My car was shipped from Vero Beach, Fl to Livonia NY Shipping took place during fluctuating gas prices due to Iran's control of oil supplies. I tried to get my car shipped by three different transport companies. Two took deposits. The deposit was returned by the shipper after a driver backed out due to fuel costs. Ultimate Transport asked for an additional $350 to cover increase in fuel costs. I paid the $350. Vlad picked up the car on time and delivered it to me in 4 days. He was very professional. I'd recommend him as the driver for any other person seeking transport. He accepted Zelle payment for the balance. read more

Hired this company to transport a golf cart from SC to OH. Price was fair, pick up and delivery, both great, as far as time goes. My complaint is that the golf cart was damaged during transport and the actual transporter lied about the condition of the cart when it was picked up. It arrived without a windshield and with front body damage, not major but work I cannot do myself. The transporter said he would reimburse me for the windshield but when I looked closer and found the body damage, I asked for the $700 back that I paid him as that what I figured it would cost to fix. He refused so I called Ultimate Transport 123 to file a claim with them and was told (after numerous calls) that I had to file a claim against the transporter's insurance and that they would send me the information so submit against his insurance. I still have not received anything from them and they have said that since I have spam filter, they can't contact me??? All you have to do is speak your name... then the call goes through. They also have my email address. Ultimate called and left a message and I called them back just to wait on hold and then disconnected. The company I hired was Ultimate and they should be the one I contact to take care of this... they keep acting like they are attempting to help resolve this but they really are not. I didn't even ask for a full refund, just the cost of the repair!!! Do not use this company if you expect to receive your vehicle in the same condition as you sent it... read more

BEWARE, OUR CAR WAS STOLEN ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! In June 2026, I contracted Ultimate Transport 123 to ship a vehicle from West Palm Beach to Denver. I spoke with Dana Passmore, who, as part of her "pitch", boasted; they were a family-owned company who used their own shippers or only trusted partners they've worked with for years. " Sounded pretty good, only it turned out NOT to be accurate in my case. A statement in their contract reads, "I understand this order will be dispatched and brokered to a fully insured, licensed carrier -- UT123 never verbally disclosed this to me during the "pitch". They never verbally disclosed they were operating as a broker and not the carrier on my transaction. Had Passmore informed me she was simply outsourcing my vehicle transport, I would never have used them. According to attorney documents, UT123 posted our vehicle on Super Dispatch, a load board and brokered our job to a third-party carrier. They did not use their own carriers or a "partner" as I was assured. Passmore called and informed us a carrier was dispatching a truck to pick up the vehicle; she instructed us to release the vehicle to the driver. According to legal correspondences from the carrier's attorney (who UT123 claims accepted our vehicle), that carrier had in declined the load on Super Dispatch; UT123 apparently never knew or confirmed this before telling us to hand over the keys. Our vehicle was picked up by an unknown tow truck company and was never seen again! For two days Passmore told us everything was fine, although I tracked the car to Miami, clearly not heading to Denver. I then received a call from Passmore, asking me if I knew where the car was, and could track the vehicle using GPS! I later received a text message from Passmore informing me my vehicle had likely been stolen. I was shocked when she denied any responsibility and simply told me to file a police report. US123 made ZERO attempt to assist with the recovery. Adding insult to injury, UT123 billed my credit card for the vehicle transportation. I had to dispute their charges with the credit card company, in order to get a refund. UT123 deceived us; they led us to believe they were transporting our vehicle. Instead, they brokered our vehicle which ultimately was stolen. UT123 denied responsibility, did nothing to assist us during the theft, and declined to cover the losses caused by their actions. Personally, I would NEVER use US123, steer clear at all costs!! read more

My car sat in the hotel parking lot 4 days August 14th was pick up on August 15th was drop off in Boston from Dover DE to Boston I had to have my vehicle removed with another tow company instead after being there for five days in the hotel parking lot Finally I told them to forget about it Hold on to the deposit and when I have my vehicle repaired we could continue with the transport Well it's been excused after excuse One set my vehicle was delivered on the first of September I don't have my vehicle my vehicle is still in this location at the repair shop which I told them close is at 5 PM and opens up at 8:00 PM so the driver missed pick up time 3 or four times Really frustrated at this moment Ask for a refund of my $300 I'll get it myself tomorrow morning Never ever ever ever again Ultimate transport 123 Ha ha ha Forget about it a joke read more

