The service is always fast, food is always great, the menu has a large variety of options. When busy the restaurant seems pretty cramped but other than that it is a great atmosphere with multiple TV's and good music. Wing Wednesday- Wings are always great you get 1lb of wings and you can split up the sauces or get them all the same. I got the bourbon and the bbq sauce. Both were great Wet burrito- The wet burrito is always great. One thing different about it is they cook the lettuce inside which I don't mind but some people are not a fan of that. read more

We recently moved to this side of the state and are sampling local places for eats. A good Friday fish fry is a must. So we went there last Friday. The fish, fries and coleslaw were all good. The service was great. We intend to come back and try other offerings. If you can do a good fish fry, I'm assuming your other stuff is good also. read more

My husband asked me to put it an order and he would pick it up on his way home from work for dinner. He wanted a Cowboy Burger with a side of loaded fries (cheese and bacon). I was told that they can't do that because they don't have bacon. I asked then if the Cowboy burger would have bacon on it like it says and the woman on the phone said "Yes, I would have told you if we didn't have bacon". I was confused and asked then why we couldn't have bacon added to his fries and she said "because we don't have chopped bacon or in shreds or anything like that". I didn't want to explain how to cut bacon with a knife so we skipped the loaded fries. I ordered the grilled cheese burger. Husband got home and the burger patty was clearly a frozen meat patty. It had foamy consistency and a definite frozen out of a box taste. Both burgers. He did have one small strip of bacon though! Menu said pickle on the side and we got chips, whatever, but we both spit the pickles out because they were SO briney. My husband had been here before and was given the same run around about putting cheese and bacon on fries. He was told they didn't have bacon. He pointed to the gentleman at the next table and said "he has bacon on his plate". Do yourself a favor and go north on 231 and stop at Turks!! This looks like a dive bar but we were excited to try The Embassy because of the great reviews and relative closeness to our house. Inside is clean and free of unpleasant smells! We went on a Wednesday just before lunch. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I ordered The Dip burger which came with a side of house made chips and au jus. I enjoyed the ciabatta bread, it was soft unlike other places where I find it a little tough. The sandwich came a little light on the horseradish Mayo and the au jus was nothing special. Some extra mayo and my burger was good. Nothing super special and definitely not a $9.99 meal but it hit the spot. My guy ordered the Big E burger and again it feel a little flat on taste. Once he seasoned it up and added extra mayo he was content. Again not a $9.99 burger but it wasn't bad either. Overall we think we'd go back and try some other menu offerings but unless we'ree wowed the next time probably wouldn't go back a third. read more

Devoid of any customer service. Don't go close to closing time. Don't try to sit on the patio if no one else is. Don't lean or sit on the patio rock wall. Don't ask for a beer list. Don't go if you don't live w/in a 5 mile radius. Don't ask any questions about the menu. Staff/manager/owner always appears flustered and pissy, even if not busy. Too many "don'ts" for me. And none of this is Covid related. Want repeat business, treat customers with a modicum of customer service. Yet, if you don't like masks, this may be your place. read more

Went in for a quick bite to eat on a Saturday afternoon. Prompt friendly service. Food has went totally downhill. However, I can't speak for the breakfast menu. I ordered the Ultimate BLT on sourdough. It came out on very stale white bread. When I asked the server, she came back (apparently she checked with the cook) and insisted it was sourdough bread. This is a bar and grill and I usually just go for the fun karaoke nights. The general manager, waitress' and bartenders are always kind. Not a very big place, but clean for a local bar atmosphere. Enjoy playing pool and chatting with the patrons. The food is quite good and fairly priced. Given it's location out 'in the country' it has many of the same people come in. It's also fun for sports games - good TV's. If your looking for a local bar that is comfortable to visit and hangout for a few drinks, karaoke, or play pool or darts you just might like this place. read more

I stopped to visit my buddy in Hamilton and this was the first place he took me on "the tour" of the area. This place was a nice local bar with a great beer selection. I was not too hungry, so I ordered an appetizer, the poutine tots, they were fantastic! The only reason for my four star rating is that the "tots" were not called TANIS TOTS on the menu, because of the dude who came up with this million dollar idea. read more
