Highly Recommend Inland Restoration!…read more I was referred to Inland Restoration by a friend after my washing machine leaked and caused water damage to my wood laminate floors. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Juan, the owner, came out the very next day to assess the damage. He took his time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained the situation in detail, and by that evening, he had a clear and fair quote ready for me. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. They cleaned up every night and meticulous with their work. Along the way, they discovered some issues from previous installations--an uneven kitchen floor and a bedroom floor that didn't meet the walls properly. Instead of just covering it up, they took the time to fix the problems before installing the new flooring. The result is absolutely beautiful and feels like a huge upgrade from what was there before. We ended up contacting Elite Home Inspection to take a look at the damage, and they referred us to Joe at MPB for mold remediation. Upon meeting Joe, I felt so much more at ease compared to the other mold company we met. He was very responsive and reassured me that it was an easy and quick job. His pricing was also more in line with what we were expecting, and confirmed to us that the other company was trying to rip us off and scare us. Joe and his team worked quickly to get the job done thoroughly and efficiently. They were also very careful to keep any mess contained within the work area, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. You wouldn't even know any mold happened after they finished! We had a major leak this past year that the owner neglected to address correctly. I expressed my concerns multiple times about moisture and possible mold, but I was dismissed. Months later, I became very sick and couldn't shake the feeling that something in the home was contributing to it. Out of desperation, we called Bud and he showed up the same day. He immediately confirmed an additional leak we didn't even know about, and found 100% moisture in the walls of my bedroom. The relief I felt finally getting answers was indescribable. That confirmation meant everything. When we had to leave that rental in an emergency and move into a new place, Bud came out again that very day to check the new home. I called All City Plumbing, Air and Electrical because I had diagnosed that my furnace's blower…read moremotor and capacitor needed to be replaced. Jonathan came out and confirmed that that was indeed true. Everything seemed to be going well. Jonathan was very friendly and polite. When it came time for the estimate, he told me it was going to be just under $3,000. That seemed like quite a lot to me for just changing out a blower motor and a capacitor. He also told me that my Rheem furnace couldn't take just any old blower motor and he had to order one special. He said that his company doesn't deal with Rheem because their parts are hard to get. I reluctantly agreed to the repair, which he said would probably take place the next day. Later, he called and said the part wasn't going to arrive for a whole week. This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year in Southern California and I certainly didn't want to be without air conditioning, which runs through my furnace and needs the blower motor. I asked him what my other options were. He told me the only other option I had was to get a whole new system. He explained that he could install the system in only 2 days time or I could wait a whole week and have him repair the blower motor. He also mentioned a 10 year warranty with 1 or 2 years of service from his company. I asked him about the brand and quality of the Furnace that he intended on selling me, which was going to be almost $8,000. He told me it was better than my current system brand and I asked to get it in writing so I could do some research. After not receiving anything in writing I called his company and requested the same thing from them. Shortly after the conversation with his company I received an email specifying the make and model of the new furnace. I researched online and discovered a few interesting things. Number one, Jonathan had lied to me about Rheem parts. I found out from my online research that Reem takes Universal parts and I would not have had to wait until the next week to receive a blower motor that would fit. I also discovered that blower motors and capacitors cost nowhere near $3,000 to install. And finally, the brand of the new furnace that was recommended by Jonathan was nowhere near the quality of the Rheem furnace that I already owned. I canceled the job immediately with the company and again with Jonathan when he called me to find out what was going on. I am still waiting for my refund on the deposit! My contractor friend and I went to an HVAC store and purchased a universal blower motor and capacitor for $180... and installed it ourselves in a couple hours. The system is working perfectly. I don't recommend this business at all. I'm completely confused on why they have such a good rating on Yelp, which is why I picked them to begin with. This was a clear case of trying to take advantage of an old lady in a wealthy neighborhood. Shame on them!! Update: I received a full refund of my deposit and the service fee was completely waived. I got a nice apology from the owner and a manager.

