I've had an opportunity to utilize EMC Floors to complete projects in my home. The owner, Emanual, was punctual, extremely competent and professional, and very flexible with completing our projects. EMC Floors / Emanual and his company did a total renovation of my kitchen. This consisted of demolishing the originally installed kitchen. He installed all cabinetry, hardwood flooring, and fabulous stacked moulding. Other projects completed in my home by EMC Floors included updating my master bath. The subway tile, flooring, cabinetry, and moulding installed were absolutely awesome! Additionally, EMC completed a laundry room that included adding a great closet. He also installed hardwood flooring in an upstairs bedroom in my home. The floors are so lovely, and look like they were installed initially with the other floors! The words that describe the craftsmanship, work ethic, professionalism, project completion, satisfaction and price(s) are in a word... SUPERB! You won't be disappointed! read more

We recently had the entire hardwood floor restained and finished at our home by EMC Floors. After speaking with quite a few different companies, I found Emmanuel to be not only the most reasonably priced but also the most professional. He made multiple trips out to my home before starting the job just to answer my questions and decide on a stain. Emmanuel and his team were able to start the job within the same week and presented the finished floors within a few days. I was absolutely blown away with the quality and finish of his work. Before he started the job, there were gaps, staples. and multiple deep scratches throughout the flooring. After his team finished, I couldn't believe it was the same flooring we had started with. I had a great experience with EMC Flooring and look forward to working with him again in the future. read more

We recently had Emanuel and his crew refinish our hardwood floors in the kitchen, bathroom and foyer and he also refinished our staircase to match the floor and replaced our wood spindles with iron spindles. He came out quickly for an estimate and answered any questions we had either by text or in person very quickly. He came to our house every day to check the progress of the project and answer any questions we had. His staff worked very hard every day. They arrived and left every day on schedule. Our project was finished ahead of schedule. Emanuel made sure he was here at the end of the project to make sure the refrigerator was placed correctly so that it would not scratch our new floors. Emanuel and his team take pride in making sure customers are happy and satisfied with the end result. Thank you! Kelly read more

If you are looking for a flooring guy, stop right here. I was concerned about tight scheduling in this crazy market and getting someone in day of my close to rip out 2200 sq feet of hardwood maple and replace it with oak, stain and finish it before moving in my furnishings. Emanual gave me a quote and timeframe and delivered to the letter providing a best case and worst case scenario and came in on the best case timing. The workmanship was superb. His team took care in removing what was necessary to ensure attention was given to detail at the edges and all of those places where lesser contractors take short cut. These days you don't always get what you pay for, but EMC delivers and is worth every penny. He has a customer for life and I would recommend him without hesitation. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We talked to Emanuel when he came and gave us a quote. Everything seem good. His guys came to redo our hardwood floors. Once the floor were finished we noticed that there was a space in our kitchen that wasn't right. We sent him pictures and he said his guys would come a fix it. It took them 4 days to come. Well the came and worked on it for only an hour and texted me at work and said it was all fixed. I got home and noticed it wasn't fixed. I called him and sent him more pictures and he said he would send his guys back out. Well a week later only one guy came and worked on it and its still not fixed. Now he says he won't fix it and thats that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Emanuel and his crew installed new hardwood floors in our home, and also buffed and stained some existing hardwood floors. They look beautiful, and he matched the new to the old perfectly. From the minute we met Emanuel we liked him. He is very knowledgable, fair, courteous and extremely professional. He always took his time to explain things to us. He was extremely helpful, and did a wonderful job on our floors. He was very upfront with his pricing, and he did exactly what he promised to do for us. He even came back to our house and fixed a few scratches that we made by accident when moving some of our furniture. We would absolutely use him again, and would highly recommend him to others! read more

EMC just completed a refinishing of our entire first floor - living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and hall. They were fast, efficient, and the result was excellent. Emanuel, the owner, spent all the necessary time to explain alternative finishes and pricing, and suggested just the right finish for what we wanted, and at a great price. The outcome turned out much better than another company produced a couple years ago for the second floor of the home, and EMC's price was lower. Very positive experience. read more
