Sandwiches were average and sweet potatoes weren't hot enough to melt "loaded topping"'which we were charge $1.99 each extra for without telling us. Service was the best thing about our meal. The service was exceptional here! I went here back in November, but forgot to write a post for it. I went after the Cade's Cove Lope and it definitely got my energy back lol. I ordered a crêpe to go, which I don't remember the name of it, but it was OK. I'd LOVED their omelette that they had! My waitress was extremely friendly and very attentive to me the whole time. Awesome breakfast ! We have been here a couple of times and it has not disappointed us yet! Nice gift shop next door while we waited for a table . I had the French toast which was really good. Stoped at Elvira's for a great lunch before a long day of travel, the smoked Gouda chicken sandwich was amazing!

SO disappointed - I wanted to love it but was very let down. 1) The "crepes" are a buckwheat tortilla, not crepes. 2) Two OTHER families besides ours had "additional" charges for items they didn't order while we were there - Watch your receipt! 3) Kids meals say they come with a side, yet we were charged $4 for fruit - despite it being advertised as an option. We were also charged $4 for a side item that was added on, but never brought to the table. I let the server know, and she said that she would remove it, but never did. 4) I brought the two items to the attention of the staffer who was manning the register, and it was made very clear to me that correcting the receipt was an imposition. She huffed and puffed and even went so far as to ask "is this good enough for you now?". With these overcharges AND an almost $5 charge (well over any less than 3% credit card merchant service fee they would be assessed) -the difference amounted to almost $15. We came in at the tail end of breakfast so that would account for the low quality of the "freshness" but it does not account for the lack of service or attention to the details that we received. As my husband said " it now makes sense why they would offer a 10% discount to anybody who comes back". read more

What a great little spot! We stopped for brunch on our way home from Pigeon Forge and had a great meal! Customer service was excellent and friendly! Atmosphere was homey and a small town feel! We spoke with the owner and she was a delight! I had the ham and eggs (delicious) and my husband had the biscuits and gravy (he said it was great) and my boys had the kids waffle (it was gone so it must have been good). My wife and I were in a nearby cabin looking fof a good breakfast/lunch option after check out. She found this place on Yelp with great reviews. We were not disappointed. It was very busy when we got there which was a good sign, but we only waited about 15 minutes. First the coffee was really good, which is important to us both. I had the breakfast sampler with eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy, and hashbrown casserole. It was amazing! Eggs cooked to perfection as well as the bacon. Biscuit was very fluffy and the homemade gravy was some of the best I have had at a restaurant. The hashbrown casserole is the first I have had to compete with Cracker Barrels. She got a savory crepe with chicken, cheese, and veggies. It too was amazing. Our server Jennifer was attentive providing top notch service. We will be back!! read more

After arriving with a group of 9 just after 11 on a Saturday and seeing the packed parking lot, I was impressed that they managed to seat us immediately. The service was quick and friendly without being over-solicitous, and the wait for our food was not bad at all given the full house. Each of us ordered a sandwich and a side, and no one was unhappy, but the clear winners were the people who ordered the Grown-Up Grilled Cheese (by a landslide). The food looked so good that I couldn't convince anyone to pause long enough to get pictures, and even though several of us couldn't finish our sandwiches, there weren't many leftovers. The onion jam also received rave reviews. The only negative was that the sweet potato fries lacked flavor; they were crispy and looked appealing but just needed some seasoning. The restrooms were clean, and the prices were pretty reasonable. We would definitely go back, and next time we will try the breakfast menu. read more

Off the beaten path and away from the crowds - already was a winner in my books. We arrived around 8:30ish on a Saturday morning and were seated immediately. Not sure if they were still just getting things going for the day but we had to ask for silverware and syrup for our table. Not a big deal really but when you don't see a server for awhile it feels more like one. The food was excellent, maybe not memorable forever but quite good. What stood out to us most was the breakfast ham. Just seemed so authentic and fresh, unlike other places. My son was happy with his giant kids pancake and the eggs were great too. I had to order egg whites for dietary reasons so nothing to write home about there but at least they could accommodate for me. read more

My wife, kids, and I took our extended family trip to Pigeon Forge for a week. On the day we went to the Caverns we decided to stop for an impromptu lunch here. It is a quaint restaurant that serves brunch and lunch. Parking was on the lawn out front and we were greeted by a few wonderful staff members! We were a group of 11 and were able to squeeze around a table. Our waitress was very attentive and nice. Our kids all ordered crepes while the adults ordered turkey sandwiches and fried chicken and waffles. All were fantastic! A young lady comes over here from Russia immigrates the right way works her tail off and creates a fabulous place to eat and spend time with your loved ones, I highly recommend this place.
