One of the service writers was a carpet salesman for 35 years and was so bad at that, that he decided to mess up some other industry. The other service writer guesses at every diag, and will spend every dime that you have throwing parts at your car until you have spent your entire SS check. The techs in the shop will crush the rockers on you vintage vehicle because there are no training requirements for that, and they will air down your tires in August on a hot afternoon because they do not know what "Cold Air Inflation Temp" means. If you have a braking issue and bring you vehicle here, be financially prepared to replace every part in the braking system, because they will be.

Within 24 hours they had run several tests and identified the most likely concerns causing my problems. Just one day later, they had diagnosed the issues, sent me a quote for the work, and confirmed next steps. I really want to applaud their communication - I've never had such great communication from any service I've gotten, and that is super important to me. They texted me often with updates and called me to get more information when needed. They were genuine and explained everything well, which I appreciated not being car- savvy myself.
