As a BONAFIDE Foodie, Hey it's what I do lmao. I hear her say, She was almost out of dinners. Of course I wanted to know Moooore lol. After her checkout she said, She was gonna bring me a flyer or business card is what I'd asked for. My co-worker came back in with a bag full of different flavors of puddings, and my flyer. In the picture below. There was Strawberry, Banana, and a Oreo Pudding in the bag for us to sample, for the "FREE!" When I tell ya my coworker was eating his immediately. I waited till I finished my dinner, and I left work. Once I got myself cleaned up and relaxed. I decided to try a bit of my Banana Pudding is the one I chose. This QUEEN put her WHOLE foot in this pudding. It wasn't too sweet, had just enough Nilla Wafers (not off brand wafers either). Certain things you cannot cut costs on and speciality desserts are number 1 on the list. I haven't eaten Banana Pudding since the last time I made it which was when I had my family to cook for routinely. It's definitely been over 10 years now that's for sure. I don't eat desserts rich in creamy, or butters unless it's a holiday, and celebratory event. This Banana pudding bout back Old memories of being with family, and friends eating, conversing, and laughing. Damn, that puddin was delicious. I'm hoping this Sista gets the approval to share parking lot space in the Walmart/Sam's Club plaza;so she can create her soulful talents for us. I'd love to try one of her plates so I can give my detailed description of her food skills. I hope if y'all ever see this BOB parked somewhere and there is a line of people. Don't take your time to park, You better leave the car running and jump out to get in line cause it'll be worth it. My Lawd...almost better than my Granny's Banana pudding. That's just how good it was. I can't include mine because she has mine beat. Which is very impressive to me. Keep up your talent, and gift Queen. Well wishes. :-))

The gumbo is dark and so flavorful and is chock full of content, not just watery with a few pieces of meat like some restaurants in Dallas. Amazing food from a great guy…read more Speaking as a native of southern (aka "the real") Louisiana, let me tell you: Chef Keith has got the goods, people. I tried a few of his dishes at the Dallas Farmer's market this past weekend and couldn't be happier with all of them. Excellent chicken and sausage gumbo was perfect on a cold and rainy morning. I was pleasantly surprised to find just the right amount of spice, the heat being there but not overwhelming, which is rare in Dallas. The broth was perfect and the attention to detail that went into what must be an excellent roux is apparent. The red beans and rice was good enough that I came back for seconds to share with some friends I was seeing later. Saving the best for last, the sauce piquante was the gold medal winner of the things I tried. It was, hands down, the best I've tried and I've eaten that dish all along the coast.. New Orleans, Lafayette, and Baton Rouge. There's a lot of variation in what type of cajun food different people like and a lot of it is influenced by what you grew up with, however; anyone who is a fan of cajun food will find something to like in the plates coming out of Chef Keith's kitchen. In the words of Justin Wilson, "I guar-ron-tee!"
