The wet wood would have taken several more days (and several $100s more charged by 911 Restorations) to dry. The antifungal treatment was piss-poor. The tech literally did a few squirts of thyme oil, and he didn't even get the wet and dark areas, where the mold would be more likely to grow. That lien is no longer valid, yet they have not removed it, and I continued receiving aggressive communication from out‑of‑state attorneys demanding payment.