Ultimate Transport 123 Changed price because Jason said he put in wrong zip code to where vehicle was to be delivered. Don't believe that for one second. Vehicle got picked up on a Saturday at 5 in Colorado Springs going to Duluth MN, it is now 11:30 Wednesday night and no vehicle. l have been in touch with dispatcher who contacts the driver, numerous times, but he can't tell me exact location of my vehicle, nor how far away it is. Last location was somewhere in Iowa yesterday, today it was supposed to be here at 5 pm at 6:15 l called them, the dispatcher and he played his game. Another blown tire . He did send picture of a destroyed tire on the trailer( 2nd tire this trip) but the trailer does not match the pictures I have of the vehicle when it was picked up! Excuse after excuse why my vehicle isn't here. ( They been stopped 3 times, can only go 45 MPH, roads are narrow, l -80 highway is the worst for traffic, two blown tires and even said l don't understand, when my own husband drove semi's for 33 years) I think l need to report a stolen vehicle. This whole thing sucks! The picture they sent had a tractor wheel showing on the bed of the trailer. I requested a picture of my vehicle on that same trailer with blown tire and supposed tractor but didn't get one. Imagine that ! Also requested exact location of the trailer, drivers phone number, nope, didn't get a response. Dispatcher is rude, rude and rude. Can't say l was very nice either. Ultimate Transport needs to do a background check on all companies they get to haul. It's to bad they swindle and bother you to death to get your business and line up a hauler they don't know crap about, get your money and disappear. They should make sure they are getting reputable company with responsible drivers. It does go back and reflect on their credibility! I pray l get my vehicle. Iam sick to my stomach thinking l won't see this vehicle again. It belonged to my sis in law who passed a year ago Sept 9th. It's so sad that you can't trust people not to lie. May the devil take care of those who do! Jesus is on my side! read more

Better late than never review. Moved to Las Vegas in 2017. With all planning and making some life changes it was worth the move. After researching the best transportation for my vehicle, the price value and care they provide made this move seamless. The wait and time was perfect and most of all that I love was when they delivered my vehicle right in front of my home. That's what you call spectacular service. Happy customer here. A year later my sister then decided to move with me and utilized the same service. Our vehicles arrived safe and sound. read more

Vehicle picked up in South florida May 17, arrived in Illinois May 27. Vehicle had 4 scratches on right front quarter, and 3 AMG wheels with edge scratches. I made at least 20 phone calls and several emails/ texts only to hear from Jorge LLC that that truck had a breakdown in Georgia. Ultimate simply dispatches to a third, fourth, fifth party and then no communication whatsoever. Never again. read more

The actual translation was great, it just cost me more than anticipated. 1) The car had to be in running order, so after sitting in a storage lot for a year and half, a new battery had to happen. 2) a big old dent in the rear driver side door, probably happened at the Public Storage lot. 3) the extra charge for boxes inside the vehicle was an unwelcome charge, but I understand. 4) that being said, the service was very fast from Fl to AZ. I could not have done it cheaper. Good job Transportation Service. Tim read more

100% a scam company. Do not use. I was approached by Tobey, she gave me a quote then went totally dark. I made a number of calls to customer service leading up to the week of transport. I left messages that never got responded to. When I finally told them I was cancelling Tobey became available and just told me how reputable they are. Only then did I realize they have this poor of a rating, I should have looked here first. A total disaster of a company. read more

I waited 9 days, still, nothing they kept telling me they couldn't find a driver they kept giving me excuses after excuses, never returning my calls, I called him every day. Please don't use the still haven't picked up my vehicle. Was guaranteed by salesman Anthony that my car would be delivered by today the order was placed last week. Not is my car not being delivered today they haven't even picked it up yet! I have called multiple times to find out what's going on same story each time we are trying to dispatch it. When asked if I can get a refund because I found NEXUS who had a driver available for today pick up they would not refund my money. Of course they now are saying the contract says they have 10 days to pick up and yes it does but Anthony guaranteed me delivery by Tuesday so integrity first as we always say in the military and this company had none. read more

Pick up and drop off were very timely -- on dates promised. Car was in excellent, clean when returned. Only issue was pick up and drop off where not at the requested addresses. I feel we should have been informed in the contracting phase that may be case. The drop off specifically was 20 miles from the contracted address. That made the pick up particularly difficult. read more

I was on a cross-country road trip when I got into a wreck. No injuries, and I got a rental car home, but my van was left inoperable in an impound lot in St. Louis. I filled out a generic request-for-quote on longdistancetowing.com. I didn't really expect to close anything there, but I got a call from an Ultimate Transport salesman (Jason) who very pleasantly walked me through the process. Basically no effort was required on my part. I signed their contract on Tuesday the week before Thanksgiving. One hiccup was that the impound lot would only accept the storage payment in cash. I raised this after signing the contract with Jason, and he arranged for the tow driver to make the payment and get my reimbursement. This was handled excellently all around. One drawback: Jason suggested to me that the pickup would happen between Wednesday and Friday the week I signed the contract (on Tuesday). It in fact happened the following Monday (and arrival on the following day). Good communication was maintained throughout. I consider this a triviality, but consider it if you're on a rigid schedule. Ultimate quoted me $1495 for the whole service, and charged me a deposit of $395, leaving a residual to be paid on receipt of $1100. After the dropoff happened, the tow driver gave me an invoice for $1200. It turned out that, due to changing towing companies, the new company had only taken a $295 deposit and left $1200 over. I called Ultimate, and they immediately clarified the situation and issued me a refund for the excess $100. I have no complaints here, but be prepared to call Ultimate with any questions or issues. I did not test the market extensively before signing. Ultimate quoted me $1495 for moving a large and awkward disabled vehicle 800 miles. This seemed very reasonable to me compared to the immediate alternative of renting equipment to do it myself (which would have been $2000+ and also days of stress). I am satisfied with value for money, but someone really hunting for deals might want to shop around further. read more
