I had led lights installed in my ceiling by a separate contractor and Estes Acoustics came in and finished up the patch and retexture. They were fast, clean, and on time. A couple months later the texture began to crack from what was suspected to be from the other contractors work. Estes came back, repaired the area and retextured the whole ceiling at no charge. Most contractors would tell you to pound sand in those situations but Estes went the extra mile. I will be using Estes Acoustics for future jobs based on their performance and dedication to customer service. read more

I had a small job, and they were very accommodating in working me in quickly. I had popcorn ceiling removed and re-textured, and they were flawless, neat, clean, and reasonably priced. This is the second time I used them for this service, and I will definitely have them back to finish my final 2 rooms. Thank you, Estes! read more

Stephanie and the team are rock stars! My parents used them when they renovated their house and recommend them to my husband and I. Stephanie was great when it came to scheduling and recommending paint color and texture. I was concerned about pricing since we have cathedral ceilings and live in Orange County. After calling places in Orange County, Estes was the most reasonable. They came the next week and took about 1 1/2 days to remove the popcorn ceilings from almost everyone room in the house and paint. They were extremely accommodating when I asked them if they would edge the living room where the cathedral ceiling is. They ended up painting the entire wall and changed me almost nothing. I highly recommend Estes Acoustics for any ceiling renovations! read more

This family business does quality work. Fair priced, friendly, and punctual. I would use them again in a heartbeat, very pleased with the results! I love my new living room ceiling! read more

Mike, Kyle and their team did an awesome job. Don't waste your time with another company. I had these guys come out for two separate jobs and they are extremely professional and top notch. Their attention to detail is great. My walls, living room, bedroom and 3 car garage turned out great. They taped, skimmed and textured the whole wall instead of patch work to make it look it's best. They also flushed holes and cut and trimmed unnecessary items off. This family owned business is definitely worth the wait. Make sure to book them for your next project! read more

We had Estes do my father-in-laws house and it was a great job. The thing is, the house was completely empty. No furniture, nothing. So since we knew they did great, we wanted to go with them for our house. First of all, I have a picture of them working on my ceiling by standing on my new couch. I also have two pictures of the foot indentions left on my cushions. I could not believe they used my furniture to stand on vs. a ladder. Also, we called for a few weeks to make an appointment with them and they never responded. We were about to give up, and finally Stephanie reached out to us. She was really nice when she came over. I hate how my walls look now. There is a pretty big white line on the wall by the ceiling in every single room. Our whole house needs to be painted and fixed now. None of that is the worst of it. The very worst of it is they broke our main living room TV. We asked what we needed to move, and Stephanie just said the decorations everywhere. We would have moved our TV in a second if we thought it would be a problem. Looking back, we can't believe we left it there, BUT we also can't believe they didn't tell us to move it. Well, that night after they left I turned it on, and it had lines/streaks going through it. They denied it was them and would not compensate any amount towards it. It really was not the great experience we got at my father-in-laws empty house. They might be your people if your house is completely empty, but if it has any furniture in it, if your walls are painted and you realize they will break your stuff and now own up to it, they are NOT the company for you. It is incredibly disappointing to work with such a dishonest company and frankly, very unprofessional. Is it the norm now to stand on furniture when you hire someone? I hope not! Estes, get a ladder and own up to your mistakes! Only your guys could break my TV. It worked the night before and after you left, it was broken. read more

I have used there services twice and the just get better and better. They took the popcorn ceiling down when I purchased my house, and did the same for a client buying a home. They were in and out in about 4 hours and you would never know they were there! (Except for the missing popcorn!! Lol) read more

Stephanie, Mike and their crew were great! They were professionals from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent, their attention to detail was perfection and the cost estimate was very reasonable. My furniture was moved and the rooms were sealed in plastic. When the job was complete the plastic was removed, the floors were swept and vacuumed, and the furnishings were replaced. I'm not one to write a review on a company that comes comes in and just does the job I hired them to do, however this company goes above and beyond! I will be calling them for another project in my home and for my mothers home very soon. read more

