They did such a fantastic job on insurance restoration that we also added two complete bathrooms and basement renovations. Everything was done on time and within budget. Alex and his team made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress free. Alex even went further and worked with our insurance, submitted all documentations and receipts for timely payments, explained the whole process to us, etc. We are extremely happy with the results. The craftmanship, attention to the details, and professionalism really stood out. The team was clean, well organzied, very professional. Everything looks beautiful, made to last, high quality. The result: we put house on the market and it was sold in 4 days! He asked me was I going to ask him inside. We ended up starting outside first. I wanted an addition added to my home. I communicated to him the different quotes I already received (since he asked). He basically told me that it was $200K to even break ground; then to add the addition of a shed and extend the office was gonna cost an upwards of $300K and up easily. I was floored by his demeanor and attitude. The estimated price was ridiculous because for all that I will just buy a new home.

I have been going back and forth with Centricity, the warranty company almost daily for 3 weeks with no resolution in sight. Every time I call, I am told a completely different story. Reaching out to B & S management for support and help has proved equally frustrating. They claim they cannot help since the warranty is in my name. B & S is the company that sold me the warranty, so they should be trying to help in some capactiy. Crystal, in upper management literally said to me "I deal with these complaints all day." It is clear she has become immune to helping her customers. Zero empathy. I really cannot put into words how frustrating this experience has been. 3 weeks and counting without a functioning dryer that is under warranty, yet nobody will help. It's like talking to a wall every time I call. I have purchased numerous appliances from B & S, obviously, NO MORE. If you value a company that stands behind its products and their customers, do NOT buy from Bray & Scarff. If I could give negative stars, I would. WORST customer service experience of my life.

While I do appreciate that my situation was eventually addressed, it should never take 80 emails, multiple technicians, months of delay, and extreme persistence for a customer to get a resolution on an appliance that was clearly sold damaged. For context: I purchased all new Café appliances -- a double wall oven, refrigerator, and microwave. I was convinced by the sales representative to buy an open-box microwave, assured that nothing was wrong with it other than a cosmetic scratch. When delivered, the microwave door was broken and unusable. Two technicians confirmed this and submitted photos to management, yet I continued to be pushed into more delays instead of a replacement. It's unfortunate that it took escalating to this level before someone stepped in. While I'm relieved the issue was finally handled, the process was unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming, and customer service prior to Claudia's involvement was extremely disappointing. I strongly suggest AJ Madison improve how open-box issues and customer complaints are handled so other customers don't have to go through this.

The tub in the master was converted into a walk-in shower. New electrical and ventilation were added. The owner Justin was great to work with, communicated almost daily, and stopped by the house frequently to check on the progress of the work and answer any questions or concerns I had. Selvin the team lead is a true craftsman, knows his stuff, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. Others on the team worked equally hard and they have all been with Calabrese for at least 10 years. I was pleased to see the company take their time and do a quality job instead of a rushed one like you often see. They addressed each of my concerns and the results speak for themself. Now if only the rest of the house was a nice as my new bathrooms!

    I didn't want to write an emotionally charged review, so I waited a while. I also wanted to see how…read morethings held up over time. That said, I can give My Kitchen & Bath a solid 3 stars. The Pros: The initial design phase and conversation were great. Josh listened to my ideas, communicated promptly and clearly, shared some good design suggestions, and was patient with my many indecisive moments. The proposed cost was pretty much what we ended up paying; there was only one surprise related to installing our new flooring. This happened on day one of the project, and was initially frustrating, but it all worked out, and our floors are fine. There were no other surprise costs during the project, and we appreciated that. The timeline was adhered to, and the crew was efficient. Ricardo, the crew lead, was a joy to work with. They worked most days and completed the project within the promised timeframe. Our new kitchen looks and functions beautifully! The Cons: The crew did not protect our furniture, floors, and other areas of our home very well. Everything was covered in dust and debris. Josh did send cleaners at the end of the project, and most areas were cleaned reasonably well. However, a lot of debris was left in our crawl space, and the carpet on the upper level still has glue in it that was used on the wood flooring in the nearby hall. Back to the flooring: It was installed pretty well, but we have some issues, like hollow spots, and a long scratch that appears to have been caused by dragging something heavy, like the cabinetry. I considered having them come back to fix these issues under the one-year workmanship warranty, but by the end of our project, I was so frustrated with the company that I did not want to deal with them again. Which leads to my last con. The biggest con was a crew mistake that delayed the project's completion and soured our relationship with the company. When installing the new flooring, the crew accidentally covered the gas shutoff valve for our fireplace. I noticed it and requested that it be remedied. Ricardo took responsibility for the mistake, but Josh did not, and initially implied that I was lying. Up until that point, the communication and working relationship had gone pretty well, and I was disappointed that it ended so poorly. They ultimately fixed the issue and ate the cost, so we appreciated that, but the interaction we had regarding this issue was so frustrating that we did not want to do business with My Kitchen & Bath ever again. After two years, I'm over it, but at the time, I was very upset, which is why I waited to leave a review. A review at that time would not have been fair or reflective of the overall experience of working with My Kitchen & Bath. Overall, we are pleased with our remodel and have enjoyed our new kitchen and floors.
