Having summer kids bowl free fun here.

First time here. We signed up kids bowl free for Summer and think we made a right choice on this bowling alley. No, it is not a fancy modern alley in a fancy mall /shopping center, but it is very clean. Not very crowded when we are here in an early Friday afternoon. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. As soon as they saw my boys, they asked for the shoe sizes, asked if they need the bumpers and offered a lighter ball that fit their size. 2 free games a day through out the Summer here can be cool and fun. We didn't try their food. Maybe next time.

I love that the environment is clean and all staff are friendly. We go at least once a month and we have a lot of fun.

Ok wanted to give this place another chance.. wasnt hot however it's winter.....gross dirty and will never go again #FLITHY AND SMELLS

Not the best but not horrible. It is showing that age has caught up with it. It was nice for a Friday night. Not too many people.

You say you close at 130 but close at 1 and rude!! Pretty much kicking out 10 of us from having a great time!

I went in to discuss an issue with the billiard balls I received with my table I purchased from a private party and to buy a cue. After the amazing discussions, I had with Carla and her husband, I was willing to purchase air from them! She offered advice, answered all of my questions about pool rules, and taught me a few things not only did I walk out with an amazing cue (thank you for the suggestions), but I purchased a table felt cleaner, some cue ball cleaner, and some pads for breaking to help protect your felt. I am not kidding, these two were amazing, and she even threw in some extras for me as well during my purchase including a book on playing pool. My wife was getting kinda bored while waiting for me so she left and came back and started listening in. Next thing I know she is asking questions of the two! I WILL be back in no time to spend more (shhh don't tell the wife) I cannot thank these two enough and will refer anyone to them who asks. Thank you both again

My experience working at Snake River Pools and Spa was extremely disappointing. I was verbally…read morepromised a wage of $19/hour during a conversation with management, which influenced my decision to move forward with signing a lease. I made it clear during that discussion that while $19/hour wasn't a dealbreaker, I needed clarity for financial planning purposes. I was told yes -- that I'd be paid that rate -- and was brought on through a temp agency at $18/hour. Once I was officially hired, however, my hourly wage was reduced to $17.50. I was told this would be temporary and that I'd receive a raise in the near future as I gained more training. That raise didn't come for another 8 months, and when it did, it was just 18 cents. During my time there -- nearly a year -- I was given increasing responsibility and eventually led deliveries. Despite the demands of the role, staffing was consistently inadequate. Most deliveries were handled by teams of just two or three people, which often felt unsafe. One particular delivery involving a Vanguard spa tipped over while we were using the company-provided equipment. I was nearly injured. (There is video footage of this incident from the customer's security camera.) In my opinion, the company places heavy demands on employees without providing the necessary support or accountability. This culture appeared to carry over into the customer experience as well. During my employment, I observed multiple instances where spas sent in for repair sat in the yard untouched for months. In some cases, customers waited weeks -- or longer -- for service. I'm sharing my experience in the hope that it helps someone make a more informed decision -- whether you're considering working there or becoming a customer.