Needed popcorn removal and drywall work on a new home we just bought and talked to Stephanie at Estes Acoustics. She worked with us on pricing, schedule and was very responsive to our communications. Stephanie was super nice and accommodating to all of our schedule changing needs as a result of our escrow closing late. On the scheduled work day, Mike and his crew came out to get things done. Nicest guys you'll ever meet and super hardworking. The attention to detail and diligence in their craft and work is second to none. They were professional, fast and Mike was kind enough to give me tips on how to deal with some of the base board work I was going to tackle myself. I am a very happy customer and would recommend Estes Acoustics, Inc for any popcorn removal or drywall work needed. read more

Mike did an awesome job on the tape and mud of my room addition. I hung my own drywall to save some money, but Mike added the artists touch to cover up my weekend warrior skills. His price is fair and competitive, and he was super professional and courteous to my wife and young kids. I highly recommend them! read more

Stephanie gave me a reasonable quote for work done on Monday, March 10 and Friday, June 27 of this year. Mike and crew showed up on Monday, March 10 to restore a damaged wall from a flood and repair drywall to another wall and ceiling. They did an excellent job especially since the scope of the work changed that day as other workers were working on projects related to this the same day and in the same space. They completed the work as needed and desired without additional cost. I hired them again to remove popcorn from my garage ceiling Friday, June 27. They removed the popcorn and textured the ceiling and another wall. They completed the work in one day. Excellent job. Very satisfied. Thanks to Kyle and Ivan also (the crew). read more

These guys do fantastic work at a reasonable price. They say a great drywaller is an artist. This company made our ugly popcorn ceiling in our house a knock down texture work of art. Thanks Mike! Update: We invited Mike and his crew back a few weeks later to replace drywall on a couple of walls, fix some old patch work on the drywall around the house, and texture the rest of the walls on our new fixer upper home. You can't even tell the walls have been patched. They did such an awesome job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional drywall company. read more

MiKe and his crew showed up on time, had the ceiling scraped and floors vacuumed within a very reasonable amount of time. During paint, the guys actually finished sooner than I expected and the finished work looks excellent. Thanks guys for your professionalism and taking care of my house like it was your own. I am definitely recommending that if you need drywall or popcorn ceiling work done, give these guys a call. read more

Kyle and his team did a fantastic job on my house. At the end, no mess and clean work. Two thumbs up.

The ceilings looked fine, but they ruined the paint at the top. They said it was on the contract regarding that the walls may be affected. But I didn't think in EVERY room! I would think it would me minimal. When I asked the worker, the owner's son, about it he was very defensive and rude. They messed up on the living room ceiling so they had to come back to finish it up. Again he was sarcastic and rude to me, their CUSTOMER! I didn't want to argue with him anymore and told him to just finish the job. He actually bought touch up paint the next day for the living room, because it looked so bad. He didn't know my daughter was in one of the rooms when they came back and she heard him making comments that were not very professional. One star for the overall job, no stars for bad customer service. read more

We had extensive plaster repairs needed in our new home. Estes was able to match the existing plaster texture very well. They were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company. read more

Our ceilings look great - thanks to Estes Acoustics. We have lived with popcorn ceilings for over 30 years - and couldn't be happier to be rid of them. We assumed it would be very expensive and messy, and we worried about asbestos. The Estes team came in and within two days they were finished with the whole house - for an astonishingly good price and little to no mess. They replaced old lights with cone lights and were happy to add some more lights in our kitchen, even though it was added work. One ceiling fan wasn't quite right and they came back right away to fix it. They were polite and prompt, with an amazing work ethic. Our painter recommended them to us, and he was right. They deserve our highest recommendation. read more

The workmen have been around for 10 years. Very neat job, and I was only out of my house for 2 days. I have been around the building trades for 35 years. These guys are pro's. Scheduled an appointment with Stephanie after my initial availability request because she was feeling ill. She came to the appointment as scheduled and quickly completed her assessment saying it would be a quick job...no need for lengthy details but would have me an estimate the same evening. After not receiving for 2 days, I checked back to obtain status and was told she hadn't gotten to it yet, but would write up for me the same night. After 5 days, still no estimate. Apparently my job is not important enough for this company or they don't want the work. read more

Can't say enough. Very clean, professional, prompt. Called 2 different companies, Estes responded within a couple of hours.
