I have to say that I just came across the response form the owner on this. I can only say that they are completely lying. We never got to that point. I paid the deposit, the guy told me I would get my deposit back if they couldn't find a transport for the price we had talked about, and that's as far as it went. No one ever came by. My car has always been operable. Not sure about their response. Please beware. I still have not been paid. It's not worth going to court over $250. My only hope is that my review prevents anyone else that comes across it from using this company. They scammed me. read more

After multiple attempts to make the situation work I finally cancelled that company and found Secure Way Transport. Michael got the auto pick up scheduled with a reputable driver and the pick up and delivery went very smoothly. It will was actually a little less expensive than the previous shipping company I had an issue with. It was a pleasant experience and I am very grateful. We just had our daughter's car shipped from California to Missouri. Mike did a good job communicating. The final price was a bit more than what we originally put it out to bid for but Mike did warn me at the start that it wasn't a guaranteed price. The jobs are posted and the final price is based on bids received. Overall, the final cost was fair and reasonable for transporting a car 2,000 miles. The car arrived in good condition and two days earlier than anticipated! I will use this company again in the future. read more

The driver name James never showed up. He stop answering the phone. A supervisor name Adam kept lying to me telling me he will return my deposit. He lied to me and stalled for 2 weeks like he tried to credit the deposit back to the bank . He never did. Then he stop answering the phone as well until I call from a different number.but never gave my money back. Y'all these people kept my hard earned money. I still do not have a carPlease do not do business with these people.God sees all. UPDATE Only because I did this review Adam called this morning on June 30 it's been over a month. Quite possibly the most unprofessional service I've ever encountered. The dates that were scheduled didn't materialize and they couldn't even be bothered to contact me. After numerous phone calls with promises of a callback which never came, another date was scheduled. This was also missed without any contact. Scammers and thieves. That's all they are. These guys took my $150 deposit, told us they would deliver the car by Jan. 6. It's now Jan. 10 and they have not even picked up the car. I needed a car moved from Messina NY to Missoula, MT. James was great until I paid the $195 scheduling fee and then I never heard from him again. Over the next 2 weeeks, he wouldn't return my calls, emails or any other forms of communication I tried. I called the "main office" and talked to a woman named Janine. The first time she was great and told me I could call her anytime and that she would get James in touch with me. When he didn't respond I called her again and told her I wasn't very happy with their lack of communication ( I wasn't mean or angry - just trying to get some help). She started to actually yell at me and told me to "never speak to her in that tone of voice"! I was quite taken aback and tried to salvage the conversation, but she just kept yelling. She said she had never gotten the 3 voice messages I had left for her - although she answered the phone that I left the messages on. First time shipping vehicle out of state. Terrible experience with this company. On December 20, I placed online request to multiple companies and this one was the first to call. Gave me a quote that was $450 to move a car from Georgia to Texas. I took it and paid a deposit. Waited a few day, they keep saying we are working on assigning a driver. I call everyday and they would actually answer the phone, but the same excuse. Exactly one week later, they stopped answering my calls. They had someone else call me as tell me that I needed to pay $100 more because they could not get a driver to do that job for what was quoted. Since I took their first call, I had other companies offering to do the job for $550, which I would have been okay with. I waited one week, paid storage fees, and still ended up paying what everyone was asking for, $550. Stay away from this company. I paid in full in advance and the driver still demanded a payment when dropping off the car. It's not about the money. It's the time wasted and the fact that they ignored me once they realized they could not honor their quote. Pay the extra money and go with someone else that will do what they promise to do they will do. read more
