Wayne, Words cannot…read morebegin to describe the process from start to finish. I had a 512GB sd card that went bad a few days ago and I was frantically searching for places to assist in this recovery. I sent out a yelp project request and Wayne was one of the few people that was willing to take on the request. Mind you I asked on a weekend and Wayne said to bring it on in for an evaluation. WITHIN MINUTES, saw it was recoverable and so the rest is history. Wayne and his team made sure I knew what was going on through reports and multiple phone calls. I paid additional for rush but STILL ALL WORTH EVERY CENT. Exceeded the standards for sure. Best part is not only the level of service and hospitality, but my data has been saved. So thank you very much Wayne and your team! It may sound as if I'm overexaggerating but honestly come to Wayne and his team and you'll understand where I'm coming from. I will return for future recoveries! -John

Then I talked to Wayne at Data Recovery Man (aka Alandata.com). He quoted me a very reasonable price and told me to bring the flash drive down to his Santa Ana shop for an evaluation. I took the device down to Wayne, and barely a couple of hours later I was back in my office WITH MY RECOVERED DATA. To say I am a happy and satisfied customer would be a monumental understatement. Great Service for a very reasonable cost. Thanks, Wayne!

I will never forgive late stage…read morecapitalism for taking away my fun super themed and unique architecture electronics store for minimalism NPC slop, but that's neither here nor there. I have seen the giga lines for Micro Center during the graphics card boom. Horrifying, but I feel like that's what mostly contributes to the super low ratings here, and a LOT of them, mind you. But it also might be due to people malding at spending a lot of money on something that didn't work for them. I was here window shopping, we are not the same. Plenty of parking the Saturday afternoon that we went. There was staff everywhere in every section, 2-3 of them even, who were ready and there to answer questions or guide you to where you need to go. Definitely a tech nerd's paradise if anything. They have a Tech Bar there, a station to build your own computer, and I think the most unique thing that they have here is the extensive in person shopping for 3D printers and the different color filaments, if you're into that as a hobby. There's things for gamers (even a lot of set up for gaming racers - a lot of which I have never seen before then), people who like to build and DIY things, consumer electronics, and even figurines and toys, for kids who are there too, I suppose. Not bad to peruse through.

Been here a few times and always pretty disappointed. I only go here because they carry the…read morefilament I need for the 3D printer and occasionally they have some parts for it too. But I will 100% say they are not disabled person friendly. If you have seen my other reviews then you know I'm disabled and use forearm crutches to walk. While this store does have an electric shopping cart. Or EcV with basket. It is usually not charged and it is falling apart. The store has ONE. Only one and it is completely falling apart. Some of the aisles are not accessible in the cart either. Now let's move on to the staff. While the manager will tell you they have 5 people in the 3D printing area I can rarely seem to find 1. When I do happen to run into somone they will tell me they are way too busy to help me out or be downright rude when asking them about inventory of an item. They have told me to just scan the sample color strip and wait for it to open on the machine. They have this machine on the wall that stores most of the filament and will retrieve the color and type you want. Well that's all great in theory. If the machine was loaded properly with the colors and type of filament in the right location. That doesn't seem to happen often. Now there is some good stuff. They have a nice supply of other items. Similar to maybe what Fry's electronics use to be but on a much smaller scale. You are definitely going to pay a high price here. Most things have been marked up incredibly high. But I mean you're paying to get it then and there. They have some things with decent prices. So make sure you are checking the prices at other places before you commit to spending $25 for a pair of pliers that can be purchased elsewhere for $4.99. Exact same product and packaging. All in all go here if you MUST. Otherwise avoid at all costs. The staff is minimal, untrained and rude. The disabled access is not the greatest. The best thing about this place. They had a restroom and it was clean.

Alfonso is the real deal. I came to him with a solid state hard drive from a 2012 macbook air that…read morehad crashed. I had tried to recover the data off of it myself using a SD reader I purchased from amazon. When that failed, I paid another data recovery business in Irvine (this was not Alfonso or Cyber Electronics) about $500 for them to try recover it, and they took many many months to give me essentially 1% of what was on that drive, with many of those files being corrupt. They then told me that the drive was toast and that there was nothing more to be done and pretty much still made me pay because they supposedly put the work in already. They essentially told me my drive was useless now and could be trashed. I felt very suspicious about how this company handled my recovery, so as a hail mary I brought my same drive to Alfonso at Cyber Electronics Data Recovery. I explained to him my situation and that I wanted to see if in fact my drive was fully dead. Alfonso was very realistic, told me the probability of recovery given that solid state drives are harder to recover, and told me that he wouldn't bill me if he wasn't able to recover anything. However, given the condition of my drive, he essentially had to do all the work of a full recovery first, put in the hours without me having paid anything yet, to even see if anything could be salvaged. Over the next few days, he texted me every single day to give me an update as to what he had done, and what still needed to be done. He knew that the last data recovery company really screwed me, so he ensured that I would get a different experience. I'm happy to report that only a few days later, he called me with great news...he recovered my drive...the same drive that a yelp 5-star Irvine based data recovery company said was toast and recovered almost nothing off of. His price was the same as what I paid that other company Irvine company. After going through my recovered files, I can see that Alfonso recovered probably 95-98% of my drive...this is an amazing result for me and I am extremely pleased. Alfonso gets 5 stars in all regards. He's a genuine, kind individual and his customer service is top notch. He deserves all the praise he's gotten from all the amazing reviews you see about his business.

I truly hate leaving a negative review because we've had such great experiences here in the past…read more The previous nurse practitioner we saw was phenomenal--kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. We've seen her multiple times without incident, and she always made well-informed recommendations after a complete assessment. Unfortunately, this time we were seen by a new nurse practitioner, Tiffany C. Laffoon (License #95032168). We only learned her name after calling the Minute Clinic because she refused to identify herself during the visit, despite providing medical recommendations. Tiffany did not examine my 5-year-old son, who had a fever and was complaining of ear pain. She didn't take his temperature, didn't look in his ears, and didn't review his chart. Instead, she told us to give him Motrin and "wait it out," and shamed us for using antibiotics in the past (if it were my son I wouldn't do that she said) --despite them being prescribed by healthcare professionals. When I asked for her name and credentials, she confirmed she was an NP but refused to provide any further information. She had no visible badge, and when I pressed further for her name and license number, she threatened to call the police and accused me of being rude. The visit ended without any assessment, documentation, or after-visit summary. As a licensed healthcare provider myself, I was shocked by the lack of basic triage. Her demeanor was combative, and she made comments about wanting to go home while angrily changing the trash. After she shut herself in the office, I even slid a note on my phone under the door explaining I'm autistic and sometimes communicate directly, but that my son still needed care. She ignored it. The CVS store manager attempted to help, but even they couldn't get her to share her name or license information. Nearly a week later, I've still received no follow-up from Minute Clinic management. My son kept asking, "Mommy, why did her cancel my appointment?" and "Why was her going to call the police?" I had no answer. We were seen by his pediatrician the next day, who confirmed he had a severe ear infection. She immediately prescribed antibiotics and referred us to an ENT--something that could have been caught earlier with even a basic exam. This entire experience was confusing and traumatizing for my son, and we will not be returning.
