The waist needed to be taken in and lifted, the tank style lace shoulder straps shortening, and I didn't want to lose the pockets, which made it more complicated. Mila said she could complete it in two weeks and the quote was very reasonable. When I returned to pick it up I put the dress on and I was completely blown away by what a great job she did! I decided to try Empire and I'm super glad I did. Service was reasonably priced, clothes were ready on time, and I felt I received good value. It's dry cleaning: you want reliable and consistent good service and they deliver. I do want to point out that Rita has a huge personal touch. When picking up after my first drop off, she recalled and addressed me by name - very welcoming. It's nice to support a business that cares about you as a customer. I'll be going here from now one.