n mid June 2026 I noticed a bubble in the vinyl kitchen floor tile repair. I thought it needed some…read moreglue but when I cut into it, it was very wet. Eventually we figured out it was a leaking water heater. Apparently, it had a slow leak for a long time and caused extensive damage to the subfloor in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Even by the insurance adjuster's initial assessment, the repairs would require removing and replacing the cabinets. I asked my plumber, Peter Mikov, if he knew someone I could contact about the repairs and he highly recommended Dave Lewis at Superior. Here we are in early August, happily moving back into our restored and updated home! Dave and Cody are a pleasure to work with! We are very grateful for the referral. Superior Flood and Fire Restoration, Inc., did a great job in a difficult situation--a park model mobile home with custom sizes, and the previous owners had installed a floor on top of the original floor. Dave and Cody are very experienced at working within the standards and terms of insurance companies and they did an excellent, thorough job of documenting everything. We are happy to be home and very satisfied with the quality and timeliness. Dave and Cody really care about delivering great service and craftsmanship.

I sent another text asking if he recieved my pics. All he said was Yes. That was it.He never offered to reschedule or said why. He never responded back to me. They put in the cheapest cabinets Home Depot sells which are. Not even properly in-stalled and chip very easily and are difficult space wise. I paid them $16,000 to redo my master bath. The owner,Chuba, laughed at me when I asked for a list of items to be installed. He also had the painter water down the paint to make it stretch to cover the whole area. It's the poorest job I've ever seen. A tiled shower has had 4 attempts to finish the caulking unit and there are 4 different colors of compound used. I had 2 newer toilets they took out and replaced them with the cheapest possible ones. The owner is not honest. He fought with me when I would bring up problems and would never replace what he took out. I'm sure they were used elsewhere. I live alone and had no help at my age 85 to get things done properly. So I sit here in a house that the walls need painting, toilets are not very functional, and everything they did was poor quality. Oh I could go but you have the idea. He spent about three hours at our house the first day looking at the damage, speaking with our adjuster, and going over every single questions my wife and I had for him. Only at the end of our conversation did he mention just returning from a business trip to Kentucky at 3:00AM.. he went above and beyond from the second we met. His team (Hector Jr., Angel, and Salvador) worked quickly to address the damaged areas and set up fans. We then learned that we needed a pod to store stuff so that would garage could get repainted. This was very stressful as we have a lot of "stuff" in our garage, but their team did an amazing job carefully documenting and boxing up our belongings for storage. They installed a sump pump to keep the crawl space dry. I paid over $30,000.00 for all this work. It came with a transferrable lifetime warranty. Here it is in April of 2025 and I am selling my house. I called for a pre-inspection and it was found that the sump pump was installed incorrectly. A second inspection ordered by the buyer found the same issue. I contacted Quad and asked them to send someone out to re-install this sump pump correctly. They never called me back. I am not surprised. They will never make this right. I am attaching the inspectors' reports. UPDATE I just got a call from Harry. The email address that I send my request to was no longer in use. They had not seen it. Harry said that they will make this right. I am moving in 10 days. Stay tuned.

He seemed to intuitively understand what my wife and I wanted, and his team did a beautiful job. It's absolutely gorgeous, and Jay steered us into practical decisions that worked very well for us, and the look we were trying to achieve. This year, we had them do a roofing repair as well (a few missing/broken tiles, and tar paper replacement). His guy came to our house and was done so quickly I barely realized he was there. Not kidding, a bit of hammering and he was done. If I didn't actually see the photos of the work, I might not have believed it (haha). This month (Dec. 2019) Jay and his crew repainted the exterior of our entire house, including doors, shutters and patio, as well as replace two very old back windows of ours with thicker, vinyl windows. The work was quickly done (only a few days), and looked EXACTLY how we'd imagined it would. Better, in fact. My wife and I couldn't be more happy with how it came out. I still find myself going outside a lot more these days, just to look at it again. I keep Milato Construction's number on my phone because if we need something done, I trust that Jay will intuitively understand what we need and the most affordable way to get it. He works as best he can within a given budget, and if anything isn't to his personal satisfaction, he will find a way to make it so.
