He walked me through the customization process if I also wanted to do a custom ring in the future and also wrote down the ring size I looked at and other size chain I was considering so I have something to refer to. I took it in about two months ago for an appraisal and they sent it downtown and then they called me to come pick it up, but there was no appraisal, so I went back and let them know. They told me that they would figure it out and let me know why the appraisal didn't come back, but no one ever got back to me so then I called and reminded them and now it's months later and still, nobody got back to me, I'm super disappointed because that's not the way you treat a good customer. It's not the only piece that I have bought from them. I don't think I'll be spending my money at that store anymore.
