People spend their hard-earned money, often travel out of their way, and stand in line because they want to experience something special. They deserve to be treated with respect, not made to feel as though their presence is an inconvenience. At some point, a business has to ask itself whether it is focused on customer satisfaction or simply relying on its name to keep the money coming in. I brought it to the counter and was told that's how they make the sandwich and the bacon is cooked in the AM and never heated afterwards.
