When I took my Mom's wool blanket in to be cleaned and mentioned it was her favorite blanket, they offered to expedite it. They got it back just before the rains and cold weather started and called me to say it was ready. It looked great - what wonderful customer service. Best Dry Cleaners EVER!!!!! I brought in a heavy winter jacket, expecting to pay around $50-$70! This was a price I paid living in Seattle! Save On Cleaners charged $4!!!!! NOT JOKING!!! So I started to start bringing in every shirt that had a stain or pants that had a stain because every shirt/pants/jacket is only $4! I am very flexible in terms of my pickup time, but they seem to be extremely accommodating to your needs. There was a white shirt I got a blue stain on from washing that shirt with colored clothes, and they were able to get the blue stain out!!! I was living in Auburn temporarily, but I have found a permanent dentist there across the street, so each time I go see my dentist I'll bring clothes there to wash and dry clean and drive back just so I can take advantage of the $4 price!!! read more

Elm St Location Closed, Moved to Atwood Ave. A couple of weeks ago I brought some cleaning to the Elm St. Location & found it empty. Last week I passed by & found a sign on the door telling me it had moved to Atwood Ave just around the corner from Hwy 49. Took a shirt in & verified the new location. Still low pricing as compared to others & I anticipate getting a good job back on the shirt. I've been doing business with them for over 12 years. read more

I am so happy with this cleaner after living in Grass Valley for 2 years I have not yet found a good cleaner. They got stains out, did a beautiful press job, cleaned my designer coat and a beaded gown perfectly. All these items 1 dress, 1 gown, 2 slacks, 3 dress shirts and a coat for 39 dollars!!!! Wow!!! A business that really cares about customer service! I recently moved into the area and was looking for a new dry cleaner. After reviewing the Yelps on local cleaners I selected Save On Cleaners. What a great local business! I drove in on I-80 and easily found the store two blocks off of the freeway. Though I arrived at 8 am and 3 other customers were already in line, I was assisted very quickly (within 2 minutes). I was welcomed and offered a discount as I was a first time customer. The standard pricing is very reasonable, dress shirts with light starch $2 and pants $3.25. The staff was friendly and store is clean and organized. Now here is a perfect example of great customer service that is so elusive these days...... I got caught in traffic on my way home from work and arrived 10 minutes after they closed at 7pm. The assistant manager was outside locking the doors as I pulled into the parking lot. He motioned me over as he unlocked the door flipped on the lights and invited me in to pick up my garments..... After hours!!! The items where well cleaned, pressed and well presented. I highly recommend Save On Cleaners. They have earned my repeat business! read more

Gave them my $260.00 comfort to dry clean' We picked up and brought home and took it out of the bag it was not cleaned! We returned and the they want to augur about it, finally the manger got involved and he said they would take care of it. My wife went to pick up and they had lost it! They said they would call when they found it we never got a call! So I stopped in after work and asked about they had found it and gave it to in a bag and said they were sorry. Took it home and wife to put on the bed and its ruined the filling all in one spot! They say it at customer risk! If they would dried cleaned it would have been fine' that's why we took it their in the first place. The only thing i can do is find a new Cleaners and share with the consumer Thanks for Nothing! read more

Over a month ago I picked up my beautiful blue silk top from this cleaners only to find they completely ruined it with a mark/indentation of an iron on the front side and there were snags all over the blouse. When I took it in to discuss this with the manager, I was told he would look into a replacement from the same company that my blouse came from and give me a gift card to replace it. He said he would do this the upcoming weekend. Haven't heard a word since. These folks do an ok job on sturdy stuff, but don't ever give them a favorite, delicate item or it's likely, you'd end up a very disappointed former customer, like me. read more

Very busy place. Had a sweater dry cleaned that had a few spots on it and they did a great job.

This is the absolutely a place that cares. I brought my wedding dress in for a press and we noticed a pen mark on it. To my surprise, the owner, Tom was happy to take the mark off at no extra charge. I was recently impressed when I received a call from Nellie because I had a wine stain was very difficult to remove. She personally checked my sweater and gave me a call when the stain was removed. Took two suits to them one came back with a snag in the collar and the other with pilling all over it. This was literally the first time one of the suits had been dry cleaned it was brand new. Never again two expensive suits both ruined. Not a word from manager or even an apology. read more

Very disappointed. I took my four best and most expensive sweaters to be cleaned. I don't know what they did to them, because they shrank about half a size. They are now too tight in the arms, shorter and tighter all over. They also were wrinkled and looked shabby. I could have done a better job at home. read more

I have used these cleaners for two years.....Until now. A month ago I got someone elses shirt in mine...and they got mine...not a big deal but made the extra trip in to return it. Recently however I opened a shirt from the bag and it was completely ruined......big white stain on the back and iron burned...it was a mess. Brought it back with the tag still on it. They wanted to reclean it to see if solved the problem.It didnt. Since that time I have made 2 store visits and 5 phone calls only to be told that they will call me. Still havent heard anything. The lost a customer over one shirt. The funny part is that I would have settled this issue for almost nothing as I understand that its a pre worn shirt. Good Bye Sav On.
