the company the provided the driver. After, it was evident that the driver was truly a liar, Janine decided that the company would return the 100.00 back on my credit card. Now, she definitely didn't have to do that because the responsibility was on the drive. I was very skeptical of any car shipping company because this was my first time using a car transport company, but I went with this company because I felt that the customer service and communication from Dana was great. She made sure to answer any questions I had and was always pleasant. They gave me a pickup window. Mine was from 12/18-12/20. My flight was due to takeoff on 12/21. The closer my pickup window got, I became more anxious, so I called a lot more the week of the window to make sure I didn't miss anything. Dana picked up every time and patiently answered all of the last minute questions I had. On 12/18, I got a text saying that they found a driver for me and would call within 2 hours to let me know when they were on the way. My scheduled pickup day was 12/20. My driver, Sergio made sure to call me and continuously update me throughout the day/night. The truck was having some issues, but he made sure to text/call to keep me updated. The truck issue was resolved later that night and he called to pick up my car around 10:45pm. When Sergio arrived, he was very good with communicating step by step on how the car transport works. You are allowed to pack things into your car, but he will let you know that they are not liable for anything or damages to the car, so pack at your own will! My car was shipped from California to Florida. Charged me $1395 total, which seemed pretty standard with other companies. You place $300 down and then the rest when the car is delivered (money order, cashiers check or cash). Mine was the first one to be picked up out of the 9 he had scheduled, so my car wasn't delivered until 12/28. My car came back in perfect shape! Also, Sergio provided me with a way to contact him, so I was able to reach out to him if I had any questions. The only thing I wish happened differently is him telling me further in advance when he was going to drop my car off. He told me on 12/28 at 12:30p that my car would come that day around 6-8p. I had just gotten to downtown Tampa with my family to enjoy when I received that text. We had to cut our day short on my behalf. So I just wish I would've known that morning that my car would be shipped at all that day, so I wouldn't have planned anything at all. Other than that, the team was great! Don't even think about using this company At one point they lost my car I found out because the truck driver who was supposed to pick up my vehicle.got to the location and alas my car could not be,found. When I contacted the company they could not give me the location of my vehicle. They said they would get back to me. I felt like I was the one making all the calls,for auto 123 . How this company Is in business is beyond my comprehension. After several more phone calls they located my car Although they could not tell me where it was.next day I get a call from another truck driver who was going to pick up my car.he got to,the depot and it was closed even though they promised to stay open for him.next day the depot left me a message that my car was there.the depot called me not the company I dealt with .i mean are you kidding me.they wanted me to pay 800.00 dollars before they would release it.my contract clearly states .they would take 225 as a deposit and then pay the balance of 1200.00 when it was dropped off to me. Anyway I was trapped and I wanted my car So I called auto 123 again and told them about my contract They really didn't care about what it said They said they would check into it Yeah okay i never heard back from them Finally I got a call from another trucker who had my car and was going to deliver it but I had to pay him another 300.00 So let me get this straight I already payed out my 1425 dollars now I had to pay another 300 What a bunch of crooks I called and emailed auto 123' And guess what They won't even return my calls or email me So I am out another 300 bucks above what my contract clearly states If you need your car shipped Don't be played by this company They will have you wishing you drove it I know I did read more

If you're reading this review then chances are you are in need of having a vehicle transported and are trying to find the right company to do it. I'm going to save you a lot of time searching and let you know upfront that every place you'll find has some great review and some absolute horror stories. There's no getting around it. Here's what you need to know. 1. This business does NOT transport your vehicle. They are just the ones who locate a transporter for you. They are not responsible if the transporter is a terrible driver, person, etc... 2. They charge a fee to arrange the transport because they are providing a service. The remainder is due (in cash/venmo, etc) directly to the driver upon arrival. 3. Take LOTS of pics of your vehicle before it's loaded and inspect it thouroughly when you meet your driver. If there's any issues with your vehicle - the DRIVER is liable, not this company who merely arranged the transport. 4. You will be given the name of the driver and a phone number to contact them directly but you can also reach out to the transport company for status updates. Our vehicle broke down in Missouri on our way home to Ohio and we left it in the capable hands of a Ford Dealership locally. Ultimate Transport 123 facilitated the pickup between the driver and the Ford dealership so that we did not have to stay in MO 2 extra days. Our truck was picked up on Saturday and delivered around noon on Monday. The driver was nice and did the walk around to ensure the vehicle was in its stated condition - which it was. We paid him the balance and he was on his way. One thing i have to say is: PLEASE CALL THE US DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AT 888-368-7238 ON THIS COMPANY! THEY ONLY HAVE TWO COMPLAINTS AND THEY REALLY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED! Now with that being said- my nightmare continues...Auto Transport 123 are refusing to honor the email admitting my refund and has since passed me over to the driver- MVP Auto Carriers. On 8/5, I spoke to them and they said they are mailing me-Kim from Boca Raton Fl a check for 225.00 I at that time did not realize that the money Auto Transport stole from me was being added to the balance and I overpaid by 225.00, making this transaction almost 1000 instead of the contracted price of 275! Yesterday 8/11 I called Auto Transport 123 and spoke to Kasey at ex 517 who again forwarded me to MVP Carriers this time via 3 way. The lady said she mailed out the check to my friend in NJ and that the driver spoke to my friend and agreed that the check(my money) should be mailed to her. I reminded her of tour conversation. She refused to cancel the "supposed transaction", give a check number, nothing! i called my friend to verify this and of course is a lie. My friend and i left a message telling them that this did not occur. To make a very long story short, MVP has chosen to block my number and I have BBB , Consumer Affairs and US Department of Transportation looking into this. I hired Auto transport 123. My business was with them. Due to their misrepresentation and deceptive practices, money was taken from me that should not have been. I had an overall great experience with Ultimate Transport 123! I would highly recommend Ultimate Transport 123 to anyone looking to relocate their vehicles. The rates UT123 had were great with comparison to others transporting companies. Also, Angela, as well as other reps, communicated very well through text, phone, and email. This was my first time transporting my car ever in life, so top tier communication was all I needed to make this a smooth ride end to end. UT123 was able to meet my needs there. With my move taking place around Xmas/NYE, that posed its own challenges. But, I will not fault UT123 for the challenges. The driver that was initially set to pick up my car didn't communicate with me effectively which caused a delay and I had to request for a new driver. UT123 stepped in immediately, took control of the situation, and found me a new driver within days. Tod at Taisa Transport LLC was great! My car was delivered in the same condition as it was what it got picked up. The bonus was his communication was accurate and effective the whole way. And again, that's all I need. My advice to anyone doing this for the first time, once UT123 gives you your drivers information, research them and if you can, reach out to them directly before your pick up date. This way you can ask them questions and hear the answers directly from them. Example, I had asked UT123 if I could put a cover on my car and I was told I could. But, my driver ultimately did not allow it due to it being a road safety hazard. No big deal! I just used the cover to place over my personal items that were inside my car. On monday December 4, 2023 on our way back to New York our vehicle broke down in Maryland it turned out to be a transmission issue i googled transport vehicles from state to state and this was the first company to come up i called and spoke to Dana she was very nice and professional and gave us all the information we needed within 5 minutes she explained everything without me asking any questions everything was completed once the conversation ended. I was pleased to also know that this company is in long Island where we were located. The vehicle was picked up promptly and delivered to our address. They made sure we knew when vehicle was being picked up and approximate time of delivery without me asking they stayed in contact with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone their customer service was excellent and their prices are excellent they were very honest and reliable you can tell this isba good family that cares and puts pride into their business, which you dont rarely see anymore most companies are trying to rip you off or unclear about hidden fees because they know you are in a emergency situation and they tru and take advantage. The driver was excellent very professional very respectful very nice great person the company is lucky to have him he must be family because he was so pleasant driving so many hours and still managed to have a smile on his face its good to know that there are still some good people around excellent representation of the company my overall experience with this company was excellent when ever needed again i would use this company. read more

After doing lot of search one of my friend recommend me Auto Transport 123. So i think to try their services and contact them. So they said they could work in a 3 day period for pickup and delivery. I gave my 3 days and honestly they succesfully transfer my car in given time period. but there was a pricing issue. The initial quote was doable, but be warned that only a small portion can go on a credit card. The majority of it is paid in cash or cashiers check to the driver on delivery, Thankfully I had plans and could fit the cash into the budget. I am currently relocating from Huntington, New York to San Jose, California so you can just imagine my stress and anxiety level I thought about driving my car but when I think about adding three thousand miles to my brand new car I scrap that idea, then I thought about towing it on the back of a uhal I had to scrap that idea too, the I did a couple of research in regards to transporting and I was bombarded with so much carriers I had an headache - I decided to go with some local just in case something went wrong So I chose Auto Transport 123 and I was NOT disappoint I dealt with Anthony aka Tony and he was very nice, kind and PROFESSIONAL and truthful I wanted to use a carrier and not a broker based on all the reviews I read but he was honest to tell be he was both but he would be using and outside carried for my vehicle I was hesitant at first but after listening to him I quickly became comfortable and the process begins my car was picked up on time even though I changed the pickup day twice it was delivered to me in California three days ahead of schedule in the same condition that it was picked up in and the icing on the cake was that I changed the delivery location at the very last minute with no complications or additional charges. trust me everyone Auto Transport 123 is the way to GOOOOOOO. Do not use this company!!! Stay far, far, far away unless you want to lose your money and gain a bunch of headaches. I had the same exact experience with Ultimate Auto Transport 123 as many others on this forum, and am only adding to the many many negative reviews from loads of people who were scammed, as we were, out of their deposits. This company is very shady and their employees are literally out of control. Martha Castillo was who we worked with and when I cancelled the service after she was unable to find a driver to ship our car on either of the two dates we needed it shipped, she refused to give back our deposit. Not only that, she inexplicably raised the deposit from $250 to $275. I then gave Ultimate Auto 123 a very negative review (simply detailing our horrible experience with them and with our salesperson, Martha Castillo) after which Martha misused my personal information, posting my email address and phone number so that I would be pelted with spam. Stay away from Ultimate Auto Transport 123: I will be reporting them to not just the Better Business Bureau, but to the authorities as well. It is highly unsettling that a disgruntled employee is able to so easily misuse a customer's personal information and target them for revenge for a bad review and if you do not something like that to happen to you as well, you will hire a different company to move your car. read more
